bubble dreamer but styled like the game he actually debuted in when he looked more like a potato with freakishly long arms, every texture is also edited from a rayman 2 texture by me
then i rigged him (first time rigging a model) so i could make him do this
he is capable of this physically. he can totally do this if he wanted to
and so could all the fakirs so think about it the next time you play origins

Gobbled up the Dandadan anime and manga recently and absolutely adored it all. Not only does it feature the most likable and strongly written female characters I’ve ever seen in a shonen, it discusses extremely pertinent themes about consent and bodily autonomy from a lens of female solidarity while also elevating healthy relationships with kind communicative male characters who respect boundaries. It’s wacky, fun, gorgeous, and super refreshing.
#a lot of controversy swirling around but my personal opinion is that the story does a surprisingly fantastic job#with discussing the horrors of SA and violence against women without objectifying its characters#which is super new for a shonen the bar is definitely in hell but man is it refreshing to see abusers actually get punished#and to see powerful female characters who reclaim agency and uplift each other rather than rely on male saviorist storylines#written essays about it already per usual might blab more about it later but man what excellent character work#dandadan#dan da dan#okarun#momo ayase

I have some wool socks to mend and I tried following some YouTube video but I am not convinced I did it right. Do you have some recommendations on how to mend woollen socks?
I knew what I was doing when I knitted these socks from pure wool. They are one year old and already mended in multiple places. It was a promise I made to myself, to mend these socks till they literally fall apart, if that is the price I have to pay for plastic-free socks.

I award myself the 150th egg for all of the little bits of art. Thank you so much for inspiring me to make them! It’s been really amazing to see all the hard work and to truly appreciate the wide range of crafts and activities everyone can do. Bobbin lace? Shoemaking? Knife forging? Translating Irish? It’s genuinely incredible.
I also really appreciated the people who were taking a rest, too. Thank you for that as well.
And I SUPER, SUPER appreciate everyone who was going through saying encouraging words, leaving replies/reblogging with comments, or liking all these posts. That was also a huge outpouring of kindness and time. I saw you doing it (and tried to make sure OPs did too) and any credit for people feeling empowered? That’s for YOU.
