Man. I really thought I'd be able to form the rest of my thoughts on this episode before yapping away to tumblr, but my fucking god this scene. THIS SCENE. This scene just perfectly exemplifies the key difference between Teruko and David so so well. They are both bitter, broken pessimists to their very core and being, but the difference between the two of them is that David is still trying to cling onto hope. He believes wholeheartedly that the world cannot change, but he wants to believe it can so badly. He wants to believe he can change so badly, that he is willing to dig his claws as deep as he can muster into into anything that can provide him with that hope. That is why he clings so fucking hard and obsesses over the idealized version of Xander in his head to an almost possessive degree. Xander, to him, is proof that he can become a good person, that he can change. Teruko gave up on being a good person the moment the killing game confirmed to her that she is fated to suffer. She gave up on having hope the moment the ones she considered her friends nearly sent her to the grave. And because of this, she cannot under any circumstances understand why David clings so hard to the idea that Xander was a good person. She will never understand him, just like he will never understand her.

I can absolutely talk about bottom Fadel. He would be so overwhelmed at first, trying to hide his face and his noises, not sure whether to push Style away bc it's all just too much or pull him closer bc it's also just so good until Style grabs him by the neck and makes him look into his eyes and murmurs how good Fadel is and just to let go and with a shuddering breath Fadel would finally relax into it. Afterwards Fadel would be shivering all over and clinging to Style who holds him and pets his back, dropping small kisses wherever he can reach and whispering how much he loves Fadel. Yeah... it's just the way fadel looks so overwhelmed every time style touches him. every time he's not the one initiating physical contact and taking charge of the direction it takes. and yet at the same time he almost looks in pain with how hard he tries not to show it, as if there's something wrong in being on the receiving end of pleasure, in feeling that pleasure and letting it wash over him, pulling him under. even jerking off seems like a perfunctory act just to scratch an itch and be done with it as quickly as possible

style, tho. style is all about pleasure and fun and feeling good. he’s also more observant than anyone gives him credit for. so when fadel bites his lip so hard to the point he draws blood just to prevent himself from making any noises while style sucks him off, of course style notices. he also decides right there and then that that simply won’t do

style frees him from the underwear, slicks his fingers with lube, and presses gently at fadel’s entrance with one. fadel seems to relax for a second, but the furrow between his brows is back as soon as he realizes that style has no intention to hurry. style tries to distract him with kisses, the rhythm of his finger inside fadel excruciately slow on purpose. he adds another, and he knows he has found fadel’s prostate when fadel jolts away from the kiss and his hands close around style’s arms as if to push him away. style shushes him, his free hand coming up to hold fadel’s head. he hits the same spot with his fingers again, and fadel’s grips on his arm tightens. fadel’s eyes are blown wide and his teeth are sinking into his lower lip

style places a kiss on fadel’s temple and starts talking, his fingers massaging the same spot inside fadel again and again. “it’s okay to let go, you know. you don’t always have to be strong and keep your guard up, at least not with me. im here. i’ve got you. let me hear you. let me take care of you.” for the first time, fadel throws his head back and comes with a loud cry

I watched Transformers One and it was SO GOOD WHAT THE FUCK??????? It was easily digestible even without previous knowledge of the series, (i just had to rewatch the intro to make sure I understood lol) but OH MY GOD IT DID NOT HOLD BACK THE ADULT THEMES LIKE ITS FUCKING BRUTAL IN SOME SPOTS. if you watch good omens you’ll be able to watch Deadloch they’re on the same service. Uhhhh One of the actors from ofmd is there shes one half of the main duo (the other half is played by Kate Box who’s an amazing actor and Dulcie is now one of my fav characters ever) gets to wear an open Hawaiian shirt for like 3 of the 8 episodes which is a bonus. probably that he's so affectionate with addie and that he's just so in love with her and also that fact that he's canonically aware that he's hot heheh

6. what's something you have in common with this character?

being born in october....KIDDING (we do have that in common though) but seriously, we both feel threatened when someone surpasses us which is not an amazing thing to have in common...but our humor is kinda the same so we have that going for us

10. could you be best friends with this character?

eh i'd love to but probably not, i'm very quiet when i'm getting to know people and he's very....not. also i can't afford to have another giant as a friend /hj. if we could get past the awkward stage, it could possibly work

11. would you date this character?

absolutely!!! he's literally the absolute sweetest with addie and is willing to do whatever it takes to make her happy and safe so i assume he'd do the same with anyone he dated. and he can control his zombie-ing out so there's very little chance of me getting hurt. let's ignore that i was just complaining about our height difference

12. what's a headcanon you have for this character?

i already got a whole bunch but i guess a new one would be that he used to 'protect' zoey from thunderstorms when they were younger, ya know, hold her, shield her from the noise, distract her with games or stories, that kinda stuff

25. what was your first impression of this character? how about now?

literally my only thought (that i can remember) after first watching the movie was that he was cute...i had a very big crush on milo after the movie first came out (and i still do). but now, while i definitely still think that, i also think that he's kinda me-coded but if i was extroverted and didn't have nearly crippling social anxiety

26. what's something the character has done that you can't get over? be it something funny, bad, good, serious, whatever?

probably the whole swiping the moonstone necklace thing. it annoyed me then and it annoys me now. z2 zed is not my favorite person
