And the phobic people from SPN fandom still haven't figured it out!!! Because they never will!!!!! It could never ever possibly apply to them and their badly reasoned and phobic arguments about why bi Dean can't be a thing!!! No, it's those horrible bi Dean fans who are insane to think any of this is relevant!!! Couldn't be at all applicable to biphobia inside SPN fandom, omg no, learn things?? sometimes I'm confused/annoyed by how many people draw out!queer!Dean wearing pink. I get that its about him rejecting traditional/toxic masculinity and not being afraid to explore softness, etc, but...

Idk. when I think "how does comfortable out, queer Dean Winchester dress", I think (on the tame side) of long hair, pride pins/patches/shirts, really dorky t shirts from scooby-doo and stuff, rainbow flannel, badly distressed cutoff jeans, bead bracelets, stacked bracelets in general, pierced ears, simple pendant necklaces, grandmacore jewelry, weird or trashy joke socks.

on the WILD side, I think of those sleeveless tiddy-window turtlenecks, distressed bleached-denim short shorts, flannel tied around his waist, cowboy boots, lipstick, and glittery gold sequin-studded fishnet tights.

ig what im saying is i understand the pink as a metaphor and do think he'd try it. I just dont think it would stick. yes, he's a sinner, a killer and "a terrible man", but also he loves cowboy movies and old rock, walks around the house in a robe and cannot live without his morning coffee. he gets along well with dogs and children, laughs at his own jokes, watches scoobie doo and calls his best friend angel “sunshine”. by the way, he's bisexual and head over heels in love with this angel. he sticks paper with stupid writings like “kick me” on his brother's back, calls his car “baby” and watches horror movies because he likes it when the good guys win. he secretly listens to taylor swift, loves hugging his friends and eating tasty food (especially pies and burgers). sometimes he acts like an idiot but on the inside he's just a soft teddy bear. he has his own room and keeps pictures of his family in his bedside table. he hums metallica to relax and always listens to the same songs in the car. he's afraid of dentists and flying. he's watched “frozen”, loves dory the fish and has movie nights with his family in dean-cave.

and these are just few reasons why dean winchester is the most wonderful and unique character i have ever known.

the thing about y tu mamá también is that it is far, far too good a movie to be lumped in with Tumblr nonsense and it’s absolutely about class and neoliberalism and the early aughts political situation in Mexico in light of hundreds of years of history and bisexuality and the inevitability of fate as everyone hurtles down paths set from before the movie ever began.
