The Clone x OC week 2025 participation badges are here ✨

We are excited to unveil yet another feature for this event! By the end of the festivities, you may apply for Clone Trooper badges that are personalised with your tumblr username—so that you can show off that you’ve participated in Clone x OC week 2025!

There are two types of badges that can be earned: Creator Badge and Enjoyer Badge. You may earn either one or both if you meet the specific requirements for each type of badge.

To earn the Creator Badge, you need to post at least one creative work inspired by one of the themes of the event. To earn the Enjoyer Badge, you have to complete at least one row of the Enjoyer Bingo.

But wait—there’s more!!

Very dedicated participants deserve something a little extra. We’d like to award these people with ARC Trooper badges!

The Creator ARC Trooper badge is earned by posting an entry for all the seven themes of the event. The Enjoyer ARC Trooper badge is earned by completing all rows of the Enjoyer Bingo. It takes true courage and valour to earn these badges!

The form to apply for the badges will be released soon after the final day of the event. Until then, have a wonderful day ✨

2024 has come to an end! (And a bit of change.)

Hi everyone, thanks to all who participated to whatever degree you wished! Special thanks to those of the Discord group who have simply been awesome to myself, the mods, and their fellow members (and the massive influx of new members!!!) all year. We'll definitely be continuing that this new year... or else? lol. And another special thanks to @jandjsalmon for covering my ass when I couldn't, and to @noxsoulmate for kicking my ass to make the 2025 FRC come to light and life on time (and early!)(and also for covering me when I can't).

This year, on a rather emergency basis, @thefriendlypigeon stepped in to make badges for the 2024 participants and they hit it out of *the park*. I simply suggested something and then they came up with these really cool backgrounds and the art didn't take that long, especially considering it was over the holidays -- AND they agreed to work with us on next year's badges as well!!!

The criteria for last year's tasks:

Participation: At least 1 task completed

Regular Mode: 100 tasks completed

Hard Mode: 190 tasks completed

Extreme Mode: 280 tasks completed

...and a badge for those who completed 100% of the tasks (300)!

And here are the badges, alongside the beautiful meanings @thefriendlypigeon found for them for inspiration when all I said was "Round, with these words surrounding them, and flowers" (talk about a mind reader)!

The backgrounds are transparent, by the way!

Participation! (At least 1 task completed.) Daisy: Daisies are cheerful, accessible, and symbolize innocence and new beginnings, perfect for participation!

Regular Mode! (At least 100 tasks completed.) Rose: Roses are classic and symbolize effort and dedication.

Hard Mode! (At least 190 tasks completed.) Cactus Flower: Cactus flowers are rare and bloom under challenging conditions, reflecting perseverance and resilience.

Extreme Mode! (At least 280 tasks completed.) Flame Lily: The flame lily is exotic, bold, and fiery, symbolizing overcoming extreme challenges.

Complete! (All 300 tasks completed.) Lotus flower: The lotus represents enlightenment, mastery, and completion. It rises beautifully from the mud, symbolizing triumph.

As a show of good faith toward the remaining Decepticons at the beginning of a new, united Cybertron, newly appointed Senators Bumblebee and Soundwave allowed Shatter and Dropkick to enlist into Autobot City's Defense Team.

These two turned out to be... not the best choices.

The city may have fallen to Insurgent Decepticon occupation had it not been for young recruits Hot Rod and Arcee's accidental interception of Shatter's communication with the fugitive Starscream.

To replace the errant Defense Team members, Springer and Blurr were reassigned from Iacon to Autobot City in their stead.
