Some Important facts about Orihime from canon:

Orihime is the #3 student in her entire (fairly large) high school. Girl Ain't Stupid- if anything, the fact that she's wildly unorthodox in her projects and STILL pulls those kinds of grades and test scores suggests that her teachers are grading her like that because her weird-ass approaches to assignments demonstrate a thorough understanding of the material, so she may actually be smarter than Uryuu, the #1 student who gives me very strong "I'm very good at taking tests and telling teachers what they want to hear, so I can pull good grades even if I have no clue what the subject is" Vibes.

After the resounding success of their operation in Soul Society, the hardest part when Ulquiorra comes to kidnap her and gives her the completely insane circumstances of "you will be invisible and go through walls for 12 hours, prepare yourself." is not vibrating with the absolute mania of the chance to go to Los Noches and FUCK. For a guy as scary looking as Ryuji who also happens to have an even scarier reputation, he's actually got a soft spot for kids. He's the same way with puppies or cats too.

He's very self aware that his face doesn't exactly scream friendly to most kids. As long as you let him know that you have a kid and that you'd like your kid to meet him, he'll prepare himself accordingly and treat your kid as if they were his own.

Very doting. Crouches to get down to your kid's level when he's talking to them. Totally the type of guy to just talk to kids as if they were any other person. You'll catch him saying some real silly shit for a big shot yakuza.

Never asks kids for hugs or affection and is great at personal physical boundaries. The most he'll do is pat them on the head when he sees them, and even then he wouldn't do that until he's gotten to know them pretty well.

Be warned, he will spoil the hell out of your kid. Will never turn down the chance to buy them a toy or a snack. Overall, he's very immediately accepting of you having a kid and of your kid themselves.

Saejima Taiga

He's not opposed to dating someone who has a kid, but he's definitely super nervous about meeting your kid and trying to form a good relationship with them.

Like Ryuji, Saejima is aware that his appearance isn't exactly known for being kid-friendly. Besides, the most amount of kid interaction he's ever had is washing up in front of Kiryu's orphanage. He's inexperienced and knows it and unlike Ryuji, he's not so good at the fake-it-till-you-make it attitude.

Saejima doesn't realize that most of his charm is his honesty and kids seem to really trust him actually. He's always very calm and gentle around them. Boys tend to like that they can roughouse with him and that he doesn't mind it. Girls seem to like that he's actually just a sweet guy who's easy to be around.

Mostly, he lets your kid decide what kind of relationship it's going to be. If your kid is shy, he'll respect that. If your kid is outgoing, he'll do his best to keep up with them!

One of the best things about Saejima is that he can be really playful. Great at physical and outdoor activities, so if your kid is sporty they'll love Saejima for sure.

"You knew?" Betrayal starts to seep through your body, even if you haven't seen Eren in a long time he was still somebody you used to trust your life with.

"Well yeah, but when he confessed it sounded too ridiculous to be true but now that I know it's true, I'm angry. I can't believe he tried to fucking kill you." The look on his face is lethal. You understand his anger but it makes you upset that he's more concerned about you than the fact that Grisha killed your father.

"It doesn't matter to you that he killed my dad?" Venom is laced in your voice, Eren's emerald eyes flicker your way and they soften for a moment.

"That's not what I meant. Of course I'm mad he killed your father. I'm... I just- I'm pissed he tried to kill the girl he knows I love! Even if that bastard is my father, he's going to pay." Eren blurts his love confession to you and everyone else is shocked, including you.

"Love? Eren what the actually fuck? Why didn't we know about this?! I thought we were like family!" Connie shouts he sounds more betrayed than angry.

"Yeah Eren, what the hell? Saying you love me won't bring my dad back." You're smug now, it hurts thinking about him but you won't cry, especially not in front of the son of the man who killed him. That would only make his death more pitiful.

*Trigger Warning for nudity, violence, rape, drug abuse, verbal abuse and such*

• Lookism by Park Taejun

☑ Firstly, it's a webtoon/manhwa, not manga but 10/10 gold.

☑ Protagonist has 2 bodies: one that is typically slim n fit and people find attractive, the other that is overweight and people find ugly. He struggles with lookism & body image.

☑ You'll like it only if you enjoy well-fleshed out characters because it will have different arcs that'll focus on side characters only, not just main character all the time.

☑ Its core is talking about the stigma of LOOKISM in our present society: how we're kind to someone good-looking but mean or ignorant to the one's we don't find attractive but its based around a lot of gang wars.

☑ Protagonist is a member of the mafia and runs a Diner for criminals. His daily customers are particularly picked out as missions and if he doesn't carry out the orders properly, shit goes down.

☑ This one is straight up loads of gore per chapter, so if you're not strong-hearted, don't read. There's some disturbing things happening in this one.

• Raise wa Tanin ga ii by Konishi Asuka

☑ Throw out whatever first impressions the cover is giving you. The male lead is straight up sicko and a fuck boy. The female lead is a Queen tho.

☑ Boy & Girl from different Yakuza family are forced into an arranged marriage for the sake of peace (this is nothing like Nisekoi)

☑ Not your typical romance but you'll realise they both somehow fit together. Only the female lead can put this guy in his place and tame him. Relationship development and plot are slow-paced but it's seriously amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

☑ REPEATING THAT THE FEMALE LEAD IS A BAMF QUEEN 👑

• Gangsta by Kohske

☑ So..gangs are going rampant, women are being sold into prostitution, all sorts of crimes are being committed— your usual sin city. But even here, certain crimes are considered too heinous. Enter Nic and Worick, two handymen who are ready to take up these inhumane jobs. They get appointed by a cop to help eliminate a powerful gang. But as the plot progresses, they realise there's more to this job.

☑ It has 10 Volumes (only 7 available in English officially so read via fan scanlations). Chapter 57 is latest and its been on hiatus for a long time as the artist is suffering from a chronic illness. And she's unable to draw.

☑ It starts kinda boring but slowly gets good. Many criticize and dislike the ending so be warned! But overall, it's an amazing read.

Okay, I really like Soryu so it's not an exaggeration to say I'm super looking forward to this haha. I'm impressed the heroine actually tried to escape when Soryu went to shower, I guess I'm so used to how obedient she is with Eisuke lol. Soryu with his hair down and not using gel is actually really cute too. To be honest...I thought the pager thing was an Eisuke exclusive thing because he thought it was fun, but I didn't think it was actually a VIP penthouse thing lolll! Soryu is pretty mean LOL, like he legit just told her that if things don't work out with her pretending to be Mei Ling and she dies, then she won't even need to care anymore (since she's scared of dying) loll, like wow thanks. Anyway, I don't blame the heroine for being so scared meeting all these Yakuza bosses for marriage meetings, I mean Soryu is scary enough, let alone these guys that are strangers who talk about killing people and illegal stuff so casually! Yep, stalkers too, scaryyy. Anyway, lmao at Inui saying he'll cook, and then brings out charcoal, and lmao when they think Soryu is bringing out his gun to shoot him for it😂😂

Aww, I love their little grocery shopping trip~ It was so cute~ And I agree that it's saddening Soryu is used to being hated, but lol people sure are vocal about being scared of him, like are you not scared of him retaliating? Anyway, Soryu carrying her back and even calling her by her name was sweet~ It made my heart swoon too hahaha. I found it hilarious when Eisuke and Ota bothered to have an arranged marriage meeting with the heroine just to see how Soryu would react, and I guess it's understandable because Soryu was so cute hahahah. Omgg, I was soo sad for the heroine when Soryu told her that he was going to marry Mei Ling. I'm so glad the guys are so supportive of their love though and encouraged her to chase him to Hong Kong and tell him her feelings properly. Soryu's confession saying he ended up refusing the marriage because her tears made him realise he didn't want to do something that would hurt her was touching😭 The execution thing was so crazy though, like whaaat! Glad the guys helped Mei Ling's dad come to his senses that it's much more beneficial to have Soryu alive than dead. I find it so funny how much Soryu loves the heroine's omelettes hahaha, I definitely find their relationship super sweet especially now that he can be honest with his feelings. I really enjoyed the epilogue! Their first date was so cute, and I loved how much the heroine wanted her friends to understand that Soryu may be mafia but he's really kind. Seeing Soryu touched that the heroine wants people to see him in a better light and gets so happy when people do is so adorable.

I guess there's a point when Ryosuke following them around everywhere on their dates would make the heroine sad haha, alone time is important~ The heroine is lucky to have such a nice and supportive friend who would encourage her and tell Soryu what she's worrying about. Lmao at Soryu having a glaring contest with a tiger🤣 When Soryu asked the heroine why she chose him out of all the guys back in the beginning, and there's an option saying it's because he's the hottest out of all of them😂😂 I have to admit it would be my reason for choosing him😂 Throwing a grenade in the middle of the street at night??? Yeah, I can see why the heroine would be traumatised lol, that is scary, and it was right after she caused Soryu to get grazed by a knife too. Honestly, I thought the heroine would be the one to break up with Soryu because she feels like a burden, but it seems like Soryu cracked first to protect her. I'm surprised that even after a week, the heroine hasn't confronted Soryu about it and talked to him properly though. Like c'mon, he was willing to die if it meant he could "love her" and all that, shouldn't she at least believe in his feelings rather than think about what his break up words were? Like at least ask him if these are really his true feelings and stuff?? I know the heroine for KBTBB is usually dumb but at least follow your feelings girl! At least the guys told her what Soryu is probably thinking since she couldn't figure it out herself. I'm glad the heroine reminded Soryu that they knew from the beginning that this would be difficult and that she would be a burden, but she still wanted to be beside him so he wouldn't be alone and show him an ordinary happiness that he always wanted but never experienced. I liked their talk at the end, especially when the heroine told him to not resolve things by breaking up again lol. I'm shocked that Kyo was the culprit all along though because he just seemed so loyal and kind, honestly it's kinda crazy how forgiving Soryu is to him though lol, like just because he needed money and that underground doctor to cure his mother doesn't mean he can sell out Soryu, he really could have died. Awwww Soryu getting sick from the flu and getting all embarrassed at the heroine feeding him is so adorableeee!

I like how the heroine saving Inui and telling Soryu and them that you can't only care about your comrades when it's convenient and abandon them when things get tough was done. Like obviously, this is a difficult situation for Soryu and that's why he's been unable to properly move and do what he wants to do, but I think the heroine saying that gave him the push he needed to really have the resolve to go against the people controlling him in order to protect the people precious to him. Well, getting rid of Ryuun (leader of the Ice Dragons) was much easier than they made it sound before lol. What I appreciated the most was the heroine being incorporated into the Mafia alongside Soryu because of her good relations with Rahman, and I guess her ability to make everyone like her and appreciate her opinions haha. It's just that a lot of the time, the partner is never really involved in the Mafia work at all, so seeing that the heroine has some sort of power makes it refreshing. Whether the writers gives her the opportunity to use it is another story though lol.

It's so cute to see Soryu go through a baby names book to try and find a suitable name for the puppy Ryosuke picked up. Lmao at her name becoming Jasmine because Baba kept calling her that lol. Seeing Soryu sulk a bit because the delivery guy asked the heroine out was actually really cute haha. I wonder if the delivery guy is Rahman's son that ran away from home because he didn't want to follow in his father's footsteps🧐 Honestly can't blame Soryu for feeling hurt realising that when he was away, the heroine had to take Jasmine to the vet, and she didn't say anything about it. I thought she was going to tell him, since he especially told her that they should be honest and communicate with each other about everything, so I was disappointed about this misunderstanding, but I guess it's understandable that she didn't want to trouble him. Still her fault though, especially since she had to rely on the delivery guy and she didn't say anything about it. Now, not only does he feel like he's unreliable, but she's hiding things from him too. I'm so glad they finally both told each other they were both holding themselves back and hiding stuff to not worry the other, and I'm really happy to see them acknowledge that Soryu's way of life will continue to be dangerous, but they're willing to get through it together. I love how the heroine ended up using the self-defence technique Soryu taught her, that was a nice touch to the ending haha. I really enjoyed seeing Soryu's perspective leading from his tiredness after becoming the new leader to having to handle the problems in Hong Kong, whilst feeling insecure about his relationship with the heroine because he can never properly give her the "normal happiness" an ordinary guy like the delivery guy can give her. His worries and stress was understandable and I liked seeing his thoughts elaborated.

Aww I love how Soryu has already decided that they're going to get married and that it's just a matter of when. I especially loved how he said when he chose her, it basically meant he was ready to marry her one day. On the other hand, it was so random when the heroine got held hostage all of a sudden when they were just walking on the street, like ummm I honestly don't think Soryu is that careless that he wouldn't have been able to notice and protect her in time. It's kinda sad to hear that the London branch of the Ice Dragons aren't doing well and can't keep up with Soryu's ideals, so they steal and stuff to protect their family. Anyway, Jin (one of the leaders of the London branch) is hot, I like him already. Okay, I didn't expect Soryu to say they could only have a common law marriage, even though I guess it should have been kinda expected since he probably doesn't want any official records of her being his wife, since it probably puts her more in danger etc. But I still think that considering she's prepared to be a mobster's wife, she might as well at least "quietly" sign the papers with him or something. Like c'mon, regardless of what they do, I'm sure that if someone wants to know who Soryu's partner is, they will be able to find out. He's not going to hide her from the world after all. Anyway, my heart nearly shattered when Soryu said he needs to marry the other gang's daughter in order to hold a truce because the Ice Dragons are weak in London. Honestly, I wanted to punch those mobsters that said they wouldn't follow a leader who was willing to "abandon" them for a woman. Like uh, is it any better if your big boss is selling himself out in marriage for it? In the end, Soryu will just be strung along by them instead of really having power to do anything. I know it's not simple to close down the branch but they might as well pack up and leave if they have to rely on something like marriage with an enemy.

Honestly, if I was the heroine, no matter how much I like Soryu, I wouldn't be able to accept it. Maybe if I was ready to become his mistress from the beginning, I might be able to take it, but suddenly being forced to being the side piece now? No way. I would rather leave. I can't imagine being treated like crap by the future wife and her gang, never being able to celebrate Valentine's Day and stuff like that with him, and always wondering if he might actually fall for the legal wife one day. Of course Soryu isn't that kind of person, but regardless, it will hurt, it will be painful, and personally I'd rather stay alone than be forced to endure all that, I would honestly just tell Soryu to marry that woman and save his gang members (since they're apparently dying??) and then leave afterwards. Okay, I really didn't expect Soryu to do it, but he really left his position as boss and gave his leadership to Jin. I...was honestly so touched. We know how much the Ice Dragons means to Soryu, so seeing him give all that up for the heroine really made my heart melt. I know we're supposed to like Soryu's slicked back hair look more because that's the most "natural" for him since he's been wearing his hair like that as a mobster most of his life to look more "intimidating", but I honestly prefer his hair down, he's so much cuter!! Seeing Soryu's resolve to be with the heroine, and even try his best to put everything behind him when it must have been so difficult for him to ignore hearing how much the Ice Dragons have fallen after Jin took over and how he was a spy for the Crimson Swords all along was very painful. After seeing how much Soryu was willing to give up for the heroine, I can't help but agree with the heroine's decision to push him back to becoming the boss again to save his organisation from becoming something corrupt with a ruined reputation, and I admire her resolve to give up on her "ordinary happy life" and willingly choosing to be a mistress if it must come to that one day. After all this, I can't help but acknowledge that I would hopefully do the same, because knowing how much Soryu cares is enough for me. I am sooo glad Soryu changed his mind and ended up proposing to her, he was so nervous, it was so cute! Like, it was obvious he would eventually change his mind, but seeing the process to it, and seeing him feel so bad that he made her cry so much about it and even force her into thinking that being a mistress is okay just made it so worth it to see everything come together like this at the end. I'm so happy for them😭

It was actually saddening to see from Soryu's perspective that from the very beginning (when he moved to London), he already had the marriage papers ready to make their relationship official. However, the instability of the Ice Dragons in London, and the danger the heroine was starting to become involved in by constantly being associated with gangsters made him change his mind and think about having a common law marriage like his peers instead.

Overall, Soryu has been and will always be one of my top favourite Voltage guys. I’ve always liked him since ages ago even when I hadn’t read his stories yet, but now even after reading them, I still very much love him. It’s dramatic sure, and it does like to dwell on the mobster part quite a bit, but I think the way the stories are shown really makes it understandable how his job continuously makes it difficult for both him and the heroine. Whether it be the lack of time spent together, insecurity, physical danger, problems with getting married etc, I found them very understandable problems that they had to go through even though it was frustrating to deal with stuff like the arranged marriages etc, like c’mon haha! Anyway, I think what makes me love Soryu so much is his sincerity when it comes to his love and his feelings towards the heroine. I’ve never doubted how much he liked her because you could always see how much he treasured her, so seeing him try to balance his work and her was painful, but it also made him dropping the Dragons for her that much more touching, since we know how important they are to him. And of course, he’s very cool and cute at the same time, Soryu going through a book to find an appropriate name for their pet dog just shows the kind of honest consideration he has for the heroine and everyone around him, I love seeing how much he cares about others and wants to protect everyone around him, and I think that’s what makes him such a great LI to me haha. Definitelyyyyy my favourite boy forever haha.

I already answered this but I feel like there are many other characters I love, I think I don't really have favorites since there are so many.

I said before I really love Lee in Yakuza 0, his love for Makoto hurt me in ways I couldn't imagine. Makoto is also such a bad ass character, like she is so damn brave! Even to go to the Tojo clan herself and to demand the death of Dojima's Lieutenants. While it was rash, I have a lot of respect for her!

Controversial but I really like Sagawa too, he is so scary and devious... Creepy little man...

Favorite game(s)?

Yakuza 0! (It was the first Yakuza game I played) and I cried like six times while playing it! 😩

The fighting system is so fun, and I really enjoyed the Substories!

Also Yakuza 3, cause Kiryu attempting to try and be a good dad is so cute, especially when he wants to learn about thier interests and hobbies like... *daddy issues r coming through*

Listen,,, it's Kiryu..Kiryu and Majima. Idk I just really prefer his fighting style over the others.. It's a basic answer I know but I just had the most fun playing as them other than everyone else.

OH GOD this is gonna take a while so sorry if this is late (I'm gonna be on mobile tackling this throughout the day)

blorbo (favorite character, character I think about the most)

Right now I think it's Ichiban..... Before playing LAD I would have 100% said Majima BC I mean he isn't the fan favourite for no reason but Ichibans character is so strongly written that in just 1 game he's won me over. I care him

However I can assign a blorbo to each game for extra opportunity for me to rant like a madman (I will put it under a read more at the end to save this posts length)

scrunkly (my “baby”, character that gives me cuteness aggression, character that is So Shaped)

Ok for a series about grouchy old men this is the funniest question. I think haruka is the only choice here, mainly in 1/2

scrimblo bimblo (underrated/underappreciated fave)

SHINADA. For a guy that was a random protag shoved in at the end of the longest fucking game known to man he really grew on me. I still don't understand baseball though. He's just silly goofy and I hope he's having a good time with his new friends

glup shitto (obscure fave, character that can appear in the background for 0.2 seconds and I won’t shut up about it for a week)

Nishida 100%. I would say Date here but I think he's had too much screen time to class as a background character. When nishida left a note or was even mentioned in dead souls I was so eager to read it. A note. He wasn't even in the game. Yuya could also work here but again hes had some decent screentime.

This is tricky.... I would not ascribe this character all the traits described in this heading but Majima. From Yakuza 5 in particular he's at his peak poor meow meow in 5 he needs to get in the pet carrier.

Akiyama. Look at his smug little face. Adachi can also fit into here because he's an asshole too but akiyama easily tops this one.

I fucking forgot his name the scary red suit bitch from 0.. NISHITANI IT TOOK ME LIKE 3 HOURS TO REMEMBER HIS NAME. solely because he fucking terrifies me he is the scariest Yakuza character hands down. also on the topic of 0 i hope Sagawa is in superhell

hiiiii i finally got the keep reading working so a full 12 hours after starting this draft i can finish it ^_^ My blorbo of each respective yakuza game is as follows:

Y0: Majima bc of course. Majima in 0 got me hooked on yakuza as a series and picking up 0 in a winter sale back in 2020 was the best oblivious decision i ever made. I just really like serious Majima and whenever that part of his personality shines through in the later games its just ough ough.

Y1: Haruka #girlboss. she does not behave like a realistic 7 year old but honestly shes just so no-nonsense in this game she is the lead we deserved. Its also really interesting seeing how yakuza 1 doesnt follow Kiryus story as much as it does Harukas, like shes the one looking for Yumi and she kicks off the plot.

Y2: KOYUKI....... i fucking loved the cabaret grand prix in kiwami 2 and both Yuki/Koyuki were hilarious to watch. That minigame could have honestly been a standalone game and i’d buy it the  storyline kept me hooked the entire time mainly bc Koyuki was so fun to be around. Honorable mention to Majima here because his scenes in kiwami 2 are the funniest hes ever been in this series.

Y3: Honestly all the fucking kids in this game could count as a collective blorbo but if i had to choose on specifically it’d be Taichi. He had such a fuckin personality and always stood out from the other kids you go you funky little wrestling fan.

Y4: Now going into this game i was thinking Akiyama was the smug little bastard id obsess over but hes too much of a dickhead in this game. My actual blorbo of Y4 is Saejima. The way they wrote his character is fucking amazing i still love rewatching that scene in the colluseum from him and the reunion with Sasai afterwards. Hes a gruff dude in touch with his emotions and thats the shit i like to see. We dont talk bout that one scene with Haruka though. Erased.

Y5: Now heres where Akiyama really became one of my big faves. Seeing him interact with Haruka and just go around trying to solve crimes was really nice to see. Honestly any time you want me to like a character just have them interact postively with Haruka its foolproof. Akiyama really is a fucking mess but hes so fun to watch ingame as well as his fighting style being by far one of my favourites in this series.

Y6: Ironic that the main character hasnt even gotten a blorbo mention until now. Yakuza 6 really fucking made me appreciate Kiryu, this dense man that we’ve watched go through 30 years of devastating life events and trauma. Not even going to mention the final few scenes of this game i have so much respect for him and im going to move on before i become a sad puddle on the floor for the next 3 hours.

Y7: Well its my current main blorbo. Ichiban. The way they made this man so fucking cheesy but so genuine is baffling. Hes the most endearing character ive encountered in the entire series and its amazing how fuckin quick i was to like him. We’ve had Kiryu as a protag for so fucking long Ichi had some massive shoes to fill but the game handles it so well and ough ough. He needs everyone to be nice to him RIGHT THIS SECOND.

uhhh i headcanon that kokichi is an emotional size shifter and that’s why he’s constantly lying and covering up his feelings

Ya mind reader I too have always thought emotional shifter fits Kichi sooO well why isn't anyone else mentioning it???

(ill talk here a lil more in the context of the killing game cuz eh) I kinda headcanon that even as an emotional shifter, Kokichi would cover up the 'emotional' part and present himself to the others as a shifter who can control his power no problemo. no need to even try to hide his sizeshifting, one second you're greeting a short highschool boy then you quickly glance away and look back at him and— wtf did he just grow a whole foot taller?? Boy's super proud of his power. I imagine in his student profile on the monopads his height would be listed as '???' cuz he's such a dumb hyper kid he can't stay at one height he's always a few inches taller of shorter than normal so no one (not even himself) knows his actual height 😔. I especially think he'd almost always stay on the shorter side since he likes the image of 'cute but scary lil' dictator' and being just a tad shorter than his classmates brings him a little bit of comfort for some reason. But I also think he'd lie about the extant of his ability like he'd never grow or shrink more than a few inches— a foot at most around his classmates and says that it's hard to push any further. Since there's no other shifter around they have to take his word for it. In reality he has little to no trouble shrinking to a few inches of height or growing tall enough the academy wouldn't have enough room for him. It sucks that he can't use his shifting around his classmates to pull his pranks and mess with them, but he wants to keep his secret as his own little adventage against the mastermind.

I imagine in this context the only time he'd stop messing around with his ability and keep something close to his natural height would be during murder/investigation/trial/execution like you said he has to keep his emotions in check lest he curls in on himself from sadness and shrinks till he gets lost in the courtyard's grass or burst out from anger and outgrow the school and wreck everything. And being an emotional shifter, it really helps that he can push the reset button to his feelings. However if he ever were to fail to control his shifting he'd quickly try to regain a hold of himself and play it off as a bluff and rush out of the trial room before anyone sees him shift any further (im especially thinking during Gonta's execution he'd be such a mess ouch. Then when he has to play villain again he goes against his emotions and instead of letting himself shrink from being so sad and heartbroken he forces himself to grow to match his villain persona and it hurts his body so much and he can barely handle the pain but he has to it's too late turn back and he's already written himself into the role of villainous Kokichi Ouma and succumbing to his sorrow and guilt is a luxury he can't afford at this point.)

But even with all his lying and covering up his feelings around his classmates I think that when alone in his room he'd just like, instantly drop on his bed only a few inches tall and shrinking smaller still. Just knowing that murders are still happening out there and he's failing his classmates so much makes him feel so small and helpless, and maybe, just maybe, it's alright for him to be that helpless and useless if he's just a tiny lil guy who can't do anything, maybe if he just becomes small enough for his blanket to swallow him whole then he won't have to bare the guilt of his failures and sins anymore. That lie is the only comfort he can cling onto in the killing game. poor guy 😔😔 someone please slap him

ahh last but not least I just… if he was a shifter that lil fucker COULD have lived thru chap five. Still with the context above if he kept his most extreme shifting hidden, after getting the antidote and Maki running off then he could have like… just gotten really really small so that there's enough antidote for the two of them. Ohhh boy, the image of it,,, Kaito on his knees coughing from his illness and the poison pumping in his veins, eyes wide as he stares far far far far down at at Kokichi who's standing at barely three inches tall struggling with the antidote bottle, and Kokichi, pointedly ignoring the eyes over his head and holding a shudder back. The silent moment of trust, seeing each other at their weakest and most vulnerable. Fcking friends sob sob

As for the body that goes under the press uhhh cw kinda gross but Kichi could just grow real real big and ehm cut off his finger like the yakuza or something. And again not to blabber any longer but can you picture that?? Can you picture Kaito staggering back into a corner as Kichi grows so large he has to curl in on himself to fit in the room, and the look they share??? Cuz I can and it's beautiful. After that they tend to his new injury and share an exisal for the trial 😳😳 and since no one knows about Kokichi's true potential they don't even think of his shifting playing a part in the plan so in the end the body discovery announcement is just wrong and no matter who they vote for they'll be wrong and both boys get to live dammit (well Kaito still dies pretty soon after but you get my point)
