ES earth prophet doodles

The earth prophet definitely has one of the more unique designs in the Ethereal Star AU compared to the others. Originally, I was gonna have their extra pair of arms be darkstone prosthetics, but I decided for their extra pair of arms to be a part of their anatomy along with then having another set of eyes. Gives into the tarantula theme they have.

Hello!! I really like your ES au and I have a few questions about it! 1. How did Alefs friends react to him becoming King? 2. Did Alef and his friends fall out later on in life or were they still close? 3. What did the elders think about Alefs friends?

The first two questions would be spoilers for the au story if I were to answer them (im working on writing the au story still, it's just taking me a while because life 😭)

But I will say, the Elders mostly like Alef's friends. Kizuna, they all have an opinion on. Lol.

Elder’s thoughts on Alef

Ayin:

Thinks he’s really talented with his magic abilities

Sees how smart and kind he is, loves that

His fascination with the light and embers is never ending

Teth:

She doesn’t like kids much, but thinks he’s ok. Definitely tolerable

She loves the ideas he comes up with for darkstone technology

Very observant

Kohenet:

Thinks he lacks assertiveness. He’s too shy

Doesn’t like the idea of him being the ruler of the realms

Has a bad feeling….

Tsadi:

Lots of energy… almost too much

Picks up on things pretty quick

Prankster

Lamed:

Loves how eager he is to learn

Loves how respectful he is

Very adorable kid

Overstimulated…

Playing around with procreate dreams, trying to get the hang of it. Anyway, thought I’d use Olali for a little animation test.

Olali is prone to getting overstimulated more easily than getting angry. He used to have a short temper as a kid, but as he aged, it would take a lot more to get him riled up.

Im so tempted to just write some short interactions/stories within the ES au since I'm having bit of writer's block when it's coming to finishing up the trials section of the story. I already have some short story ideas in mind *intensely stares at Joowee* and I feel like it would be a nice break from writing long parts. Just nice short parts easier for everyone to sit down and read and easier for me to go back and edit

how did the elders become elders in your au? or were they already pre-destined to be elders?

The elders became the leaders of their realms by completing all four trials without fail. its extremely rare that a person completes all four trials, so there is a prophecy for that:

whoever completes all four trials is destined to be an hare in ownership to the realm they were born in

So becoming a realm leader/elder is not passed down from parent to child, rather its passed down from those who are skilled and worthy. in the case that two people complete the trials and are from the same realm, they both share the responsibility of being its leader. Like how Sah and Mek both are the leaders/elders of Valley

an important note: Daleth is not an elder/realm leader in this AU until after Prince Alef becomes King Resh. up until that point, Daleth is just a village elder/leader. It plays into how Daleth's face Isn't on the portal gate to Eden in game. It's because he wasn't an elder when the gate was made

also, keep in mind about the portal gates for later on in the AU... they will be showing up
