Dazzler is not amused with the idea of being given a new show with Starfox as a co-star by Mojo. As Dazzler attacks Mojo, this prompts Spiral to defend her boss (or rather "President") of Mojoworld. Since Dazzler had attacked 'President' Mojo in front of everyone, she gets into trouble when she is branded as a terrorist of Mojoworld.

December 2019. Jim Starlin's final Warlock/Thanos story, THANOS: THE INFINITY ENDING, gives a glimpse of Thanos as a teenager.

What's happening here is that Thanos' brother Eros (Starfox) has had the brainstorm that Thanos might be less nihilistic if he'd had a stronger sense of human connection growing up, so Eros and Pip the Troll, using a time travel device stolen from Kang the Conqueror, start appearing at earlier points in Thanos' life to deliver messages of love and compassion. Pip is skeptical ("You're going to rile your brother back into relative sanity? Good luck with that!"), and for good reason — Eros may commit fewer cosmic genocides than Thanos does, but empathy and compassion are not his strong suits either. (In outlining his plan, Eros remarks, "Even I have a couple of people I care for, sort of.") So, this goes precisely as well as you'd expect:

These final Thanos graphic novels by Starlin, published between 2014 and 2019, are a good time IF you can deduce their correct order. (They comprise two trilogies, all with very similar titles and similar covers, and the way the individual volumes are packaged doesn't do a great job of telling you how each relates to the others.)

This is a Thanos Rising 2013 by Jason Aaron hate blog every day I'm fuming over the damage he did to Thanos' backstory but ESPECIALLY Sui-San. You don't understand her like I do... Anyway this is old art from 2021(?) that I never posted because uhhh idk why lol.

Tony Stark and Emma Frost as Hazel Kendal go on a secret mission to Gameworld in space in order to get the Mysterium. The spaceship arrives and out pops the Skrulls along with Starfox the Eternal and a former Avenger. Starfox brought in the Skrull agents as their back-up by having them switch places and pose as "Tony & Hazel" so that the real Tony and Emma could go to space with him. As they reach the Gameworld, Tony and Emma found themselves in the middle of the crossfire in a fight between the guards and space pirates but they managed to fight off the aliens of both sides. Meanwhile, Starfox doesn't use his pheromone charm powers on the aliens, instead he disguised himself as a lost, pregnant alien woman bystander. Then, the trio managed to gain access to the vault for the Mysterium. After taking some Mysterium from the vault, Starfox sends Tony and Emma back to Earth.

Huh, I didn't expect the movie to be so similar to the comic down to the details of the broken Seal of the Vishanti, and Bruce warning Stephen and Wong that Thanos is coming.

I think Mephisto represents all of this because it's just unreal that Thanos acts like this when Death hasn't said a single word to him 😭

I don't say this often, but I think I prefer MCU Thanos more and they made the right decision changing his motives. This ridiculousness works fine in comics (and I kinda love it) but it wouldn't have translated well into live action. It would've made a trash movie, honestly.

Ah, what a wonderful family reunion. Just add Gamora and the whole family's there! One of the most dysfunctional families in the Marvel Universe but there are A LOT of other families that give them stiff competition.

Why is Thanos acting like a melodramatic scorned ex-lover? Like Death doesn't even give him the time of day so MOVE ON. He's literally just killed half of the universe but he's whining about his crush not paying attention to him 😭

I never thought I'd feel sorry for Mephisto, of all people, but dealing with Thanos's drama has got to be awful. He's probably rethinking his decision to work with him lmaoo.

[[ I had a horrible nightmare in which some asshole kid made a movie where Starfox ended up a sexual predator (and was wearing his old costume and was ugly) and I tried to explain to him that Starfox has been expunged of this record and tried to get him to read AXE but I left the starfox one-shot and the relevant AXE issues somewhere else, and he refused to consider treating Eros as a likeable character and I of course was lamenting about how this guy had set Starfox back to step 0 even though Starfox was always a hero and was Mar-Vell's best friend etc. But then my brain fixed it by having the guy's movie have an epilogue where it was just a trick for the Avengers to catch the real criminal or something like that and starfox was cute and they were all congratulatory so it was good. And it for some reason was a cute cartoon style at the end so his old costume was cute]]

you seem to only use the term half-blood when speaking about the army/rogues, is there a reason for that?

Of course there is, demigod is the most commonly used term, I'm aware, and while all demigods are half-bloods, not all half-bloods are demigods.

For example, Torrington himself doesn't exactly fit into the demigod box, while he may refer to himself as such on occasion. Demigod, while being the correct term to call him, isn't the only term that would apply to him. His mother is not only a goddess, but a titaness, making Torrington a demititan as well as a demigod.

Such things apply to the other half-bloods in our camp, children of deities like Lethe or Rhea wouldn't be demigods, as their mothers aren't goddess. Even most children of Eros or Aphrodite don't prefer the term demigod.
