if raymond james stadium will not allow taylor to sell tote bags, water bottles, or light sticks; will taylor list them on her website? I feel like it would be unfair for a while section of tour to not be able to have these items

April 11-14, Xi'an, China:
Some pictures of the cultural landmarks of Xi'an and some miscellaneous pics to wrap up the posts about my Xi'an trip:
First is the Bell Tower/楼 and Drum Tower/鼓楼 of Xi'an. The Bell Tower and the Drum Tower of Xi'an were built in 1384 and 1380 respectively, during the reign of Emperor Taizu of Ming (personal name Zhu Yuanzhang, aka that one emperor who was a beggar). Both towers were rebuilt during Qing dynasty, then repaired extensively in the latter half of 20th century.
This square-ish tower is the Bell Tower:
The hotel we stayed at was fairly close to the Bell Tower so I was able to get a couple more pictures of it, but we didn't go inside either towers though. I kind of regret that, but I regret not being able to go to the Shaanxi History Museum more.
Side note: the Tang-era Jingyun Bell/景云钟 used to be inside this tower (hence the name), where it would sound in the mornings to signal the beginning of the day. However, the Jingyun Bell was moved to Beilin Museum in 1953 for conservation purposes, which was also where I saw the real thing (see my earlier post about Beilin Museum), but a tour guide told me it would be moved again soon to another (indoor) museum, where it would stay for the foreseeable future. The bell that is inside the Bell Tower right now is a modern working replica of the Jingyun Bell.
And now the rectangular Drum Tower. The drums in the tower used to sound in the evenings, signaling the end of the day. This is summed up in the term 晨钟暮鼓, or "morning bell tolls and evening drum beats".
The bian'e/匾额 sign on the south side of the Drum Tower reads 文武盛地 (traditionally Chinese reads from right to left when written horizontally), which translates to "the place where literary and martial arts flourish". The bian'e itself is 8m (~26.2 ft) long and weighs 2-3 metric tons (about as heavy as a SUV). The bian'e on the north side of the Drum Tower reads 声闻于天, which translates to "a sound heard even in the heavens", referring to the sound of the drums. The phrase itself came from the poem "A Crane Cries" (鹤鸣; translation may vary depending on the translator) from the Classic of Poetry/《诗经》.
On to notable souvenirs from random shops:
Tang-era style Thicc Beefcake Horses 👌
Left: figurines of (mostly) Tang-era girls. Right: a type of candy from Sichuan called "dogshit candy"/狗屎糖 (yes that's really the name lol) made from soy beans, peanuts, and barley malt syrup (called maiyatang/麦芽糖). The smaller text on the bottom of the bag reads "eat dogshit candy and you will have dogshit luck", which actually means good luck btw, because the chances of stepping on dog doo-doo is actually kinda low if you think about it
And last but not least, the ancient city walls of Xi'an. The city walls that we see here were built at the beginning of Ming dynasty (latter half of 14th century), but analysis of the cross section revealed that it also contained sections of the Tang-era (618 - 907), Song-era (960 - 1279), and Yuan-era (1206 - 1368) city walls within it in layers. These walls are 12m (39.4ft) tall and the top of the wall is 12-14m (39.4-46ft) wide, enough to pass multiple horse-drawn carts at once, which was important for the defense of the city. Below is the Anyuan Gate/安远门 (the north gate), and this used to be where the Tang-era Taiji Palace/太极宫 (not to be confused with Taiji Hall of the Forbidden City) wall connected with the Eastern Palace/东宫, where the crown prince resided:
Coming around the side gate of Anyuan Gate. There's also a moat (护城河 in Chinese, lit. "protect city river"), but I didn't take pictures of it.
Outside the Shangwu Gate/尚武门. 尚武 roughly translates to "respect of the martial". There used to be draw bridges outside these gates as well, but for ease of modern transportation, most of them have been rebuilt as fixed bridges with roads on top for vehicles and pedestrians. The only draw bridge that has been rebuilt (that I know of) was the one outside the Yongning Gate/永宁门 aka the southern gate.
Leaving Xi'an city. These are the corner towers of the city wall:
Two cute sculptures inside the Xi'an Xianyang International Airport/西安咸阳国际机场, the left one represents Shaanxi's Qinqiang/秦腔 folk opera, and the right one is, of course, the famous terra cotta soldier:
Goodbye Xi'an! Hopefully I can come back in the future and go to Shaanxi History Museum..........

So. The timeline for season 3 present time can stretch from one year to a few months. Personally, I think the 1 year stretch is far better.
February 2022: Lestat founds/discovers a band and names it The Vampire Lestat.
Mid to late June 2022: the tour is green lit but not announced. The band has managers and all the equipment
June 14th 2022 — June 26th 2022: the Dubai interview.
Early July 2022: Louis searches for Lestat, finds him in NOLA, flies there and they reunite.
July 2022 - mid to late October 2022: Louis and Lestat rekindle their friendship, they have their own lives but are in contact. Armand starts stalking Daniel.
February 2023: Lestat’s band blows up all of a sudden. The tour is announced.
February 2023 — April 2023: Lestat and Louis talk to each other, check on each other and hang out. One time, they end up sleeping together and Louis leaves and ghosts Lestat the next day. They settle on a “casual”, no attachments relationship but both are jealous of the other. Because of this, Lestat writes long face.
April 2023: the book is out. Lestat reads it, is pissed at Louis, they argue. Lestat releases long face and it blows up even more. Meanwhile Armand reaches out to Daniel. They have a month long fling, but Armand disappears after turning Daniel
June (?) 2023: Lestat’s band releases the dates for their tour. Daniel proposes the documentary to Lestat and he accepts.
Late August 2023: the tour starts.
Late August 2023 — October 2023: Lestat is interviewed by Daniel.
October 2023: Louis, Daniel, Armand and Gabrielle + others begin to dream about Maharet and Mekare.
October 21st: the interview is over. Louis enters in possession of the uncut tape through Daniel and watches it. Meanwhile, Akasha awakens.
Roughly October 26th (?): Louis visits Lestat. They argue, communicate, and decide to try again.
October 31st: the San Francisco concert happens, Gabrielle arrives and saves Loustat.
November 1st: Akasha kidnaps Lestat.
I reasoned this way in regards of timeline stretch because editing a book, publishing it, having a four month margine that is already surpassed, interviewing a rock star on tour and editing a documentary take some time. A book needs 6-12 months to be edited and published, and a documentary a few months that they objectively don’t have, if they’re to keep the 31st October concert date.
I’m not sure about the whole angst thing and its magnitude, as I’ve inserted it only because of the loose context given by Long Face and Lestat wearing a wedding ring AND the slit throat chocker. Could also be that Louis tags along on the tour as “just friends” while pining and overcoming their communication issues (someone I don’t remember said Lestat should talk about Magnus in private with Louis and Daniel/only Louis and then a cut version to Daniel). Considering that Louis is already in his Prince Lestat era mindset, it would make sense for him to finally read, as a parallel to 2x08, his book before deciding to try again with Lestat (just for him to be kidnapped).
There’s also things I really liked as theories but wouldn’t know how to incorporate. Maybe Daniel interviewed Lestat as a human? Maybe after that Armand found them both and went after Daniel and turned him? Then Daniel would go to the talk show and talk about both the interview to Lestat and the book? But then how would Louis still be at the penthouse? Would that be before receiving the uncut interview or something?
Thoughts on all of this? What’s your own timeline prediction?
:) (Nice timeline!! Thank you for formatting btw, the email I got was not and I was sooo relieved when I checked here *laughs*)
Soooooo.... I personally think that there's even more time there.
I think editing the book and publishing it takes more time, maybe up to two years, and I would think they will use the "three years" they will have from 2022 to release in 2025 (fingers crossed!) for the show.
For your timeline the reunion would need to be the "contested" one, aka not having happened that way, because otherwise Lestat's state of mind would not fit I think.
But I also think that once they have met again that Louis and Lestat will fall into the "Netflix and chill" era that they have in later books, which you also describe here.
All in all I think the timeline makes sense, it will be very interesting to see what the show does with it!!
As I said, I am not convinced that Daniel is already a vampire for the documentary, but that will remain to be seen. I think the show might mix things up there (like they mixed Merrick in, for example) - because as you said(!) - Louis seems a bit in the PL era mind set in Dubai... and if he is, if they pull that up - then the whole story might be mixed up, re events. (Also they already introduced Fareed, and Amel, arguably).
Ahhh, I don't know^^. I like your timeline :), even if I am writing my own (a bit different one) in a fic right now, forgive me for not detailing here too much. It does keep to the elements you also pulled up^^, but shapes them a bit differently, because I have a different starting point.
It would be cool if you came back after season 3, to compare notes :))))

Taylor Swift and Morgan Wallen Dominate Billboard’s Album Chart
Wallen spends an eighth week at No. 1 with “One Thing at a Time,” and Swift lands three albums in the Top 10, including the new vinyl set “Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions.”

Half of the Billboard album chart’s Top 10 this week belongs to Morgan Wallen and Taylor Swift, with Wallen holding two slots, including No. 1, and Swift taking three.
Wallen’s 36-track “One Thing at a Time” remains at the top for an eighth time, with the equivalent of 149,000 sales in the United States, according to the tracking service Luminate. His previous release, “Dangerous: The Double Album,” is No. 7.
Agust D — better known as Suga of the K-pop titans BTS — debuts at No. 2 with his first solo studio album, “D-Day.” It had the equivalent of 140,000 sales, including 18 million streams and 122,000 copies sold as a complete album.
Swift opens at No. 3 with “Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions,” a two-LP vinyl set released on April 22 as part of Record Store Day, an annual promotion in which artists and labels issue one-day special releases. It was limited to 75,000 copies in the United States, and every one of them was sold, according to Luminate. That is the biggest week for any album on vinyl so far this year, Billboard said.
Swift, who is still playing stadiums on her Eras Tour, also occupies No. 4 this week, with her latest studio album, “Midnights,” and No. 10, with “Lover,” from 2019.
Also this week, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, the prolific Louisiana rapper, arrives at No. 5 with his new “Don’t Try This at Home,” which features guest appearances by Nicki Minaj, Mariah the Scientist, Post Malone and others. The 33-track album, his 14th to reach the Top 10, had the equivalent of 60,000 sales, including 88 million streams.

Justice Releases Futuristic “Generator” Music Video
The renowned French electronic pair, Justice, has unveiled a daring new video for "Generator," a track from their eagerly awaited album Hyperdrama, scheduled for release on April 26th through Ed Banger Records and Because Music. This video merges the concepts of human and machine, showcasing an intimate encounter between two robot-like beings, perfectly matching the song's fusion of disco and hardcore techno elements. As these robots peel away their layers to reveal their internal mechanics, Justice, alongside director Léa Ceheivi, delves into the exploration of sexuality in the digital era. "The idea was to echo a 2000s-era phenomenon like a sextape, but with a modern twist—capturing its raw aesthetic and unpredictability. So, in our narrative, AI robots too experience sex and the 'little death' of orgasm," shared Ceheivi. The official video can be viewed below: "Generator" was released alongside "One Night/All Night (starring Tame Impala)" last month, marking the announcement of "Hyperdrama," their first collection of new work in eight years. The release of "One Night/All Night" quickly demonstrated the strong demand for new Justice material, securing the top position on KCRW for two consecutive weeks and the #8 slot on Spotify’s Top Song Debut US chart. Furthermore, Justice is set to headline this year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, introducing their new live performance setup for the first time. The festival is just one highlight in a year filled with scheduled performances, with more dates expected to be announced. For a complete list of tour dates, see below: April 12th: Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Indio, CA April 19th: Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Indio, CA April 23rd: Auditorio Citibanamex, Monterrey, Mexico April 25: Akron Satdium Esplanade, Zapopan, Mexico April 27th: Festival Vaivén, Tehuixtla, Mexico May 30th: Primavera Sound, Barcelona, Spain June 1st: We Love Green, Paris, France June 7th: Primavera Porto, Porto, Portugal June 9th: Best Kept Secret, Hilvarenbeek, Netherlands June 14th: Nameless Festival, Provincia Di Lecco, Italy July 4th: Beauregard Festival, Hérouville-saint-clair, France July 6th: Main Square Festival, Arras, France July 11th: Les Déferlantes, Le Barcarès, France July 13th: Musilac, Aix-les-bains, France July 14th: Terres du Son, Monts, France July 19th: Gurtenfestival, Köniz, Switzerland July 21st: Dour Festival, Dour, Belgium August 17th: Cabaret Vert, Charleville-mézières, France August 24: Field Day, London, UK September 4: Delta Festival, Marseille Bompard, France Read the full article

New Beginnings
2023 was a year that I'll never forget in my 20 years of existence. It was a year that made me have a lot of memories that I didn't expect to make.
January started off as a quiet year because I spent my time adjusting to the new school year, and classes started off as we were preparing for our upcoming assignments. But with the help of my lecturers, I was ready to start. When February came around, it was my sister's birthday month. She turned 16 last year. My family and I started off as we headed to Singapore for a little weekend vacation. I really missed that country because of its many attractions. My two sisters had a blast at the Stray Kids concert. March was absolutely memorable when our little cousin came to visit us for the first time with her parents. We showed them around the country. We also celebrated my youngest sister's 14th birthday. I can't believe she has grown a lot!
April was amazing because we went back to the Philippines for a whole month, celebrating Easter there for the first time. My sisters, my little cousin, and I went swimming in an AirBnb. We also went shopping at SM Megamall, and it's huge. May was the month when I celebrated Hari Raya with my Muslim friends and prepared for my first job interview for my college internship. June was kind of bittersweet because we had to say goodbye to our helper after over 8 years, but it ended okay when I had my college convocation ceremony.
July was a super busy month for me because I was still in the middle of my internship as an assistant kindergarten teacher, my family and I were going to Miri for the weekend, and I was performing for my college's sport day. August was full of appreciation as I finally ended my internship, had a youth night, did a beach clean-up with friends, and attended Filipino classes for a week. September was the highlight of 2023, as I entered my 20s.
In the last quarter of the year, I leveled up to Level 5 and watched the Era Tour by Taylor Swift with my mom and sisters in October. November was nice, as I helped out with the Paskong Pinoy in the Philippines Embassy, having Christmas carolers in our house twice in a week, attending my sister's senior high school graduation, and flying off to the Philippines for a few-hour layover for our early morning flight to Tokyo. December started off really great as we celebrated my mom's birthday in Japan and went back home to the Philippines to celebrate Christmas with our extended family. Christmas is always the best when it happens in my home country.
What I expect in 2024 is more opportunities for me to try, new creative projects to take part in, and, best of all, spending time together with all of my loving and caring family and friends through this year.
