After he buys the medicine, ne imrediately went nome to give the medecine to his grandmother, "Hi lola" Im here, I buy all the medecine that you need for your illness. And my grandmathersaid "Thank you Joshua I'm really glad that my grandmother said I raised you. your parent will be really proud if they had like you as their son". Joshua smiled and hug her grandmother.

After two days the grand mother start to feel the covid 19, symptoms like caughing, night fever, body ache and headache Josnua panicked and consult the doctor about the illness of his grandmother to the nearest hospital. The doctor said that his grandmother is having a virus that can kill people, It is called Covid-19. Joshua was shocked because his grandmother didn't go outside but she got the virus, then he suddenly remembered that he go out to the pharmacy to buy medecine and he think that because of his carelessness he infected his grandmother.
