Eolasen uses both his Spirit Blade and a one handed sword with a fire rune. Dual blades makes for a lethal Lavellan Knight Enchanter. He's kinda like a dual dagger rogue with them in a way......

Ahhh yes! Magical dual wields! This is really cool and the magic amplifies the damage too. Plus barrier and all those bonuses can make you pretty unkillable in the battle field.

If you give Vivienne Blade of Tiderion + the spirit blade it’s also kind of like dual-wield. But you can’t use both a the same time sadly.
