sketch page time, but make it medieval! I was messing around with a composition for a knight, and the blacksmith and the jester and also the lady (who is an assassin) were some early early early ideas for characters! someday they may even exist in a story that has a plot.

List of Fanfic Ideas (Charles/Edwin edition)

I'll be immensely happy if any of you adopt one of those ideas.

Note: I'm gonna start with paineland and made other post for pain land specifically.

They made a pact: on their birthdays, they would always agree to participate in each other's plans. This year, Edwin's birthday schedule includes taking Charles to all the places he had said he wants to visit (or Edwin has mastered how to travel by mirror and is a bit of a show-off about it)

The case doesn't go as they expected. Now, they are trapped in their desguises, sitting in the middle of a wedding, obliged to pretend they're just another happy couple (they have to dance too).

Edwin had talked about the meaning of flowers before, Charles tries his best to remember some of it, but when he goes to the flower shop, he still manages to get it all wrong (or maybe not).

After a couple of years, Charles tries to find Edwin's grave; when he finds it, he makes a habit out of going there to talk when he feels overwhelmed (by sadness, by anger, by frustration, even by love). Spoiler Alert: Someone discovers his little secret.

Edwin had lost count of the times Charles had gotten himself in danger to save them both. This time, he doesn't let it happen again (or Charles goes through the five stages of bi panic after watching his best mate shred a monster to pieces with an sword).

Edwin reads the end of Orpheus & Eurydice's story for Charles after they leave Port Townsend.

I keep thinking about the detailed drawing of Sean's corpse in Arthur's journal, and how his drawings seem to sometimes be a way of processing trauma and memories and getting an image out of his head and onto paper. And when you think about it this man has probably seen (and delivered) hundreds of headshots and witnessed far more gruesome things in his life time, but not to someone he knew and considered a brother. It hit him hard.

#on the gourgeist post‚ when i clicked Add to queue‚ tumblr just Hung for a solid two minutes until i refreshed the page #and then i checked the queue and it was already queued up anyway. but the page reloaded all weird and looked like for a split second #some posts from my dash had entered the queue. so in lieu of this Being A Website‚ i'm gonna leave that post where it is and hope the queue #has not been contaminated #anyway i thought this thing was gen 8 because that was the first place i saw it. which is weird because i'm the big gen 6 proponent #but i guess i just never saw this one when i played pokémon X as a kid #inb4 someone is like. yeah it's pokémon Y exclusive. like what happened with spritzee #naw bulbapedia says it's not. i was just bad at video games i guess. or it's a rare spawn or something. or i just got unlucky #bergmite #however the pokédex entries seem to suggest it has gotten two (2) degrees warmer since generation 8 #from gen 6 to gen 8 the dex entries stated it used air of -150ºF #but now in gen 9 the dex entry states it's only -148ºF #climate change is affecting even the bergmite. what has this world come to

I know you're probably expecting one of Walliford's diary entries today, but your blog dashboards are being graced by the illuminating Sally Starlet for one day only!

Walliford had shared a sketch of my costume for one of my future productions: Sally Red Riding Hood. I am quite sure it's going to be one of the most stunning productions the Neighborhood has ever seen!

Some of you have brought a problem to the forefront:

You are correct: Barnabus would be considered the ideal candidate for playing the Big Bad Wolf. After all, he is rather large, and he is of the canine family. However, his acting is certainly something to be desired. Last time I let him take a lead role, he starting telling jokes! As the witch in Hansel and Gretel! He diverted so far off the script that the entire production would have rolled down a hill had there been wheels on it to begin with.

Alas, there are not many who can live up to my shining talents, so we simply must make do with what we have. I do hope that they gain valuable acting experience when working alongside me.

Walliford and I did brainstorm who else might be suitable for this role. He did sketch them out for you all to help you visualise my ideas:

Barnabus, I have already discussed.

Our Storekeeper runs the risk of scaring the audience away with all his advertisements. Or worse, they might fall asleep! Grandmother Julie might never be eaten with all the products he would insist every good wolf should have!

As for the Mailman? I think he would have potential, but I fear he would never be able to make it to a rehearsal with how much running and racing he does!

The role of the wolf is a vital one! I can't simply cast just anyone to play the part. It needs to be someone taller than me, who can really make themselves out to be scary. How can I fight the evil wolf if they're making the audience laugh?

I do hope I'll be able to think of a solution to this, my comets.
