Progress CleanBot - Week 12

My start-up venture has experienced a little bit more encouragement this week. I'm pleased to announce that I may have uncovered a potential improvement to my robotic cleaning service after conducting active study and examining many choices.

A new robot cleaning technology that promises to be more effective and efficient than my present model is being tested by me right now. Providing a hybrid service that combines the usage of robots with manual cleaning by human staff is another option I've been thinking about. This would enable me to provide my clients with a service that is more flexible and adaptable.

In terms of what isn't working, I've realised that my marketing efforts may use some improvement. I've had trouble connecting with and reaching out to potential customers, therefore I think I need to devote more time and money to creating a strong marketing plan.

Notwithstanding the difficulties, my outlook on the future of my project has improved. I think there is still a sizable market for robotic cleaning services, and I'm sure I can find a method to successfully and profitably fill that market need.

I'm finding out that managing a business involves a lot of perseverance and resiliency, in terms of what I'm learning about it. There will always be difficulties and failures, but it is crucial to remain committed to long-term objectives and flexible in the face of shifting conditions. I am also becoming more aware of the value of networking and establishing trusting connections with possible partners and customers.

What I am discovering about myself is that I have a tremendous love for problem-solving and entrepreneurship. I like the challenge of coming up with innovative answers to challenging issues, and I'm learning that I have a knack for seeing new possibilities and thinking beyond the box.

To sum up, my start-up venture has made progress this week. I'm looking into a hybrid service model and exploring new robotic cleaning technology. Even if there are still obstacles to overcome, I am more optimistic about the future of my company and am still dedicated to its success.

Through the years, I have gained experience is administration, executive management, financial management , community outreach, budgeting and entrepenuership.

My Progress - Week # 7

How is my business plan going? Overall, I’d say well. I have my ingredients budgeted, I understand my target clientele, and I’m confident I’ll be able to get sales. I’m testing products now with great results and I can see things coming together now that I’m understanding how to start up a business properly and the little details that are so important that I would have never known otherwise such as message mapping, customer empathy maps, and marketing avatars. Everything seems to be working well so far. Now that I am beginning to understand how business and marketing work, I’m able to utilize the tools I’m being given and execute them to move forward. What’s not working is I’ve underestimated a bit the space I’ll need. I’m going to eventually need more room to house my products and ingredients, bottles, etc. Working from home is okay temporarily but I’m definitely going to space that is my businesses only in order to stay organized and succeed if the business grows. I feel good about this project. I really feel confident with what I’ve learnt everything seems to be falling together and the pieces I never understood before are coming together and making sense now. I didn’t realize just how much detail goes into making a business plan and admittedly thought in the past you could just jump in and start a business if you had industry knowledge. It truly is a science, all of it and you have to get each component right and balanced t to be successful. I’m learning a lot about myself in this. I have learned I’m pretty good at marketing and understanding consumers which I would have never guessed. I’m also learning I’m a lot more determined than I thought. I can see myself building this business successfully, and I’m not as scared anymore. I have built that confidence up now that I’m understanding how to do things properly. I’ve also learnt how much I have held myself back in the past due to my fear, it was as though I had a fear of being successful because of the many what ifs, now that I know I’m doing things correctly it’s dissipated. I’m very excited to learn more and see where this venture will take me!
