shadow milk is so close and I can't contain my excitement! i've been thinking about all the different things that could happen in this update and aaaa!!

can't wait to see how his kingdom looks like now! what if the cookies in that kingdom have been living normally, compared to the spice tribes (who have been living in fear, despite burning spice not even being around)

that is, if his kingdom even HAS cookies... like, the guy pretty much played with their lives, but I'll be surprised if they still managed to thrive after his sealment.

( + He actually reads to Jack at bedtime a lot more often than to Paneer. He reads a lot to Jack in general, it's one of the ways Jack likes to spend time with him since he loves books and both he and Spice are smarties. Paneer prefers that Jack reads to her, she likes how he tells stories lol)

ik shadow milk’s already getting plenty of appreciation as is but let me just add to that by saying it is SO refreshing to get a crk villain who is both fun and genuinely threatening, the ones who are entertaining usually tend to be as intimidating as a pathetic wet cat and the ones who actually pose a serious threat to the protagonists for more than three seconds tend to be as exciting as watching paint dry. getting a villain who is both comes once in a blue moon for this game AND he’s an excellent foil to pure vanilla?? top notch shit I can’t wait for the other fallen heroes to show up eventually

Honestly one of the main things I have to say is just that Shadow Milk’s VA is killing it. Top tier voice acting, he brings the chaotic energy of this character

I probably said as much when he first showed up, but still

I have praise for Wind Archer’s VA too, but it’s not so much about his specific performance as Wind Archer, but just his general range of voices. Kellen Goff is the voice of Glamrock Freddy, Funtime Freddy, Diavolo, Choco Werehound Brute, and Wind Archer (among others), and they all sound so distinct from each other. Like, I don’t think I’d know they all share a voice actor just from the voice alone, and nowadays I think I can pick out when a voice actor I’ve heard before is playing another character. So yeah, props to him too
