"For I shall put back together what belongs together"
Who would have thought that a simple comment can inspire a whole art piece? Sekhmet bringing the two sides of the universe back together.
Chaos and Order are to be reunited.

What do you think was Isis’s wager? I don’t remember that it was explicitly stated for readers right?
There is some open-endedness to it, but we are seemingly given the gist of it in S02E52 as a furtherance of Isis' discussion with Sekhmet in S02E26. S02E52 is when Isis is still trapped in her nightmare. She first begs Osiris to look at her, and then attacks Seth for taking Osiris' attention. I use the Tappytoon translation, since Seven Seas is very much not here yet.
In S02E52, (Presumably Sekhmet as) Seth, says this, "This is why you tried to make me fade away? After all that talk of betrayal and revenge, that wasn't the real reason? It was all because of jealousy? The lives of those humans weren't actually that important, were they? It's okay. No need to be embarrassed. It's only natural. We all think that our own wounds are the most painful, after all. Like Osiris, who experimented on countless souls, for his own personal reasons."
Isis: "What?"
Sekhmet as Seth: "Or Seth, who slaughtered all those humans, just because his wife had an affair. But you took it out on Seth alone, so should we say that's better than both of them?"
Sekhmet: "Sweet Isis... I came to tell you the honest truth. I'm curious to see if you won't change your mind after hearing what I have to say. Shall we make a wager?"
This is all seemingly about Isis' recurring nightmare (of the night of usurpation, when Isis witnesses some part of Osiris and Seth together), as mentioned in S02E26, when Sekhmet is trying to "help" Isis not have her nightmare anymore. Isis rejects her help.
It's unclear if the wager is something new after Sekhmet's speech in S02E52, because we switch scenes after "Shall we make a wager?" and the next time we hear about it is in S02E78, but given Anubis invades Isis' dreamspace/mind/soul/who knows and sees the visions Sekhmet is sending Isis of Osiris' memories/past, it fits with what Sekhmet is saying. Sekhmet is seemingly showing Isis Osiris' memories/Osiris' past to maybe show her that Osiris was never really hers and Seth wasn't to blame for Osiris' attention being "diverted" from Isis: Osiris was attempting to make Seth his even during their war with Ra prior to Osiris taking the throne (and heck, even Ra seemingly knew back then that Osiris wanted to make Seth his, when Isis had no apparent clue until the night of usurpation).
The wager seems to be something like, "If I show you what Osiris was doing/what his goals were, you'll change your mind about Seth/yourself."
In S02E52, Isis also insists she doesn't want to hear Sekhmet/need her help. It's possible the wager is that Sekhmet wins in proving she's right and Isis did need to listen to Sekhmet cause she knows all the stuff about Osiris that Isis did not know (as indicated by her "What?" when Sekhmet is talking about the experiments on humans). Sekhmet just seems to enjoy one-upping people a lot (she does this with both Seth and Horus).
We don't know what either of them will win if they win. I imagine the idea is that Isis will stop having nightmares. Sekhmet... gets to be right/be the one to stop the nightmare? And/or be owed a favor from Isis for doing this? Possibly she just wants to do this so she can lord it over Seth (e.g., "See I convinced Isis to not hate you so much, cause you suck at this stuff") but I doubt that'd be part of a wager with Isis.
So it's not explicit precisely, but it does seem to kind of be there in some form.
Update: This post was written prior to the release of S02E86. Since that came out, we know that Isis lost the wager, which is why she agreed to let Hathor marry Horus. Sekhmet asked Isis to give Hathor security and watch over her, so she didn't get hurt. And to consider Hathor "insane" and let her have her with everything, because her "love doesn't last long anyway".
(If you'd like help reading the series, here's a guide)

its time for!! (after like 3 days)
🥁🥁🥁…
STAR! DOES! FACTS!
you miss me? because i did too!!
todays facts will be…
ANCIENT EGYPTIAN MYTHOLOGY!!
yippee!!
now, let’s get into the facts, shall we?
1. Who were the 9 main gods of Egypt? The nine Ennead gods of Egypt are Atum, Shu, Tefnut, Geb, Nut, Osiris, Isis, Seth, and Nephthys. They are the family of Atum the god of the sun, and are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the sun god, Ra
2. Since Anubis is the god of death, does that make him evil? Actually it doesn’t! The Egyptian people viewed him as a good, protective deity. Anubis was portrayed with the color black, symbolizing regeneration and the Nile river's fertile soil
3. How many total gods were worshipped? There were well over 2,000 gods and goddesses worshipped in Ancient Egyptian mythology!
4. Most gods had the body of a human and the head of an animal! For example, Lady Bastet with her cat head and Sekhmet with her lioness head.
5. Who is the most well known God? That title goes to Amun-Ra, the sun god and also the god of creation. Amun-Ra is also the protector of the pharaoh, who is often depicted as an embodiment of Amun-Ra
6. Are there any lesser known gods? Yes! One of the more lesser known ones are Geb, who is the personification of the earth, god of healing colds, fevers, and scorpion stings. It is said that his laughter supposedly caused earthquakes.
that is all folks for…
STAR! DOES! FACTS!
tomorrows facts will be about
ROMAN MYTHOLOGY !!
one of my personal favorites
see you all tomorrow!

Hi!!! It's me again... Okay, so I was rereading Mitsuri!Reader and I really like the part with Horus. That he loves both Seth and Reader. Uh- Can you write like how their journey was going after Seth and the Reader contacted the caravan driver?
(I like to imagine that Seth was our mentor. Like how Kyojuro was to Mitsuri and now Seth to us.)
You are free to ignore it if you want to!!!! Have a good day/night 💓💓
Ok so I’m sadly not that far in as Tappytoon messed me up so I had to start over; I was at the finale of season one when Tappytoon messed up on me, so I’ll be doing this with the help of the wiki so this might be short, sorry 😅
Characters: Seth, Horus.
Warning: noob author, female reader, yandere characters, and others.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You had to say goodbye to your mentor as you were not allowed to go with him as isis thought he would do something to you.
Surprisingly she soon started to like you reason why she was against it was because Seth might use you against her and Horus and cause Horus needed to get the thrown back from Seth and with him finally gone doing his punishment she is now fine with you being near Horus.
Hathor of course try to get in the way of that as she had interest for Horus and wants him to be with her for reasons unknown whether she truly likes him or something else no one but she knows (and probably sekhmet).
It has been two months since Seth’s punishment, you and Horus are worried about Seth so you two decide to find him it only helped that you two had an excuse to do so cause of the caravans and such.
You had stopped the caravan men from doing something very horrible to Seth with the help of your sword that acts like a whip of sorts.
You made sure he was alright before taking him away to safety, where Horus told you to meet back up at when you got Seth out of there.
You and Horus took Seth to a healer of to make sure he’s ok and see if he did or didn’t have any internal damage.
(A/n: ok it wasn’t short after all, that’s good, I was worried it might not be since the wiki isn’t as detailed on what happened as I noticed some things missing from what I seen from edits of ennead season 2 on social media but I thankfully made it work the best I could! Hope yall liked it! And hope yall have a wonderful day/evening/night!!)
