2 weeks post op (fat transfer to hips and butt) 💞 I asked my surgeon to copy the shape of my butt and hips when I was close to my high weight, and he nailed it! 😍

I’m over the moon happy to have my ass back!! 🤣 he left a good amount of fat on my tummy as well, it’s hard to tell under the compression but I still have a cute belly hang and it compliments my big hips so nicely!

It literally could not have turned out better, I’m so excited to get back to my glute workouts and gain a little more fat on top of it so it really looks like the pics on the right 🥵

Over the past few days it’s settled into more and more like the shape I had at my higher weights, makes sense because it’s all my own fat and my body remembers the way it used to carry weight there. Good shit! 😚 it’s cool how once it’s healed, it will respond to weight gain (and loss) just like my natural fat would.. so you won’t catch me losing a single more pound lol

If you’re wondering what changed, this is my ass before the fat transfer 😳 and yes I did glute focused weight training NON STOP for 6 months beforehand.. it wasn’t gonna get any bigger by itself lol

I can’t even begin to express how happy I am to see it restored to its former fat perky glory 🤣💞
