April blew a few ticklish raspberries into Mikeys shell before he hid in it and April decided to leave him alone for now, best order to try and get the 3 brothers: Donnie, Leo, Raph.

April rushed after Donnie, she knew he could hide in his room by using his tech so she needed to get him first, Donnie looked behind him still running as he said.

💜: GASPING!-

Before April pounced on him and they started wrestling on the ground.

💜:AHAPRIL NO- DONT YOU DARE!-

💛:OH SHUSH DONNIE!

She said before she pinned him down and started tickling his Stomach as Donatello shrieked.

💜:AHAHAHAHPHIHIRLL NOHOHOOO!!-

He squealed through his hiccuping and hysterical laughter before April stopped and rushed to Leo's room leaving Donnie breathless as he panted.

💜:Oh my banana pancakes-...

When April entered Leo's cart train room she looked around for her fellow brother, she then felt something dripping from the celling...sweat?- she looked up to see a nervous, sweaty red slider as he smiled weakly and said.

💙:Uhh...Hi?-

Before he could do anything else April took him by his foot and brought him down to the floor as she started tickling his armpits. The Red slider shut his mouth while trying to not burst out laughing hysterically, well in the end he did. He started cackling and hiccuping while squirming and trying to get away.

💙:NOH*snort*OHOHOO!!!-

April just grinned a little before stopping, laying Leo down on the floor as he panted and yelled.

💙: I WILL GET BACK AT YOOOU!!! *pant* after I take a...*yawn*...nap... *snores*

April went into Raphs train cart room, looking around, just to see Raph hiding as a lamp, he wasn't the smartest cookie in hiding. April gently walked over to him, her foot steps echoing through the room, as she stood behind the turtle, the Snappers face was agianst the wall while his back was towards April's, April fixed her glasses and cracked her knuckles before slowley scratching and tracing along Raphs shell making him burst into silent cackly giggles. When she knew he had enough she just yawned and went to the counter where she left the pizza just to find it gone...and she saw a glimpse of a rat tail leaving the room...

ONE.

It’s a memory that Harry and you often look back to - how it all began.

It’s a fine afternoon when you are making some pre-designed bouquets. Being a florist brings comfort to you - growing flowers and seeing them grow makes you feel like a proud parent, knowing more about each flower’s significance intrigues you. 

Just on time when you finish setting up the last bouquet, the bells ring and your head turns towards the door. When you look up to greet the customer  “Welcome!,” you see a face of chiselled perfection. 

He's got to be the most incredibly handsome guy you've ever seen! Looking like in his early twenties wearing a floral print shirt paired with white jeans. You can’t help but admire his beautiful face and scan down his wide chest and shoulders.

As you walk towards him, you see how his eyes twinkle. It makes you nervous and you’re not sure why. 

”How may I help you?” Your voice is welcoming, a radiant smile on your face. 

“I was looking for some flower sets you may have,” Harry says, looking around as the fresh aroma of the flowers hits his senses. Harry is that one person who’ll bring the prettiest bouquets whenever he’s visiting someone, no matter if it’s his thousandth time visiting, it’s just his thing.

As you guide him through your collection, there's a hint of smile on his lips as he continues staring at you. He knows it, knows what his favourite flowers are, knows what he wishes to buy but he listens to you. 

He had earlier decided to visit the new florist boutique down the lane, considering how these days he couldn’t find just one florist who could explain their sets just as perfectly as florists used to earlier do but now that he sees you share so much love for your creations, there’s this overwhelming feeling of wanting to be with you. There is a simplistic beauty to the arrangements you’ve made, giving a personal touch to each one.

“These are my favourite!” Eyes glimmering as you hold out the lilies in one hand for him. “You should buy these!”

It’s his head dipping back slightly as he chuckles at your excitement that fills you with a certain joyful calmness. You know you just met him, but something inside you wishes to do nothing but make him smile again, sue you.

From then on, he starts visiting often - seeking tips from you for his plants, talking about new variations. Every visit, Harry comes with a new flower of his own creation - sometimes a rose, sometimes a marigold. It becomes so natural that you’d wait for the bells to chime for him. By the end of the month, you have a collection of different bright flowers you saved just for yourself to look at. 

The way he makes bouquet sets with you while you talk about anything and everything - learning about each other’s interests you hadn’t known before, the way he always brings his little plants to show you their progress and the way a blush would spread across his cheeks whenever you’d compliment him gives you this desire to just spend all your days with him by your side. 

You know you have a crush on him by the end of the month as you feel it burst out of your chest each progressing day. Things turn out well when one day as you stand by Harry, he explains the flowers in his hands while admiring them, Amaranths.

“Did you know they symbolise unfading love?”

Your faces are inches apart when he turns to face you. You feel like running away, but when you feel Harry’s thumb softly rub against your bottom lip, all thoughts disappear away. Your face involuntarily tilts upwards before you feel his lips kissing yours softly.

TWO. 

The first few weeks Harry’s a fool for you yet even now you can’t deny the butterflies you get around him. You remember feeling scared that it wouldn’t work - that maybe Harry would get bored of you constantly talking about your interests, particularly in nature. But the more time you spend with him, you grow to know him - how he plans out outings for you both, how much he likes seeing you adore his gifts. 

You feel grateful to have a partner who shares the same interests as you.

It warms your heart whenever he proposes to go to a countryside nursery with you. While it does take you sometime to drive to the countryside, you’d never trade it for anything else. It’s just so serene - the sun shining while giving the sky a golden paint, the winds ruffling your hair as you open the windows. You have a light smile on your face when you look at Harry. When he feels your eyes on him, he’s returning your smile before slightly petting down your hair with one hand and asking, “What’s the matter, love?” And you just shake your head before moving to leave a kiss on his cheek because he’s just so pretty. 

What even more surprises you is at the beginning, Harry isn’t used to making things like you are but when he sees you wearing a flower crown, he is determined to learn to make them just for you. You’re so proud to see his progress, even more when you see him adore his creations. He would be there with you on weekends while you would do your chores and he’d come to you with a confused look, “Am I doing this, right?”

“Can’t believe you did this for me,” You cry out when he shows you his first one, fingers tracing over the little roses he attached. He places it over your head, before muttering, “My Queen” and softly kissing you in the warm corners of your boutique.  

You definitely place all the crowns in a special section.

THREE.

But there were some times when you both fought like any other couple did and today was one of those days. It had been a long day at the boutique since you’d received a great order for a marriage scheduled this weekend and you had wanted nothing more than to cuddle by your partner’s side.

The evening however started with you breaking a pot you and Harry had both planted accidentally before you had cut yourself on one finger while trying to fix it back.

Harry had come running down the stairs with panicked eyes when he saw you and his gaze shifted to your bleeding finger, before helping you bandage it up and cleaning the broken pieces of the pot. He’d left you after that - as if disappointed to see your first creation gone. But he’d forget that you could create multiple more together.  

And to top it all off, he had not been able to give his best at a presentation the week before which led to some of his seniors being disappointed. Despite your attempts to calm and motivate him to do his best next time, he continued worrying about how bad he messed up. As much as you know him, you feel maybe there’s something more, something he’s not sharing with you.

The next day when you go to him in his study to coax him into going for a picnic, which could make him feel better because it often does, he rather decides to lose his patience with you.

“I’m fine,” He insists, “I’ll be fine.”

“Love, please I’m here for you.. We’ll go and relax under the sun, it’ll help you.”

“I said I’ll be fine! You’re supposed to fucking leave the topic,” Harry hisses.

“You’re joking right? It’s been days, you haven’t told me what’s up. Am I supposed to see you drown yourself in these thoughts?” You say before letting out a sigh and accepting defeat, “Alright, I’ll just fucking leave it.”

“Fuck- quit nagging me, will you?” He says.

Harry knows he’s messed up when you don’t say anything back and turn away going back to your room so he doesn’t see your eyes water.

Just when you’re about to go to sleep after doing your skin care night routine, Harry is standing at the bedroom door, “Can I hug you?” he asks, walking towards you with outstretched arms. “Please, baby, say something.”

“I don’t know what to say,” You say as you step close in his arms. You want to know what troubles him these days and help him in any way you could. Just as much he helps you find comfort by talking with him, you wish to do the same. “This isn’t just about your presentation, so don’t lie to me. What is it?”

He pauses for a while collecting his thoughts before speaking, “I just…feel stuck and like…inadequate. I just want to be a boyfriend you can be proud of. I’m sorry I yelled at you earlier.”

“H,” You hold his face in your hands, “It’s okay and I’m sorry for pushing you too but I felt like you just needed to let it all out. I’m very much proud of you but I wish that you would be proud of yourself too. If you want to take a break from work, we’ll do it. I’ll always be proud of you no matter what,” before pulling him in a hug - holding each other close. 

Fights like these do not make you mad for long because you both find your way back to each other. You mean it when you tell him you are glad he came down to buy the flower set that day. No one else in the world can stand in his place in your life. In this life, and the next.

FOUR.

It might have been unanticipated but once when you had stayed over at Harry’s place after his parents had dropped by for an evening dinner, Harry felt bewitched watching you move naturally in his home library, looking for a book you wanted to read while talking about something under the warm lights of the room. It was at moments like these that led him to have thousands of thoughts, it was as if you both were accustomed to be a part of your homes as much as the other was. 

Clothes, day to day used products, skin care products even your toothbrush were mixed at each other’s place. You’d spend mornings and nights, recommending each other new things while one of you was making food and the other was cleaning up the house, while you’re in the shower and he’s outside shaving - it had become habitual to leave traces behind of your stay that made your homes even more personally cozy, each corner collected with memories. 

When Harry would look around his home, he could see - you making breakfast while he made you some coffee, the endless nights when you’d both snuggle close and watch movies, crazily dancing around while doing karaoke without any worries, the mess you’d both make when you’d try doing a concert of your own.

"Move in with me,” Harry was finally able to ask what had been going around in his head after so long. 

You had instantly stopped talking and put the book aside on the table, eyes wide, “What?" 

He walked closer towards you, warm green eyes staring into yours with a light smile on his face, holding your hands in his as he repeated, "Would you like to move in with me?" 

At an instant, you had jumped on him, wrapping your legs around his waist, “..Oh my God! Yes! Yes!” 

"Let's make this the brightest golden house ever!" You had said before leaving happy, loud kisses on his mouth that made him eventually let out giggles. He eventually sat down on the couch with you on his lap as you shared a calmer kiss until he stopped with a light kiss on your forehead and said against your lips, "Stay with me for a long time, Y/N."

FIVE.

It’s literal heaven growing plants with Harry. 

You find it very adorable when you spot him talking to the plants whenever you’re not around. And to see him take every step very meticulously - checking the planting seeds before so that if he finds even a single thing wrong he’ll go back to the shop where he bought it from to making sure he waters them just the right amount - makes you wonder sometimes whether he’s just a carbon replica of yours. 

And when I say he’s dedicated, he totally has a playlist which you both collectively made playing in the background while you both are spending the time in the garden at your home. By the end of the afternoon, he has you in his arms, slow dancing to the soft music because he’s never turning down an  opportunity to have you in his arms. You stay there lightly swaying as you enjoy being close to each other, wishing you could freeze time so you could stay like this forever.

SIX.

It seemed as if Harry liked to do everything unexpectedly. Which is why when he presents a flower crown similar to the very first one he made three years back, you don’t expect a ring attached to a thread with it. 

“So… will you?”

It’s utter silence all around. Despite feeling a little surprised you feel ... calm. Except, perhaps, Harry, whose thoughts continue to jump from fear to embarrassment. Did he mess up? This is bad. God, he didn’t even think of this possibility- 

But when he sees you remove the ring from the thread attached with the crown, his heart beats a little faster, “Is that a… yes?”

“Did you think I was going to say no?”

He’s quick to stand up and take your hand before putting the ring onto your finger. “I love you,” You can’t help but admire the ring as you look up at your now- fiancé. 

“I love you too, m’love.”

It’s nothing special but it’s just the way you like as you watch the sunset from your garden, back resting on Harry’s chest. “Back when we first met,” you say, “I was so nervous to talk to you. I noticed you as soon as you walked in. Floral print shirt, white jeans. It was as if I couldn’t set my thoughts aside at first.”

Harry has an amused face before he says, “I’m so glad I came by. I don’t even want to imagine what my life would be like if we hadn’t met.”

Falling in love with you came naturally - Harry loves that all of his joy comes with seeing you by his side. He’ll take care of you. He always will.

Then you’d have a nice early dinner so you can go to the beach to watch the sun set

And at the beach there would be a cute blanket set up with a bottle of wine, your favorite treat and another blanket to keep warm (Thank you Eren & Mikasa for setting it up)

You’d be surprised and when you ask what the whole day was so special for he just told you it’s

“Because you’re very special.” And he wanted to do something that could show how much he cares for you.

Then as the sun is setting and you two are cuddled up he will turn to his pack to grab the gift he “almost forget to give you”, telling you to shut your eyes

You chuckle questioning

“How much more could you possibly do for me today?”

When he says you can open yours eyes he is sat before you on his knee, ring between his fingers

“Well, Y/n, I don’t know what more I can do for you but I was wondering if you’d do me the honor of spending the rest of your life with me and I promise I’ll spend every second of every day trying to make you happy in return.”

Your marriage would be pretty average as in arguments aren’t too catastrophic just more so small tiffs here and there

Equal for the most part, always checking in with each other before making huge decisions

And like usual he will always be supportive and loving to you

You definitely helped Armin with his confidence

Not that he was completely self conscious overall but you helped him gain more courage, especially with relationships

Heya everyone! So uh, I'm a bit late to the party with this, being as I kinda sorta might've forgotten about Valentine's Day, as I mentioned in my last post, but I've decided to go ahead and do an event anyway because why not? As I've mentioned before, I'm not someone who's particularly interested in romance, both for myself personally and in my writing by extension. I don't have anything against romance, just don't really understand it well enough to feel comfortable writing about it. I'm open to the possibility of it in the future, but as of now it's not something I have any intention of seeking out on purpose. So, instead of a shipping or romance themed event, I've instead decided to do a platonically themed Valentine's event, as suggested by my amazing friend @danibby!

Cait - Thinks it's just a bad situation all around. She thinks synth Nick is pretty decent and it's terrible that he has to find the very person he inherited his personality and memories from like this. She offers to take care of ghoul Nick for synth Nick, but she doesn't do anything unless he wants her to.

Piper - Feels really bad for synth Nick. She knows how much this affects him and how it has to be terribly upsetting. She offers any support she can, and just tries to be there for him if he needs her.

Curie - Is very fascinated. She actually would love to run some tests to see if the feral ghoul Nick had any similarities in behavior to the synth Nick. She wonders how much physical gestures could carry over even after finding oneself in such a crazed state. But she does know that it must be terribly upsetting for synth Nick, and she offers her condolences and a sympathetic ear.

MacCready - Thinks that the whole thing is really odd and honestly sort of mind-blowing. He would have never guessed that the original Nick was anywhere near the current world except in the memories that the synth Nick has.

Deacon - Already knew about it, but he always had kept it to himself, hoping that synth Nick would never figure out about it. He did not want to hurt him, so he figured that some things were best left alone. But now that synth Nick has figured it out, Deacon keeps the fact that he knew it already to himself.

Codsworth - Is quite shocked. He honestly cannot believe such a strange occurrence has taken place, and he offers a sympathetic ear to synth Nick in case he needs to talk.

Hancock - Knows that it must be terribly hard for synth Nick to find out that such an intricate part of who he is was turned into a feral ghoul. It is an awful situation, and Hancock honestly does not know how he himself would have handled it if he were in that position.

Danse - Feels somewhat sorry for synth Nick. However, he believes that the feral original Nick should definitely be eliminated. He knows that the Commonwealth is filled with feral ghouls, and the less of them, the better.

Preston - Is very surprised, and he just tries to listen and be there for Nick. He hates that he had to even find the feral ghoul Nick in the first place, and he wishes that it would never have happened to the poor guy.

Valentine - Is honestly a little devastated. He cannot believe that he has found the man that he has so many memories from. F!Sole offers to try to capture and tame the thing at least to the point that it doesn't try to attack, but Nick declines. He says that they should give the poor man some peace and put him out of his misery. It hurts Nick to do so, but he handles the job. From all the things that he knows about the original Nick Valentine, he knows that he would not want to keep going as one of these braindead zombies.

X6-88 - Does not feel one way or the other about it. But if he had his way, feral Nick and synth Nick would both not be involved in this world. After all, synth Nick was meant to be deactivated and trashed after the Institute had finished their experimentation. And ferals have no place in the world either.

Dogmeat - Does not understand, but he knows his friend is sad, so he licks synth Nick's hand, trying to make him feel at least a little better. He will loyally be there beside his friend during his time of need.

Strong - Does not really care. He just wants to kill the feral ghoul because that is what everyone is supposed to do when those things start causing problems. Why care about something that is just a big problem?

Maxson - Is disgusted at the entire thing. He knows that the Commonwealth lives with synth Nick and that's bad enough, but to have a ghoul version as well? It is completely inexcusable and he finds it to be positively revolting.

Sturges - Does not even know how to react. He tries to offer any assistance he can with catching the feral ghoul Nick in case synth Nick wants to keep him safe. But when synth Nick makes the hardest choice for the situation, Sturges just stoically supports him, feeling bad for the synth.

Glory - Knows how hard it has to be to see someone that shares so much of his memories in this sort of state. However, since she does not know synth Nick too well, she just tries to give him his privacy.

Your Weekly Insight into SA Culture! - HOLI!!! ✨

Oh boy, did I save a fun one for LuZhao week. I’ll try to keep this short and sweet… just like their relationship. (Uh oh I hear boss music-)

I remember this incredibly fondly ~ I still know I whacked my Anna’s face (Anna meaning big brother) with green powder first 💚, and after he got yellow in my hair 💛, I hit him with blue 💙. I’d been an art kid since age four, so when I found out at eight? - nine? - that it was okay and even encouraged to smear color all over people’s faces? I found a new favorite holiday (IT’S LITERALLY IN THE WORD HOLI-DAY IT’S THAT SPECIAL GUYS {jk but STILL}). Our whole house ended up a mess, but luckily floors in India are rarely carpeted, often marble or vitrified tiles, so no worries, just chaos. My ideal state in life.

I present… Christmas and birthdays and Halloween and Easter and Valentine’s all rolled into one: The Festival of Colors.

Holi’s grown to mean a lot of things for many different countries that adopted the tradition, so I can’t speak for all of them! But I am aware it’s also known as the Festival of Love, in celebration of the inimitable Radha-Krisha amour ~ and YES, they deserve every inch of adoration that comes their way yearly, DAILY, because they’re just so cute!! A tangent:

Krishna himself is the eighth incarnate of our Avatar, and probably the most famous! His younger years are known for mischief-mastery, incredible feats of strength (held up a hill on his finger to protect people from a storm), and delighting the local gopikas - daughters and wives of the cowherds - with his flute music. In fact, little Krishna 100% reminds me of Aang! (<< I just realized this and I’m smiling so hard rn IT FITS)

His early life would go on to give him the reputation as a god of compassion, protection, and playfulness. Radha was the gopika he came to love the most. When he left the quaint village where he was raised to discover his destiny, Radha stayed behind, and she waited for him for nearly a lifetime, faithful all the while. In depictions of them together, Krishna is often seen playing his flute while Radha listens contently - they’re portrayed as two halves in perfect union (God and the human soul, or masculine and feminine), with the gopikas symbolizing the interplay between human love and divine love.

And best of all? Pretty sure they never wed or make love, and still maintain some of the strongest companionship I’ve seen in our stories! A victory for the aces in the deck?

Of course, this makes Holi a time for dropping any and all grudges and coming together ~ good vibes only. It’s also the time of year when the caste system is entirely suspended, which I find wonderful.

The powders used for Holi are aplenty, and some ingredients are medicinal herbs suggested by Ayurvedic doctors - an immune boost as a bonus! The flowers of the tesu tree, indigo, raddish, saffron, pomegranate, hibiscus, mehendi, turmeric, marigold, beetroot, dried tea leaves, gooseberries… ALL and more are game for creating dozens of pigments. If you’re headed to one of the busier celebrations (of about a few hundred people): wear clothes you hate, rub oil over your skin, cover your eyes, hair, and plug in your ears… and remember, if you can’t beat them, join ‘em!

That this didn’t find its way into ATLA is a TRAVESTY. 💜🧡💙❤️💛💚 Hope you enjoyed the read!!

Last night I visited insomnia city. As I was lying awake I began contemplating the amount of fluffy prompt vs whump lists. Now, I adore fics where my favourite characters get hurt and then (sometimes) fixed at the end. However, lately I’ve been needing the comfort more.
