Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on this starsister . I feel the same in so many ways. Soaking in the Sunlight, feeling direct source energy radiating into my being is pure bliss. I do smoke herbal medice but I feel deeply as well that the natural healing vibration are the strongest and most powerful energywaves because they are Cosmic. We as cosmic beings are able to (re-)activate our pineal gland e.g. through any form of meditation. Ofc, psychoactive susbtances ARE able to act as an catalyzing element, increasing the DMT interaction within our brain. However, meditation and breathwork , yoga , dance and any other energy interactions do have an enormous effect on our consciousness, as well. The most fascinating thing for me is the fact that Nature has it all: Plants that are so potent and healing that they are able to serve us as healing instruments, while we serve the medicine as humble listeners and inherent transformers. Nature IS medicine and it IS Consciousness: Our collective Consciousness being a part of it. And psychoactive plants  are the real, present visable and cognizable proof for it, as they are living being themselves. We dive into their consciousness while they are diving into ours.

People always ask me if I do ayahausca. I have no problem with plant medicine but I have never been interested in a traditional medicine journey. For almost two decades I have been building my relationship with nature-- plants, trees, sun, soil, and animals included, so I am easily altered by everyday life. I also practice breathwork. Breathwork has a component akin to being on a medicine journey. Because of my breathwork practice, I know that it is possible to breathe one's way into the miracles of a medicine journey and not have ingested anything. ENERGY UPDATE 8/17: Look what showed up on the charts finally last night! The Schumann amplitudes reached up to 57 and lasted for about 9 hours between midnight and 9am CST. Now, I was feeling this wave hit yesterday intensely between noon & 3pm CST. The wave knocked me out. Yesterday morning, I had a dream of the Schumann showing complete white out for the full 3 days that the chart covers. I’m not sure when that will happen or what timeline it’s on.🤷‍♀️🌊 This morning, my GPS screen in my car was a whiteout - nothing on the screen, then my iPhone had to be completely reset as it would not function. So, that tells me the energy channeling through me is powerful enough to knock out my electronics. Ascension symptoms are flaring up still. Anything in the body, including emotional baggage is being stirred up and pushed out for release. Try not to repress this process, rather assist the energy in exiting our tissues, cells, energy field, etc. with movement, hydration, detoxing, conscious identification of emotional triggers. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ Between now thru mid to the end of October is feeling like an action filled preparation period- getting us ready for some kind of decision/choice point in December 2019- where the energies available will be massively supporting an expansive collective upward shift. once i used pleather and i was sat on the bus and the whole jacket turned into a cow. it is safe to say i was pretty scared when the whole jacket i was wearing turned into a real life cow. but i learnt my lesson and i will not use pleather again

yeah that checks out..pretty awkward for all the other busgoers especially as this kind of transformation is known to send out energywaves which alert any other pleather jackets that are possibly nearby and if youre unlucky youve got a busful of cows that the driver has to pull over and deal with....not fun!!
