Each morning I get up and I do a qi gong practice called Gods Playing in the Clouds. I use this practice to wake up my body on all levels of my being:

On the physical level I stretch my body through the movements

On the somatic experiential level I invite the senses to engage the world within and around me

On the emotional level I release the tensions and stuckness I feel so I can enliven myself with the now

On the mental level I quiet the mind and prepare it to receive the experiences of the day

On the spiritual level I acknowledge the presence of all around me and collaborate through my practice. On the energetic level, I enliven my being and presence.

In Advanced energy alchemy we'll be exploring how you can develop an energy work practice that works in the same way and sets you up to manifest your desired outcomes because of how you align yourself to the world around you.

If you've felt blocked in your life, felt tired and fatigued, or given all your energy away, or simply want to level up your spiritual practice, this class is for you.

You will learn a unique system of energy work that I've developed which fuses principles of energy work with somatic experiencing to create an embodied practice of magic that transforms your health, while improving your results and manifestation. You will learn:

How to achieve consistent results for manifestation by learning how to release internal resistance and turn it into energetic momentum

We cut down the overgrowb tree in the front yard and i asked to keep a segment, as its now the home for my outdoor crafts.

I also did a tarot card reading for the first time since I fell pregnant and had my daughter. 18 months of being out of touch with my practice to come back in and have my cards At me was no surprise and i deeply appreciated their devotion to me after a long time away.

Im now playing with my runes and viking oracle cohesively together and they've produces some very remarkable concepts.
