Hey I was wondering if there was a fic that was like they couldn’t leave each others sides cause Itd physically hurt like the reason could be because they are soulmates or something like that
Also I really appreciate everything you do here my life is so much easier because of it :3
Thank you, we appreciate your kind words! Here are some I've picked from searching soulmates in the library tags, which I hope suit. (not sure of physical hurt - hopefully people will recommend some). The first one is a real fave of mine. ~Jen
We are stars by ariablair
This is a story about fate.
It is a story about tiny tokens that come to tell a history, and discovering things when you were not looking.
This story is about searching. It is about signs, and soulmates. It is about serendipity.
It starts with a chance meeting, and goes on to involve a silk scarf, and a printed piece of music scattered across states, and one remarkable night.
But this is not a love story.
Until it is.

Pressed Against The Glass by @gleefulpoppet
Is it possible that the most extraordinary love story ever told starts on a chilly October morning in New York with an impromptu twirl and an elbow to a stranger’s face? Kurt wouldn’t have thought so, but when it happens, his heart stops. It’s just one touch, but is that all it takes to believe? Should he take a chance and never look back? But what happens when the stranger runs away, even though he finally feels complete and brought to life? Is it just a dream—or will he let his walls come down? Will they live with regrets or find the love that will make them feel young forever?

Glass Houses by @jennmel
In an alternate universe, all babies are born with a level of empathic sensitivity to others; an ability to sense emotions, to glimpse deep into a person’s soul with just a kiss. Except Kurt Hummel. Registering at a mere 0.5 on the Hawkins Scale of Empathic Sensitivity, Kurt has resigned himself to a lonely life, empty of touch or true love. That is, until the mysterious Blaine Anderson transfers to McKinley, and everything Kurt thought he knew was changed. But finding love is never easy, even in a world where everyone’s emotions are shared. This is the story of the boy who could not feel, and the boy who felt too much.

feeling crazy about the first burt and blaine scene.. on the surface it’s a very strange and funny thing for blane to ask burt to teach kurt about sex, but with the longer character arcs. it’s a scene (the only one mind you) about blaine’s father and the lack of that relationship and the way in which he is a foil to kurt in that sense. the way he admires and wishes for kurt and burt’s relationship. the way burt will become a sort of father figure for him eventually. and even though he thinks blaine is a weirdo burt appreciates that he cares, and empathizes with blaine seeing what burt could do for kurt that his father didn’t for him. and also i wish the show was purposeful about this entire foil

🧡: What is a popular (serious) theory you disagree with?
🏳️‍🌈: Which character who is commonly headcanoned as queer doesn't seem queer to you?
💔: If you had to remove one major character from the series, who would you choose?
🧡: its not really a “theory” more like, an observation but i hate how kurt is often portrayed in fic as being cold/emotionally uninterested and blaines like always a crying, emotional mess. idk. both those boys are sobbing to me. like kurt clearly cares about people and heavily empathizes with his friends and even cries multiple times in the show i dont know how people have decided that hes cold or like emotionally distant 😅 hes more guarded than blaine but hes not stoic by any means….
🏳️‍🌈: idk this is so hard everyone is gay to me um………hm. idk. maybe jesse st james ???? or puck????
💔: i really do not gaf about artie maybe i should idk but the funniest thing he ever did was get chlamydia.
also like. idk. nothing about his character interests me ??? like hes a “player” but hes not as interesting as puck and his plotlines had no impact ???? like what does he do.

Thanks for the tag, @forabeatofadrum !
Here's another blurb from a WIP/one-shot I've been working on from my Under The Cover of Darkness Universe.
cc: @datshitrandom and @usurix
“It’s nothing.”
“Blaine . . . empath.  Do we have to go over what that means again?”
Blaine turned around in Kurt’s arms and buried his face in his boyfriend’s chest. He slowly walked Kurt backward toward the couch.  Taking a hint, Kurt tightened his arms around Blaine.  In an instant, they popped out of existence, only to re-materialize on the couch, still wrapped in each other’s arms.
Blaine burrowed farther into Kurt’s chest, letting himself settle between his legs. He let go, his body relaxing and feeling safe in Kurt’s arms.
“Ihatetheholidays.” Blaine mumbled.
Kurt chuckled a bit and lifted Blaine's chin up with his hand to look at him.  “Can we try that again?  I didn’t exactly get all of that.”
Blaine sighed again.  “I hate the holidays.”
“You do?  You never . .”
“I never said anything, “ Blaine confessed, placing his head back on Kurt’s chest.  The soft thump-thump-thump of his heartbeat was soothing to Blaine’s troubled mind.  “I know.  And I’m sorry, but can you really blame me?  Elliot is dancing around with mistletoe tucked behind his ear at The Higher Ground, singing holiday songs at the drop of a hat; you’ve baked, decorated, and distributed more Christmas cookies than I thought was humanly possible, and Sam been enjoying showing off all the presents he’s bought his family.  I didn’t want to be the Scrooge to take away all of your holiday spirit.”

the zombie cure doesn't actually cause any amnesia at all. Blaine's mind just shut down and went into repression mode when he realised that philanthropic cyclist brain had made him donate all his drug money to charity + Major suffered a severe case of placebo syndrome (he's an empath)

"No matter how many times you think about your own death, I don't think it happens the way that you expect. There's always a curveball, some strategy you didn't fully think through, an enemy you didn't see in time. No matter what you do, the end is always a surprise."

I love how the staircase was framed as a cage as a silent war was brewing between Serena and the lady of the house and she knew she had to leave. Serena is getting a taste of her own medicine and I wonder if a part of her almost non-existent heart can empathize with how she treated Offred and what Offred had to suffer.
I have to admit Commander Lawrence and Blaine make a great team. It was execution style and I'm glad I don't have to see that horrible creature on my screen anymore.
The sad, undeniable truth is none of the women can completely escape their worlds. June cannot escape Gilead with her heart still beating in it, "Hannah" and alluding to her ear tag "Offred" and the scent of Fred's blood that would never leave her. Serena cannot escape Gilead nor can she escape the shackles placed on women. She saw how that quickly turned into a nightmare.
I saw the end coming. There was no triumphant look on her face when she received the news that June Osborne, the bane of her existence had been captured. One thing these women share in common is their drive to survive and they would go to any length even teaming up with their enemies if they have to. Serena was working out her escape. And a part of her wanted to see June grovel at her feet.
In the end, isn't that what all mothers want? To see their children thrive in happiness peace and joy?

In the chill of a literary winter comes a tale that melds the complexity of familial bonds with the haunting elegance of psychological suspense. "Eden in Winter," the final installment of Richard North Patterson’s renowned trilogy, follows the entangled lives that continue to ripple from the startling legacy of Benjamin Blaine. Patterson crafts a multifaceted narrative that delves into the jagged terrain of grief, secrets, and the often-unforeseen consequences of one's actions. As readers navigate through this riveting conclusion, the book stands as a testament to the intricate dance between loyalty and betrayal, where the final revelations are as piercing as winter's frost. This review seeks to unravel the threads Patterson so intricately weaves, presenting a critical examination that both celebrates and scrutinizes the depths of human character portrayed within these pages. "Eden in Winter" triumphs not only as a spellbinding drama but also as a powerful exploration of the human psyche under pressure. It offers a lens into the moral dilemmas faced when legacies and lies collide head-on with the quest for truth and redemption. Amidst the rugged beauty of Martha's Vineyard, Patterson artfully explores the intricate web of a family in the aftermath of the shocking death that concluded his previous novels. It serves as a crucible for examining the complexities of paternal influence and the weight of past actions as the Blaine family struggles to find resolution. The review we embark upon will delve into how effectively Patterson solves the intricate puzzle he's laid out, assessing the resolution he offers to the problems of human frailty, justice, and the yearning for closure that defines the human experience. Plot The plot of "Eden in Winter" by Richard North Patterson revolves around the aftermath of the tragic death of Benjamin Blaine, a famous novelist. The story is layered, complex, and unfolds on Martha's Vineyard during winter, which serves to complement the cold and often tense family dynamics at play. Adam Blaine, Benjamin's son, returns from Afghanistan to deal with his father's estate and to confront family secrets. Throughout the narrative, there are twists involving sibling rivalry, legal battles over the will, and shocking revelations about the family's past. The plot examines themes of paternity, legacy, and redemption, as characters grapple with their inner demons and interpersonal conflicts. A compelling aspect of the plot is the court case that seeks to determine whether Benjamin's death was an accident or something more sinister, with Adam finding himself at the epicenter of the mystery as he uncovers uncomfortable truths about his father and the people close to him. Characters "Eden in Winter" features a cast of well-drawn characters, each contributing to the novel’s dark and gripping atmosphere. Adam Blaine, the protagonist, is a complex figure, torn between his loyalty to his family and his own moral compass. He is a former CIA operative, which adds depth to his character and informs his actions throughout the story. His brother, Teddy, is more vulnerable and troubled, reliant on the legacy his father left behind. Their mother, Clarice, is depicted as emotionally distant, struggling with the revelations about her late husband's life. Secondary characters, such as Carla Pacelli, Benjamin Blaine's mistress, and Jack Cabot, the family lawyer, are equally compelling, as their motivations and relationships with the Blaine family add layers to the narrative. Each character is fully fleshed out, rich with backstory and human complexity, which challenges readers to either empathize with or question the character's choices. Writing Style Richard North Patterson’s writing style in "Eden in Winter" is notable for its elegant prose and intricate narrative structure. Patterson employs a third-person narrative, allowing for a deep exploration into the thoughts and motivations of each character. The language is sophisticated,
yet accessible, with descriptive passages that vividly capture the stark beauty of Martha's Vineyard in the off-season, matching the book's often somber tone. Dialogue is used effectively to drive the story forward and to reveal character nuances. The novel switches between different timeframes and points of view, a technique which enhances the mystery and allows the reader to piece together events much like a legal puzzle. Patterson manages to maintain suspense throughout, deftly navigating complex legal and psychological terrains without losing the reader’s engagement. Setting The setting of Martha's Vineyard in the winter months is pivotal to "Eden in Winter." The stark, desolate landscapes, the biting cold, and the quiet towns with their shuttered homes all accentuate the novel's themes of isolation and desolation. The affluent yet empty vacation homes serve both as metaphors for the characters’ inner lives and as backdrops to family secrets and unresolved tensions. The off-season on the Vineyard is a unique choice, steering away from the typical bustling summer setting and instead providing a bleak canvas for the unfolding drama. The setting not only affects the atmosphere of the book but also influences the interactions between characters, with the harsh weather and isolated environment acting as catalysts for confrontation and introspection. Unique Aspects One of the unique aspects of "Eden in Winter" is the blending of the legal thriller genre with complex family drama. Patterson does not solely focus on the elements of suspense but intertwines legal intricacies with the exploration of human relationships and moral ambiguity. The novel's distinct take on how a family grapples with the legacy of a dominant, charismatic, and secretive patriarch sets it apart from typical thrillers. Additionally, the careful use of the physical setting as an echo of the characters’ emotional states is a nuanced touch that adds depth to the reading experience. Readers might also find the detailed insight into courtroom battles and the inner workings of family law to be particularly enlightening and different from the straightforward narrative of a legal thriller, making the book multifaceted in its appeal. Also on another note about a previous episode... I think its Holly that says "your identity is not about who you're attracted to its about who you fall in love with" and she's supposed to be in the right for this...but this seems to imply bisexuality is not a "real" identity and is exclusively a phase and transitional period between "real" sexualities. That you are straight if youre a man that ends up with a woman and gay if you end up with a man etc. If this is something the writers agree with (which lbr they definitely do) then that explains...so much. Like the WHOLE plot about Blaine in blame it on the alcohol (i love that episode, but the more i think about this plotline the more i just...ugh). The assumption that if he's attracted to Rachel and ends up with her then none of his other experiences matter and he's just straight and if he ends up with kurt he's gay. The way its presented as such a binary and theyre not shown as being in the wrong for this besides the initial scene with Kurt and blaine.
Now im starting to question if the writers even intended kurt to be in the wrong for that scene or if they genuinely thought he was right and that blaine was just overreacting.
Like they think kurt is correct but went about saying it in the "wrong" way (as if there's a right way to say something wrong?) But no, that doesn't make sense. No i think blaine was intended to be seen as in the right and kurt in the wrong. But differing ideas between the writers put us in this confusing ness of a situation where clearly at least one of the writers has some...strange... beliefs about bisexuality and whoever wrote the scene at the lima bean because they point out that biphobia is still bad. The point is for kurt to realize he might be wring and reconsider and empathize. But he's not proven wrong or more importantly shown to have changed his mind. He still seems to have the same mindset at the end of the episode. Thats the issue. Its not that blaine turned out to still be gay afterward. Its that kurt hasn't changed his awful mindset at all
This feels like it was one of those instances where they all wrote the scenes seperate from each other and all clearly had different ideas on who these characters were and what the plot was...
That line just rubbed me soo the wrong way. I hated it.

3rd Blog post!!
So wow I’m fairly caught up with where I’m supposed to be, and we’ve known the Character Blaine for a little bit at this point and I think it’s time we have a little in depth analysis on her relationships!! :)
Ifemelu has a close relationship with her childhood sweetheart, Obinze. However, as Ifemelu adjusts to life in the United States and begins to navigate issues of race and identity, she becomes increasingly distant from Obinze. Her growing sense of disillusionment with the United States and her experiences with racism cause her to question the idea of the American Dream that Obinze still believes in. Ultimately, Ifemelu ends her relationship with Obinze, feeling that they have grown too far apart.
Ifemelu's first serious romantic relationship in the United States is with Curt, a wealthy white man. Curt represents the American dream to Ifemelu - wealth, status, and power. However, their relationship is marked by a lack of understanding and cultural differences. Curt's inability to fully grasp Ifemelu's experiences as a black woman in America leads to a breakdown in their relationship.
After her breakup with Curt, Ifemelu begins a relationship with Blaine, a black academic and activist. Blaine represents Ifemelu's intellectual and political ideals and they share a deep connection. However, their relationship is also marked by misunderstandings and miscommunications, and ultimately comes to an end when Ifemelu feels that Blaine values his own intellectual pursuits over their relationship. The challenges she faces in her romantic relationships are often rooted in issues of race and cultural difference. Her relationships with Obinze, Curt, and Blaine all represent different facets of her journey as a black woman navigating relationships in America.
Now let’s talk about her family relationships! Such as her and her mother, Dike and Aunty Uju.
Ifemelu has a strained relationship with her parents, especially her mother, due to their different ideas about life and expectations for her. Ifemelu’s parents are traditional conservative Nigerians who value education, respect for authority, and adherence to cultural norms. They disapprove of Ifemelu’s decision to leave Nigeria, pursue higher education in the United States, and date non-Nigerians. Ifemelu, on the other hand, is more liberal, independent, and critical of Nigerian society and its values. She often clashes with her mother, who tries to impose her own views on her and sees her as a disappointment. Their relationship is further complicated by Ifemelu’s experiences of racism and discrimination in the U.S., which her parents have difficulty understanding and empathizing with.
Dike, Ifemelu's cousin and Aunty Uju's son, is a significant source of tension in the relationship. As a young Nigerian immigrant growing up in the United States, Dike is struggling to find his identity and cope with the challenges of growing up in a new culture. He is frequently depressed and distant from his family, which causes Ifemelu and Aunty Uju to worry about him. Ifemelu tries to connect with Dike, but she struggles to understand his experiences and cannot always relate to him. Meanwhile, Aunty Uju is deeply concerned about Dike's well-being and tries to protect him, but her own anxieties and past traumas often interfere with her ability to be there for him. Overall, the relationship between Dike, Ifemelu, and Aunty Uju is a nuanced and complex one, characterized by moments of both connection and tension. Each character is struggling to find their place in the world, and their relationships with one another reflect this struggle.
I’ve almost hit the word count (which is very good!) but Ifemelu’s relationships all mark different point in her life and yk it’s really shown through the people she’s surrounded herself with.

(They’re pretty sure it doesn’t exist and have agreed that, if it does, it probably involves lots of candles and flower petals. But they need to make sure.) Meanwhile, Kurt and Blaine are in an established, happy, sexual Dom/sub relationship, and they’re getting increasingly desperate because people keep interrupting their time alone. Things…well, things escalate.

After Kurt chokes at Regionals, causing them to lose. Blaine does everything he can to reassure him that he still loves him and cares about him. And if that means he has to sing his favorite Panic! At The Disco song, well that’s a plus for him.

‘The Flash’ Sets Final Season Premiere Date
Tumblr media
The Flash‘s final season will officially premiere in February 2023. The CW finally revealed The Flash Season 9 premiere date on Monday, December 5, after a long wait (the series was renewed for a ninth and final season in March, with Season 8 ending on June 29). Barry Allen and the rest of The Flash team will return one for a final ride on Wednesday, February 8 at 8/7c, to be followed immediately by the midseason premiere of Kung Fu at 9/8c. As previously announced, The Flash‘s final season will have 13 episodes. “The Flash will be remembered as one of the greatest shows in the history of The CW, and everyone involved in its excellent nine-season run should be very proud,” Brad Schwartz, The CW’s president of entertainment, said in a statement on Monday. “The team has delivered an epic final season, filled with plenty of twists, guest stars, and surprises that will delight every fan. Now is the time to catch up and enjoy this fantastic final ride alongside the fastest man alive.” Now that the Reverse Flash has been defeated, Season 9 will begin one week after the events of the epic battle seen in the Season 8 finale. “Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Iris West-Allen (Candice Patton) are reconnecting and growing closer than ever before. But when a deadly group of Rogues descends on Central City led by a powerful new threat, The Flash and his team — Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), Meta-Empath Cecile Horton (Danielle Nicolet), the light-powered meta Allegra Garcia (Kayla Compton), brilliant tech-nerd Chester P. Runk (Brandon McKnight), and reformed cryogenics thief Mark Blaine (Jon Cor) — must once again defy impossible odds to save the day,” the logline teases. “But as The Rogues are defeated, a deadly new adversary rises to challenge Barry Allen’s heroic legacy. And in their greatest battle yet, Barry and Team Flash will be pushed to their limits in order to save Central City one last time.” As previously announced, Javicia Leslie will be part of The Flash Season 9 cast, though it’s not clear if she will be reprising her role as Batwoman in the Arrowverse. Batwoman’s titular series was suddenly canceled by The CW in April after three seasons. The Flash, Final Season Premiere, Wednesday, February 8, 8/7c, The CW Read the full article

what do you think some of the b99 characters opinions on glee would be???
jake peralta - it would be his guilty pleasure. he would secretly adore the show but would never be caught dead watching it publicly. he’d care most about blaine and quinn and would empathize w them most due to their issues with their dads. every burt and kurt scene would make him cry. he would also die hearing santana hear mine given that he's a canon swiftie :)
charles boyle - he is canonically a gleek!! he likes sam enough to remember who chord overstreet is, 5 years after glee ended, and I think it's bc sam reminds him of jake <3
rosa diaz - rosa has never heard of glee, but her alternate personality emily goldfinch - the super chatty and smiley one - loves the show and chats about it to her book club friends. rosa is a diehard santana/quinntana stan.
terry jeffords - terry would unironically love that shit. he loves all the characters, has all the songs memorized and ships all the couples hardcore - especially klaine and brittana. once his daughters are a little older, he watches it with them.
captain holt - holt doesn't seem like the type of person to enjoy a show like glee, but I do think that he would really like kurt. he would be really impressed by kurt's storyline in s1-2 and would feel angry about everything the show put him through later on. he would also enjoy santana's coming out arc, but wouldn't be too interested in either klaine or brittana. still, he'd be happy that the show ended with both major gay couples getting married.
amy santiago - her favorite character would probably be mercedes, and I believe she'd like rachel for her ambition and type-a personality. she would be torn on santana bc on one hand, she would love that glee depicted a strong latina woman, but on the other hand she's not a fan of santana's meanness. she's generally not a fan of any of the other 'bully' characters. she would also think that tina deserved better.
gina linetti - she would be an UHT and mike stan and would hate almost everything else. 'the UHT carried the show' is her motto and she'd spend her time making snarky comments whenever anyone else, particularly schue or rachel, is onscreen.
hitchcock & scully - they would discover the show by accident and would end up watching it out of curiosity. they don't have any favorite characters bc they're too lazy to follow along with any of the storylines, and scully just loves it for the singing. hitchcock, being the devoted husband best friend that he is, would try his best to score scully an audition for the show, but he fails bc he ends up on scam sites every time.

last line tag (take 3)
Rules: Post the last line in your current WIP and tag as many people as there are words
@forabeatofadrum recently tagged me (thank you!)
I've done this before; if you're curious, you can see my other answers here and here.
But here ya go for WIP number 3:
“I’m an empath, not a mind reader, Blaine,” Kurt said quietly, his chin perched on Blaine’s shoulder. “But even if I wasn’t, I’d be a horrible boyfriend to not notice that something’s bothering you.  Talk to me.  What’s up?”
At this point, I think everyone I would probably tag has already been tagged . .so if you haven't and see this and want to play, jump on in!

2 times Kurt and Blaine’s coworkers almost find out they’re together and 1 time that they do
Summary: The title says it all. Kurt and Blaine are coworkers. They started dating pre-pandemic, but didn't tell any of their coworkers because they didn't want to make it weird. Then COVID sends them all home, and, after an initial panic about how they'll make this work, they find their own spaces in their apartment. Eventually their co-workers find out.
Word Count: 853
Read on Ao3
“You’re on mute”
Blaine can hear Kurt’s muffled voice on the other side of the wall, but he can’t hear him on the phone. He’s about to yell down the hall to tell Kurt he’s on mute, when he remembers their audience and unmutes himself. “Hey - Kurt? I think you might be on mute.”
“How do you know he was on mute?”  Santana cuts in before Kurt can unmute himself. “Maybe he just wasn’t paying attention!”
“Ugh, no, Blaine was right,” Kurt laughs at himself. “I was on mute. Thanks Blaine.”
“Seriously,” Santana mumbles. “It’s like you’re a married couple.”
Turkey on Rye
“Aww,” Brittany claps her hands excitedly. “Kurt and Blaine are eating the same lunch!”
Blaine dry swallows the bite he’d just taken from his sandwich, hurriedly tucking it out of sight. Usually they didn’t have a lunch time meeting together so eating the same lunch wasn’t a problem.
Kurt, unconcerned, holds the sandwich up, “Turkey on rye?”
Blaine tries not to choke. Does Kurt want them to be discovered? He nods to the camera. “Great minds think alike.”
After that Blaine vows to never eat on camera ever again.
Molly’s Desk Inspection - Everyone Finds Out
Blaine sat at his desk, hands wrapped around his coffee mug, trying hard to pay attention during this week's team meeting. His boss, Quinn, had moved it to 9am and they were all suffering the consequences.
"I have a few important updates for you all," Quinn started. Blaine missed the next bit because he was too busy grinning at Molly, their cat, who was walking across Kurt's laptop while he tried not to laugh.
A few of their teammates were also grinning widely as though they were paying more attention to the cat than they were to the important updates.
"We are officially going to be remote until at least March 1st. Brad, I know you've been complaining about not having a good chair. Please go out and buy one. Or steal yours from the office."
They all laughed. Brad had been angling to have the company buy him one but it'd been a no go so far.
"Any questions?"
Blaine heard a soft "brrp!" next to him, and then, before he could stop her, Molly jumped up onto the desk and stared straight into his webcam.
"If there are no ques-"
"I have a question!" Santana interrupted.
There was a pause during which Blaine hurriedly tried to move Molly out of eyesight. Everyone knew he had a cat and that Kurt had a cat. They had all even met her a time or two, but everyone thought Kurt and Blaine had different cats. Seeing her show up on Kurt's screen and then Blaine's immediately after? That would be harder to ignore.
"Go ahead Santana…" Quinn prompted.
"Do you two live together?"
"What?" Quinn blinked.
"Kurt and Blaine. They have the same cat. Wait-" she clapped a hand dramatically over her mouth. "Are you guys dating!? Is that why you’re always somehow getting rooms on the same floor, and suspiciously come downstairs a few minutes apart in the morning?”
Blaine couldn't help but slouch down in his seat. This was not how he'd planned to tell them all.
"Oh, did you not know?" Blaine heard Kurt say casually. A bold move given how they had deliberately not told anyone at work for more than 2 years now.
"No!" Came the chorus of responses.
"Oh," Kurt shrugged, nonchalantly. "Well I guess we don't try to advertise it."
Chaos broke out with everyone on the call starting to talk at once. Then everything went quiet despite everyone still appearing to talk empathically at the Webex.
"There we go. I knew the power of muting you all would come in handy," Quinn said smugly. "Kurt and Blaine, let's talk about this after the meeting. The rest of you… I'll give you each 30 seconds to speak and then we are moving on."
------
The moment Blaine was out of the meeting, he got up from his desk, heading towards Kurt’s office in the living room. “So that just happened,” he called out. “I can’t believe you just told them!”
“Clearly Molly wanted them to know,” Kurt said, his voice muffled. “I panicked.” He lifted his head out of his hands, giving Blaine an apologetic look.
Blaine shrugged. He wasn’t entirely jazzed about the conversation they were going to need to have with Quinn, but he was a bit relieved that they wouldn’t have to hide it anymore. Besides, they were so in love at this point that if Kurt ever broke up with him, he was going to have to quit his job anyways. “The reasons for not telling them don’t really apply anymore anyways.”
A chat from Quinn pops up on Kurt’s screen and he grimaces. “I guess we should probably talk to her, huh?”
Kurt sighed. “Yeah. Looks like she wants us to hop on a call now.”
Blaine turned to go back to his desk, when he felt Kurt reach out and grab his hand. “Stay here? No point in us pretending we’re in different places.”
