Inspired by California outdoor and strip malls, this shopping center at the heart of Del Sol Valley is a great place to shop and hang. Includes a clothing store, toy store and daycare, hair and nail salon, tech store, movie theater, photo studio, and food court made from food stalls. Set as a retail lot. NOTE: Mannequins were removed from lot to stop the bug that crashes the game, so you'll have to add them back in to the clothing store.

You were caught hacking by a major tech company that then offered you a position in their firm. You know Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds? That’s you. You’re dedicated to your work, but that doesn’t stop you from going out and having a good time. You’re the kind of person that will be at a party at 3am and then at work at 6am.

This contemporary thin home placed between older, traditional houses has all the amenities for a tech guru geek with a love for partying. It’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with an office that can converted into a 2nd bedroom. The 4th floor is a party pad with bar. It’s located in Windenburg to be close to clubs.

You grew up poor and are living paycheck to paycheck working in the business career just as your parents did. You long to write romance novels but are too afraid to quit your steady job to follow your dreams. You’re very practical and you know the chances of making it as a writer are slim, so you stay working at your nine to five. As an adult you finally decide to pursue your dreams. You’re a hopeless romantic, but your unflirty nature makes it nearly impossible to find love.  

This Mediterranean villa is meant for a wellness-loving writer looking for a career (and location) change. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with office, garden plot, and pool. It’s located in Tartosa for maximum romantic inspiration.

Fun fact: this is the second pink not-so-berry home I’ve made. The first one is still up on my gallery (with the same name) and is an English cottage in Hendford-on-Bagley. But when My Wedding Stories was announced, I knew I had to have our unflirty, romance novel writer live in Tartosa.

Queer Artists Penthouse

Happy Pride Month everyone! This colorful 3-story penthouse apartment is perfect for a community of queer roommates. I was inspired to build some type of renovated industrial apartment in the middle of the Arts Quarter of San Myshuno. There are 5 bedrooms decorated for different flags: gay men (blue and green), lesbian (orange and magenta), bisexual (blue, purple, and pink), transgender (light pink and light blue), and nonbinary (yellow and purple). The rest of the apartment includes a 2-story open concept living space with lots of direct light from floor to ceiling windows, a sun room/art room with skylight, a movie watching loft on the 3rd floor, and plenty of outdoor space on the terrace. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it can sleep up to 8 sims.

Dream Apartment

This polished 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is decorated to reflect my dream unit! I’ve been longingly scrolling through apartment.com listings for luxury apartments and decided to make my own. The whole build has warm, light wood tones and shades of purple. The living space has a full-size kitchen with island, fireplace, and lots of windows. The bedroom has a wall of book shelves, walk-in closet, and a desktop PC for playing the sims. It also comes with in-unit laundry and a dish washer, cause I desperately need both irl. Plenty of string lights, plants, and skill building items are here too.

This apartment is meant to be at 17 Culpepper House in the Spice District of San Myshuno.
