So... it was quick : "OC matchmaker"

it's an OC I didn't spoke about much - Norwen Siralin

Daughter of Celebrimbor and an elfmaiden that was called later by the sea.

Born in Middle Earth

Was there, but very young, when Sauron tricked her father about the ring

Norwen loved MOria (but her mother hated it)

Norwen has swore vengeance after all that happened to her father (she is of feanorian blood sooooooo)

She is more a sword fighter

She avoids other elves, beside Galadriel.

She has kept some links with dwarves but with time, they all died.

she has a ring made by her father and her armor bears the feanorian star

no face claim - she is dark haired with grey eyes.

An elleth whose father was famously a Dwarf-friend and therefore has a soft spot for dwarves herself? This is an OC after my own heart! :) It only seems natural to match her up with one of Durin's Folk, doesn't it?

Frerin is another underappreciated Tolkien blobro, but many writers of Durinson fics, myself included, portray him as a noble warrior--arguably as good as his brother Thorin-- who met a heroic but tragically premature end during the War.

In the SotWK AU (appearing in "The Broken Shield"), Frerin is kind and strong-willed, but also wise and brave enough to question his ancestors' ancient prejudices against the Elves. It would not be beyond him to see past Norwen's race and love her for herself, and all her good qualities. He was an elf-fan long before Kíli made it fashionable in their family.

Elrond, on the other hand, is such a naive and sweet little elf who blushes at any manifestation of attention, and cannot simply move away from some annoying woman. and just some angry reader in the background, or something like that.

Jealous!reader x Elrond headcanons

You watched as Elrond was surrounded by a gaggle of giggling elfmaidens, seemingly unable to detach himself from them. Every step he took, they followed, and it was driving you up the wall.

You knew he wasn’t doing it on purpose, your sweet Elrond just didn’t know how to say no to people, he was too kind, too worried about offending someone

Which left you to be the bad guy, not that you really minded. You weren’t an overly jealous person, but you weren’t as kind as Elrond was

Usually all it took was your appearance and Elrond would latch onto you, grateful to be saved from the crowds, but if it was say, something such as his work, or a good book it took a bit more convincing. Usually, you would begin to kiss his neck, or let your hand fall to the waist band of his trousers, and his attention quickly turned to you.

So, you made your way over to save Elrond, only to find him blushing at the attentions of the women. This upset you more than you cared to admit, so you decided to leave him where he so obviously wanted to be, making sure he saw the way your arms crossed. You turned to go back and continue your conversation with your friend.

This worked for all of five minutes before you started to get angrier and angrier, what if they wouldn’t let him leave? What if one of the women were trying to seduce him? Your sweet husband would be so mortified, he wouldn’t know what to do.

Your friend only laughed as you marched over and grabbed Elrond by the tunic collar and dragged him back to your shared quarters.

“My starlight, how glad I am that you rescued me.” Elrond said, smiling softly at you, tracing the curve of your jaw with his knuckle, his warm eyes drinking you in.

“You seemed to be having a wonderful time, I am surprised you’re not upset.” You said, feeling a bit put out.

He tilted his head. “Why would I be upset? I love spending time with you.”

Your heart melted, and you wrapped your arms around him. “Oh my love, does your kindness know no bounds?”

“Not when it comes to you.” He said earnestly, cupping your cheek and kissing you gently. “Were you jealous, sweet starlight?”

You gripped his tunic, and deepened the kiss instead of answering, all anger dissipating as his strong arms held you close, and he whispered how much he loved you between soft kisses.

Stained Glass by @polutrope - Bittersweet tenderness when Elrond arrives in Aman and seeks out his mom. Love this for them <3

Life in Miniature by @thescrapwitch - This is SUCH a lovely little fic surrounding the memory of Gondolin in Aman. Author does an excellent job of weaving in the views and feelings of many characters and it feels so true to Elves' strong memories, particularly to places.

There is no Sanctuary Here by @ncfan-1 - A really fun, darker take on Elwing's story where Thuringwethil answers her call for vengeance.

Celebration by @maitimiel - Crunchy tasty Tar-Miriel's favorite handmaidens sleep with her ft. her and Ar-Pharazon's marital issues. Excellent look at the dying Numenorean state.
