Itâs probably meaningful that you rarely find an example of, say, a woke electrician or plumber or truck driver. This is not an ideology that infects people at random. Itâs clearly a class phenomenon.
- Malcom Kyeyune
One of the more disconcerting things in life for a Burkean conservative is finding oneself agreeing with a true and original Marxist thinker like the Swedish Malcom Kyeyune who has persistently called out white bourgeois educated classes for their faux liberalism and skin deep concern for the vast majority of the working class. According to Kyeyune, Wokeism has nothing to do with social justice or changing the world other than to entrench existing class privilege for the so-called âemail casteâ.
When I look around what I see going on itâs hard not to fault such a social observation, especially in the corporate world where I work. I know from my own experience that woke is used to distract attention away from what companies really get up to - they make profit at any cost which is the bottom line for any share holder - which is for society to not look too closely at the social price for that profit. Get a glowing rubber stamped rating from Stonewallâs own diversity champion scheme (a grift in itself) and colour in a rainbow flag in your corporate logo and youâll be fine.
But I still tend to lean on the view of historians Tom Holland and David Starkey as well as British satirist Andrew Doyle that Woke has its origins in a perversion of Christian puritanism and has morphed into a deadly neo-religion.
If you fancy a Christmas gift to a family member or someone you know is woke, you can do him/her/they a service by gifting them a copy of Doyleâs fantastic new book:Â The New Puritans: How the Religion of Social Justice Captured the Western World (2022). Doyle is a gay left winger and did his PhD in English at Oxford before he went into comedy (the writer behind Jonathan Pie).
Because he studied English he was exposed to the theories that underpin the woke and realised how intoxicating they were within the academic seminar rooms but made no sense when in first contact with reality outside the ivory towers. He became increasingly alarmed how woke ideas captured the traditional left.
The one minor criticism I would have is that Doyleâs book is so articulate, so on point, that perhaps itâs slightly bit too intellectual to reach any decent sized mass audience.
I think what we may sometimes forget is that the so-called intellectual elites - who went to a top tier university and were at the top of the food chain in their so-called âeducationâ - uncritically accepted the largely incomprehensible, self ejaculating intellectual French theorists whose work has essentially betrayed the intellect and strayed into the realm of the irrational. The effect of which has been, unfortunately, that people have taken it - and themselves - far too seriously.
But where else was there to go but to take the intellectual arena of the abstracted, nihilist western mind, except into the surreal, absurd and historically illiterate? The intellectual mind itself doesnât go anywhere inherently meaningful, and these âsecularâ New puritans clearly have the buttoned up arrogance and pseudo-morality of the old style religionists. But worse. They actually give the original Puritans a bad name. The original Puritans often get a bad press but they were terribly aware of their own human flaws and had no illusions how fallen we all were. This is why they emphasised grace and forgiveness at every turn. Good luck trying that with the New Puritans of woke.

So I hadnât intended to take a break from writing, but apparently my job decided Iâm doing a stupid amount of hours. So todayâs is not only late but a little shorter. âPanicâ is an open-ended prompt, but I associated it with fears and went in that kind of a direction. This oneâs also technically Sinbed but you could also read it as just a good friendship if youâre not especially into that.
Putting in a veeeery heavy warning for suicide discussion, again, itâs nothing graphic, but it is talked about openly, and I donât want that to take anybody by surprise
-
The ability to read anotherâs mind is truly the cruelest gift one could be given.
Do you know what your mother is afraid of, Sin? More than anything in the world? Oh, of course, she has plenty of fears, plural, but do you know what tops them all? Being killed for what she is? Losing everything? Losing you?
She is afraid of watching your father die.
Even moreso, sheâs terrified of watching him wither away. Sheâs happy he isnât human anymore, and she feels guilty about it. But itâs a relief to her, in an odd way. The Gear cells will keep him young, keep him healthy, keep his mind intact. She doesnât have to watch him succumb to dementia. She wonât have to look at him one day and have him wonder if sheâs a niece or cousin whose name has slipped his mind, or a demon he should have killed if his elderly hand didnât tremble from the weight of a sword. Every so often, the nightmare putters off to a corner of her mind, but something always makes it come back. I always know when it comes back.
I can hear them all. If I put all my strength into blocking them out, itâs enough, but itâs a constant, exhausting effort. Their thoughts bleed into mine. Iâve gotten better at pruning them apart. At first, I had a tendency to blur my world and theirs, until I realized I donât have a boss that may secretly be planning on killing me, or a distant wife whom I fear will leave me for the handsome electrician who fixes my porch lamps. But their feelings are all the same. They whimper. They scream. It doesnât matter how rational or irrational they may be, everyone has a little secret terror in the back of their mind that they just canât ever seem to shoo away forever.
Some of them, Iâll admit, are somewhat ridiculous. Those Secret Service-types that have been coming by are riddled with them. Is it an American thing? A cultural divide? How shallow. The big one with the coffin is afraid of aliens. He thinks theyâll have laser weapons and use humans for gardening soil. The woman with the dog is afraid of having her vacation hours cut.
I donât like your grandfather. If I tried to pity him, I know it would only make him despise me more. He cares about you, you know, in his own bizarre way. Heâs afraid Iâm going to do something bad to you, but doesnât know how to make me go away without it upsetting you. He wants whatâs best for you, but he knows that he has no idea what that is, or how to do it. That tends to be when he leaves. He canât stand to look at you, canât stand to acknowledge that heâs failing you, so he thinks everything will be better if he takes himself out of the equation altogether.
Ah. My mistake, I took a tangent. Your grandfather, your âOld Man.â Flame of Corruption, God of War, Sol Badguy. What an ironic thing, that a nigh-invulnerable being is so terrified of living. Heâs had nearly two centuries to think of ways to try and kill himself. You and your father and your mother frighten him, not because he doesnât want the responsibility, but because he canât convince himself that living is a choice. He makes excuses in weeks and months and on-a-dime promises- after this bounty, after he visits your mother one last time, when this beer is finished, maybe after one more drink, isnât it going to be spring soon? He was always a fan of rhubarb, maybe it would be worth it to wait and see how it tastes this year.
Your father is afraid for you. Itâs tacky, but itâs true. He has nightmares about things happening to you, actual nightmares. I told myself I wasnât going to get involved with peoplesâ dreams anymore, but sometimes I just canât help myself. Nobody can convince him youâre ever completely safe. Someone wants his baby dead, but he doesnât know who it is. Thatâs why he always sleeps better when you stay at the castle.
The second king, at least, is honest. There are many things I despise about that tacky, self-important blowhard, but he doesnât pretend he isnât exactly that. And he doesnât pretend that the lives of others arenât painfully, painfully important to him. You know heâs broken, donât you? Anyone could see it. They just donât want to look. Illyria wants a king. They donât want a battered veteran who cries himself to sleep in his own grief. He still sends letters to the widows. The guilt never lessens.
The third. I hate him even more. And yet, I pity him. The walls he has put up work too well. How many know what the war took from him? Of course, everyone lost something in the crusades. But he has nothing. Any relatives that werenât stabbed or maimed or slaughtered or eaten alive didnât last long. They threw themselves off cliffs, or drank until their insides rotted, or flew headfirst into fights they couldnât win and didnât want to. The stony face protects him. Suicide runs in the family. Heâs desperate to not take after his father.
Elphelt doesnât want to be alone. She doesnât want to disappear and have nobody notice.
Ramlethal wants things to make sense, to have a reason for it all, or else sheâs going to drown in an endless series of choices that donât even matter.
The pirate is just waiting for something to go wrong, because he has nine little girls, and he knows thereâs one day he wonât be able to keep his eyes on all of them until itâs too late. The blood mage is waiting for the pirate to leave, because theyâre convinced one day heâll wake up and realize he could do better. The little girl in the orange hat doesnât want anyone to know that she likes girls as much as she likes boys.
Sometimes I donât like it when you hug me. You squeeze too hard, and it digs into my ribs. How often do I have to remind you how strong you are? ButâŠother times, I let you do it anyway. I know you need the security. You need to feel like you arenât a monster. And monsters donât have friends, do they? They donât have families or friends or loved ones. Itâs a silly line of logic, I know you think that, but itâs enough for the time being. I can always hear the way your stormy thoughts quiet down and just focus on where we are. Just you and I, cozy and safe. A momentary peace of mind.
Sore ribs. Itâs a cheap price to pay for that. I just wish it lasted longer.

CATCHING MY BREATH, STARING OUT AN OPEN WINDOW
Dessa Iri is based on Iridessa from Disney Fairies. She is a 27 year old fairy, apprentice electrician, and uses she/her pronouns. She has the power of light bending and flight. Dessa is portrayed by Pepi Sonuga and she is taken.
CATCHING MY DEATH, AND I COULDNâT BE SURE
Dessa loved her life in Pixie Hollow. Why wouldn't she? She had wonderful friends, an important job, a beautiful little house surrounded by flowers, and sunshine at her fingertips. Not once had she ever wanted for anything more, content where she was, so waking up in Evermore was a nightmare at best. She was breaking down in panic when she crossed paths with a few familiar faces and was reassured she wasn't alone, and not the only one confused about how she ended up there. It took Dessa a bit longer than her friends, it seemed, to get used to the idea of settling down in a town overrun with humans. She didn't like the idea of having to keep her talent and her wings a secret, but she certainly didn't like the idea of people finding out what she was. The last thing she needed was to end up in a museum. There were admittedly good parts, more freedom and the ability to try new things... though new things were, unfortunately, more scary than exciting for Dessa. Too much change, too much unknown, and too much worry that she was making bad decisions now living a life that was more for her than mother nature. Electricity was a field that both made sense for her to go into with her powers, and also terrified her. She was an anxious person who worried about herself and her coworkers every time they were involved with a serious job, knowing that one mistake was enough to cause injury. But it was the only direction she knew to pursue. Personally, Dessa hoped she was out of this town long before her apprenticeship ended, but on the chance there was no solution awaiting them, she could not accept not having a plan.
I HAD A FEELING SO PECULIAR
â Frankie Hale: Dessa hates the way Frankie talks about themself. She thinks there is so much to appreciate, and she is determined to make them see it eventually, even if it takes sitting down and writing a whole long list of reasons. â Jesus Ramirez: She met Soos when the gift shop he worked at was having issues with their power. He's such a sweet guy, and one of few people she feels like probably wouldn't be a threat if he knew what she really was. â Dash Parr: He's... so much. To put it nicely. Dessa thinks he's friendly and an all around good person, but his energy leaves her feeling exhausted after even short conversations.
THAT THIS PAIN WOULD BE FOR EVERMORE

Sandy and I, along with my cousin, sister, and brother-in-law, spent the last weekend in February and the first week of March cleaning out my stepfather's house. He passed in November 2022, leaving behind a family who loves him and a house packed with keepsakes of his life. Before we started working at the house we took part in a very well attended celebration of his life. There I learned just how much his family loves him.
As we discovered, sifted, and sorted the remnants of his life I couldn't help but think about what all this stuff he'd amassed really meant. His interests, with their attendant accoutrements, were wide and varied. It felt like he would latch onto a passion, or hobby, only to lose interest and turn to something else. There's a good chance that I'm wrong. The only internal life that isn't a mystery is our own.
I can only aspire to be as eloquent as Robin Wall Kimmerer who wrote "Maybe there is no such thing as time; there are only moments, each with its own story."
We found that, in his spare time, Grant's stories were those of a Miner/Rockhound, a Motorcyclist, a Hunter, a Watchmaker, a Collector (of National Geographic, Reader's Digest, bank receipts, tax paperwork, and more), a Leather Worker, a Mechanic, an Electrician, a Hypnotist, a Conspiracy Theorist, a Believer in spirituality, a proud Father, a happy Grandpa, an indulgent Uncle, a Brother, and last but certainly not least a Gardener. He, like everyone, was truly a multitude.
The sorted remnants of Grant's life affected the sentiments of each of us in relation to what story line we happened to be in. Sandy and I found the greatest gift Grant unintentionally left behind for us purely by accident. Sandy found some Altoid boxes with seeds we think Grant took from his own garden.
Sandy showed them to me and, as I marveled at the beautiful beans, my brother-in-law told us that he'd found a box of seeds under the stairs.
These vacuum packed bundles of life are all heirloom non-hybrid seeds. Seeds that have been sitting dormant on shelves in Grant's basement for (maybe) decades. All they've been waiting for is the opportunity to partake of the symbiotic magical miracle that sunshine, soil, seeds, and water perform to create life. This truly IS a box of life and I'm so excited to find a piece of ground to settle on. A piece of ground to be tilled, fortified by compost, and sown with the seeds that Grant unknowingly gifted me and my family. The bounty of this humble box will sustain me, my family, and my future new friends and neighbors.
Grant will be there when we make fresh garden salads from whatever is in season. It'll be because of him that we'll slice into a beefsteak tomato. Sweet Corn from these seeds will taste sweeter because Grant stored them. Our future neighbors will also benefit. As Robin Wall Kimmerer writes with regard to harvesting "Never waste what you have taken. Share. Give thanks for what you have been given. Give a gift, in reciprocity for what you have taken."
All this stuff about gardening and the symbiotic magic of soil, sun and water acting on seeds is the frame of reference I want to remember Grant in. I've written, before, about how he planted ideas in my mind and heart. Ideas that, when I was in the right season of my life, were harvestable and truly made a difference in who I am at this point of my story.
Grant, I'm positive, understood that life is a gift. We found a constant reminder taped to a cupboard door in his kitchen. These five words are the Reader's Digest (which Grant loved) version of "Never waste what you have taken. Share. Give thanks for what you have been given. Give a gift, in reciprocity for what you have taken." These small and powerful words are the only constants in all the stories that were Grant. They're the one thing that we could always, always, expect from him. Is there any wonder why his family loves him so much?

So I'm a radfem-adjacent woman from the American Midwest, and I just started an internship as a financial advisor. I've really been enjoying it so far! It's a great way to be able to help people in a tangible way, and the company is big on giving back to the community. We even have a women's group! And my mentor (also a woman, thank God) has been fantastic too, super supportive and encouraging.
But I'm a little worried about how well I'll do, since I don't know a lot of people outside of my family, and the trifecta of ADHD/gifted child/bullied as a child means my social skills are crap, so I have a hard time making and keeping friends. The internet addiction def doesn't help, either, but ÂŻ_(ă)_/ÂŻ
I've seen some posts going around radblr talking about specifically seeking out women when you need to hire someone, usually in the context of tradeswomen like plumbers or electricians, but it got me thinking about reaching out... Do you think it would be worth it? And if it is, do you have an idea of which people I should reach out to first?

Whatever may come, your heart i will choose âĄ
When: October 26th, 2024 Notes: The wedding.
The last 24h until he walked down that isle were the most nerve-wracking and exciting that Erik had ever lived. His mind was in overdrive, overfilled with love and anxiety and all of the plans for the future, for that ceremony, for that night. He went to sleep wrapped around Seth, in what had grown to be their nest of blankets and pillows in the overgrown ballroom. Ever since they started dating, that was where they gravitated towards, it was special, it was theirs. The dragon knew, though, that it wasn't be for long.Â
Seth had no idea about it, but he had arranged for a surprise upstairs, the place that was still somehow referred to as "Erik's bedroom". It was never theirs, upstairs. Seth had always been too polite and too mindful of Erik's space, he wouldn't put his own clothes in their closet until Erik told him it was okay. The dragon was set on making the angel feel like this was home, the whole mansion, every inch of it was Seth's now, officially. So he had arranged to move their things upstairs, electricians would come over in the morning, after Chris had rightfully kidnapped Seth to get ready - since apparently it was bad luck for the groom to see... the other groom, the day of the wedding - and they'd change the lighting fixtures in the bedroom, installing dimming lights, much warmer and cozier than the bright ones he had before. That was most of the reason why they stayed in the ballroom in the first place - it had a soft, diffuse light, thanks to the tall windows, and they could see the overgrown garden outside. There were also new plants being moved upstairs, his favorite vines that sneaked up the glass outside were repotted and moved to the balcony, so they could still see the greenery first thing in the morning.Â
And then there was Chris's wedding gift.
When Erik reached out to the young wolf asking him to kidnap his holy groom and make sure Seth didn't come to the mansion until the ceremony, Chris asked why - because of course he did. And Erik might've been a bit too eager to talk about his plans, and the wolf was eager to listen, so the 30 minutes that followed were filled with quick hand gestures and squeals from the boy. Erik mentioned the only downside of moving upstairs was losing the view of the stars at night, and Chris asked why not set up a projector onto the ceiling. After explaining to the dragon what in hell's wide land was a projector, Erik was set in the idea. Chris, ever the thoughtful though, asked if he could make a "special projection" as a wedding gift. Confused, Erik agreed.Â
That's how, in the afternoon before his own wedding, the dragon was standing in the middle of his bedroom, the lights off and projector on, looking up with tears streaming down his face. Somehow - by technological witchcraft, he was certain - Christopher managed to emulate the perfect view of the sky back when he was first awake, 600 years ago. Erik recognized it right away, there were three times more stars, the sky was clear and bright, and he recognized some that weren't visible nowadays anymore.Â
This was home.
The idea that he was going to get to share it, all of it, with Seth made his heart beat so loud in his chest that Erik was certain Seth could hear it across town.Â
The hours that followed were a true test of his friendship with both Jason and Warren, since the dragon couldn't seem to stop talking. He did a last round, checking on the staff-Â
"Is the ballroom ready?" "Yes, sir." "What about the painting I told you to-" "Hung by the catering table, sir." "Did the gardeners finish-" "Yes, the overgrown is groomed to a respectable amount, sir." "Good. But did the cake-" "Already conditioned as to Master Seth's orders, sir."Â
And once Erik seemed to be either satisfied with the answers or ran out of questions, he moved to get ready. Having the Alfa werewolf of the Hollows Creek pack and war incarnate standing side by side in a room commenting about his hair was an experience, for sure, and Erik was glad they kept the eye roll count to a minimum every time he asked.Â
He could see the sun threatening to come down when Erik nodded one last time to his mirror, swallowing hard. The dragon pocketed the rings - of the purest of golds, forged from one of his scales - and his vows - scribbled in a selection of thick napkins, because it was way too early for him to have thought about bringing his notebook when inspiration struck, when he watched Seth open up shop in a random Tuesday that his employee called in sick - and he was texting Seth, with the stupidest grin on his face.Â
"Ready to be my husband?"
Seth never imagined this day would come. Since his first moments on earth he wondered what it would be like to fall in love or to find someone to spend your existence with but he had made his peace with the idea that it was not something he would be destined to experience. That, until Erik appeared in his live and now he was the happiest he never imagined he could be.Â
Now, here he was, getting ready at his best friend's place for his wedding. HIS WEDDING! He couldn't stop smiling thinking about it. He was fresh out of the shower when his phone vibrated with a message from his soon to be husband. Which was quickly answered.Â
"I am! I cannot wait anymore. I have to admit I would have rather very much to have woken up beside you this morning, though."
If he chuckled like a schoolgirl with a crush when he checked his phone, Erik didn't care. Not today. "I know, but it's said to be bad luck for me to see you - and you see me - before the wedding ): BUT HEY, in an hour or so you'll get to see me again (:"
Seth pouted to his screen when Erik said it was bad luck for them to see each other before the ceremony, "You don't believe that, but okay, I will have to wait one more hour to see you. Are you nervous?"
That made Erik laugh "True, I don't" he texted back "But I don't want to give fate any chances to be mean to us. I don't think I'm NERVOUS, I'm more ANXIOUS. Waiting is hard. What about you?"
Seth smiled at the answer, "You are right. It's better if we do not tempt fate to mess with us." The Grigori took a deep breath before answering, "The wait is almost over. I'm a little nervous but it is the good kind of nervous! More like excitement."
"Fate wouldn't dare đ " Erik texted back, his heart swelling in his chest when Seth talked about being excited to marry him. "I love you" was the only words his brain could think of to type, then he added "I should finish getting ready. You see, I have to meet this gorgeous fiancĂ© of mine by the beach in a few"
Seth's smile now seemed permanent whenever he talked to Erik and his dragon always reassured him, "I hope so." Those three words had become the angel's favorite since the first time he heard them, "I love you too, Erik, very, very much," he answered quickly. "I suppose I should stop distracting you then. I will see you later at the beach. I will be the one in blue with a boutonniĂšre."
Erik was lucky Jason and Warren had grown used to his stupidly in love self, if he was still back on the ship, there would've been tons of cat calls and whistles because of his ridiculous grin "Right, I'll make sure to find you. I'll be the one in front of the crowd, at the end of the isle" he answered, then added " â€ïžâđ„â€ïžâđ„â€ïžâđ„â€ïžâđ„â€ïžâđ„ "
Seth was unable to repress a sigh at the text while his smile was still in place, "I know I will find you. I will see you soon â€ïž "
With one last smile, Erik pocketed his phone, moving onto the last of the preparation. Soon enough, he was making his way to the beach. Halfway down the hill he could already see the people finding their seats around the isle, most of them talking excitedly, smiles all around. Followed by Warren and Jason, he walked through the isle, nodding along to the people who greeted them, until they stopped under the archway covered in flowers. "Your boy is late" he smirked at the wolf, knowing full well that was expected. Chris had many great qualities, being on time had never been one.
Jason was feeling a little emotional. He hadnât been at many weddings after Val and even less after his last relationship went down to the drain, but he was happy for Erik and Seth. He moved to adjust the lapels on Erik's jacket and chuckled, "He's not late. Sebastian is already there, they're probably just taking a minute and here he comes," he said shaking his head as he saw the young wolf come down the side of the ail to take his place on the spot for Seth's groomsmen, "Now put yourself together," he winked as he smiled and stepped to a side just in time for the music to start and everyone got to their feet, waiting for the other groom to make his way down the aisle.
Seth could feel his nervousness raising when the time got closer. He pulled Chris in for a hug, thanking him for all his help and then turned to Trevor; there were so many things he wanted to say to the Nephilim. Just the mere fact that he was alive because of him was something he could never thank him for enough and that was why he had asked him to please be the one to walk him down the aisle. With a deep sigh he reached for the taller man and gave his hand a soft squeeze, "Thank you for everything. Nothing of this would be possible without you, Trevor, and for that, you will have my eternal gratitude for as long as I live," his words were honest and filled with emotion.
Trevor was flattered when Seth visited him at the store a few weeks ago only to ask if he would like to be the one giving him away to Erik down the aisle. There was no way for Trevor to say no to that honor and now the day had come and the falling Grigori's words moved him, making his expression soften, "to me, you are another brother, Seth and nothing makes me happier than doing this for you," he smiled, "now, it's time to get you married," he grinned and offered his arm to Seth. As soon as the music started, he walked his older little brother down the aisle as a radiant with love dragon was eagerly waiting for him.
Nothing could've prepared him for the sight of Seth walking towards him that moment. Between a sea of faces, Erik only had eyes for Seth and his bright smile mirrored the angel's. His mouth was dry when he muttered a sincere "Thank you" to Trevor when the half ling offered him Seth's hand and the dragon accepted it, not letting it go for the rest of his life. "Ready?" He whispered conspirationally to his still fiancé, as the music faded, and people sat back down.
In the past, Seth had believed nothing would bring him more happiness than heaven and his holy duties. He had been sure that was the maximus level of happiness he would ever get to experience, but today, this very moment when he was walking towards Erik to promise each other a life of love and companionship, this was the truest happiness in his existence. As soon as he reached for his dragon's hand, all his nervousness vanished. He gave Trevor one last thankful look before his eyes were set on the love of his life, "I have never been readier," was his murmured answer as they both turned to look at Warren in front of them.
The ceremony went by faster than he thought it would, but it was like the dragon's mind was burning every moment to memory. The knowing look on Warren's eyes when he wrapped the band loosely around their joined hands, the how he could feel the people, their friends and found family, wishing them happiness through their wet smiles. The ceremony itself wasn't religious - because he would never give Seth's absent and vengeful father the satisfaction of having their fate in his hands again - but it followed the old traditions, of when Erik was first hatched. Chris and Jason, the best men, crowned them in white flowers as Warren talked about two souls finding each other against all odds and uniting as one once more. They thanked the earth and the tides, Erik ignited a candle as an offering to the fire and Seth blew it out, offering his breath to the wind. The moon and the sun were both in the sky blessing their union in a twilight of color when Warren said they could say their vows.
The ceremony was beautiful and not one he had ever imagined. He was not old enough to have witnessed the old traditions Erik and apparently Warren had lived by, but he would be forever thankful with his dragon for finding a way to make this day so special even with the absence of a part of him he had lost. He stopped thinking about it and was now ready to embrace these new beliefs. It was uncommon for Seth to be nervous to speak in front a crowd, but these words were too especial, and he could feel a soft blush adorn his freshly shaved cheeks. After a deep breath, he smiled and locked eyes with Erik's, "Today is the joyous day of my existence because I get to join my life to yours, not simply as your husband, but as your friend, your lover, and your biggest supporter. I promise to love you for who you are, and for who you are yet to become. I promise to be patient and to remember that all things between us are rooted in love. I promise to nurture your dreams and help you reach them. I love you with all my heart. You're my love, light, and soulmate. You're the one who never fails to make my heart sing, the one who keeps me smiling, and laughing as I never imagine possible. I promise to share my whole heart with you and to remember to show you how deeply I care for you, no matter the challenges that may come our way. I promise to love you loyally and fiercelyâas long as I shall live."
Seth could've said a recipe of instant noodles and Erik would've loved it, yes, but he wasn't prepared for the words he heard. It was a rare sight, but halfway through his short, heartfelt speech, tears were rolling down Erik's cheeks and he squeezed the angel's hand, under the embroidered band that tied them together. Some parts could've seemed nice to the onlookers, but went much deeper when they reached Erik's ears, especially when he mentioned sharing Seth's heart. That was it. It was the proof that loving wasn't losing part of his heart. He was giving his own to Seth and getting the angel's in return.Â
After a moment too long, Erik recomposed himself, murmuring under a wet chuckle "I'm so glad I wrote this down, damn, I wouldn't be able to form coherent thoughts after that". After wiping his cheeks with his free hand, he reached into his pocket, grabbing a napkin with the logo of Seth's bakery. "It's a bit long, so please bear with me" He used the text just to be sure he wouldn't forget anything he wanted to say, but in the end Erik said most of it staring into Seth's eyes.Â
"I never believed in miracles before I met you. Or believed in love, for that matter. I learned from the start that I could never let someone take hold of my heart, it'd leave me too vulnerable, it felt dangerous and violating. So when I met you, I had my heart safe, locked into this chest buried where no one could reach."Â
"But you did. You did and it was scary and thrilling and everything I never thought it would be. I craved your touch, I starved for your smile, I longed to hear every word that left your lips, and I thought once I had heard them all, it would end, and I'd find peace again."Â
"But it didn't."Â
"And it doesn't."Â
"And I don't think it ever will."Â
"Instead, I've found my peace with you. So I could promise you the moon and the stars and make all of these vague allusions about loving you when you're sick or in health, but I won't. Because that's not enough for me."
"So I promise you, Seth Winfred, that I'll do my damn best every single day to be your peace. I'll respect you as my equal, I'll cherish you like a sunny day, and I'll support you with every last spark of energy in my body."Â
"I love you, and I'm going to keep on loving you until far beyond my last breath, Seth."Â
"Under the gaze of infinite pantheons I promise you this, and under the sight of the gods of old I humbly request the blessing of the ones who wish for our happiness."Â
"May our paths never wind far from one another, and may your hand always find mine in the dark, for mine will be searching for yours too."
Seth was never one to cry, but halfway through his vows when he saw those tears of happiness in his lover's eyes, his voice quivered, and he did reach to wipe a couple of tears that rolled down his cheek. But how, how unprepared he was for the dam that it was about to break when Erik said his bows. He smiled at the initial request, "Always, my love, always," his answer as honest as ever but as the beautiful words progressed, more and more tears rolled down his face.Â
It was common to hear angels were miracles to humans, but hearing Erik call him his miracle was one of the sweetest things he had ever heard. It all made sense, and it came to a full circle; one where they both understood and shared with the world that love was such a selfless act that only implied completing each other. Being what your partner needed and loving every single moment you got to share together. Seth swallowed hard and smiled through the tears, murmuring a soft "I love you," at the end of Erikâs vows.
It was really hard to watch Seth cry without comforting him, so when he finished Erik put the napkin back onto his pocket and reached out to cup his cheek, wiping tears away and muttering "I love you" in return. People clapped and Erik took that opportunity to step closer and go against protocol, pressing a kiss to Seth's forehead. Warren then unwrapped their hands and proclaimed that they could now share tokens of affection. Back in the day this was when they signed treaties and united kingdoms, it went from gold coins to scriptures of land and pieces of clothes with the shield of the family. Nowadays though, Erik knew people valued rings. "I'm going to need that hand, just a second" he murmured, playfully letting go of the angel's hand so he could use both of his own to open the tiny box from his pocket. Carefully, Erik picked up the ring inside, an intricate wine, made of the purest gold from his own scales, he was sure Seth could feel it once it touched his skin. This way humans would know Seth was cared for and every other being would know the fury of a dragon would rain upon them if they hurt Seth. "May I?" He asked, gently grabbing Seth's hand to put the ring in place.
Seth smiled at the soft comforting kiss and let out a breathy soft laugh when Erik said he needed both hands for a moment. The ring was beautiful, and he just knew it was literally a part of Erik and what it would mean wearing it. There was another smile and a nod when his dragon asked if he could put the ring on his finger. He could feel Erik's love through the gold band around his finger, confirming his thoughts of it been made of his lover's scales.Â
A while ago, Seth had given Erik one of his feathers, long before they turned black and now he was wearing one of Erik's scales , in the most beautiful exchange that clearly symbolized the exchange of their hearts. Moving forward with the ceremony, Seth let go of his beloved dragon's hand to turn to Chris to retrieve the ring he had chosen for his soon to be husband. It was a golden ring with two wings forming a heart, symbolizing Seth giving his everything to Erik, "May I?" he asked back with a teasing smile and right after the ring was on the dragon's finger, Seth pulled his hand to his lips, pressing a kiss over the ring to seal the promise they had just made.
Very few things in the world felt right, but sliding his ring onto Seth's finger was certainly one of them. He chuckled when Seth asked him the same question back "Of course" he said offering his hand, a gentle tug on his heartstrings when he noticed the engravings. He still had it, Seth's feather, Erik wore it every day around his neck, in a delicate bottle. Now humans would know he belonged to someone as well. A soft warmth covered his face when Seth kissed his hand, sure they this kind of gentle affection had never happened around other people. Still, contrary to what he'd think a few decades ago, Erik didn't feel belittled or vulnerable. It felt right, Seth loved him, there was no question.Â
With one last prayer to whatever deities who were listening, who cared about their happiness, Warren proclaimed them wed, and with the widest of grins, Erik pulled Seth by the waist, one hand on his cheek as people cheered and his lips touched for the first time his husband's.
This was it. This was the moment they both had been waiting for. When Warren said they could finally kiss and be announced as husband. Seth closed his eyes at the kiss and smiled into it, his left hand now with his wedding band on, pressing over Erik's chest right on top of his heart and in that very moment, everything was perfect in their own little world.

Unique Online Business Ideas for Tiruneveli!
Starting an online business in Tirunelveli provides a great opportunity to reach local, national, and even global markets. Given the growing access to the internet and mobile devices in the region, there is significant potential to create online ventures that cater to the specific needs of Tirunelveli and beyond. Here are some unique online business ideas for Tirunelveli:
1. Online Marketplace for Local Handicrafts
Why it works: Tirunelveli has a rich tradition of handicrafts, including palm leaf products, wooden toys, and textiles. Many artisans lack access to global markets, and an online platform could connect them with a wider audience.
Opportunity: Create an e-commerce platform that exclusively features local artisans and their handmade products. Partner with local artisans, help them with branding, and sell their products online to customers across India or internationally.
2. Subscription Box for Traditional Tamil Foods
Why it works: Traditional Tamil food, such as Tirunelveli halwa, banana chips, and murukku, is beloved both locally and internationally. A subscription box service delivering these items could tap into nostalgia and a growing desire for authentic regional foods.
Opportunity: Curate monthly or bi-weekly subscription boxes filled with traditional Tamil snacks, sweets, and ingredients sourced from Tirunelveli. Subscribers can receive these treats at their doorstep, and the service can target both local and global customers.
3. Online Tutoring or Coaching for Competitive Exams
Why it works: Education is highly valued in Tirunelveli, and many students aspire to excel in competitive exams like NEET, JEE, TNPSC, and banking exams. The demand for affordable, quality online coaching is rising.
Opportunity: Launch an online tutoring platform that provides video lessons, mock tests, study materials, and personalized coaching for various competitive exams. You could focus on students in Tamil Nadu and offer lessons in both English and Tamil.
4. E-commerce for Organic and Herbal Products
Why it works: There is increasing awareness of organic and herbal products, and many consumers are shifting towards natural remedies and organic food. Tirunelveli has access to natural resources and herbs that can be turned into marketable products.
Opportunity: Start an e-commerce store selling organic products like herbal cosmetics, traditional medicines (like Siddha and Ayurveda), organic food, and eco-friendly household items. You could also offer homegrown organic vegetables and fruits to local customers through a delivery model.
5. Local Services Marketplace
Why it works: People in Tirunelveli often rely on word-of-mouth to find professionals like plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tutors, and other service providers. An online platform that connects locals to trusted service providers would simplify this process.
Opportunity: Create an online marketplace where people can book local services such as plumbing, home cleaning, repairs, tutoring, or even event management. The platform could provide verified professionals and allow users to book services directly through the app or website.
6. Online Consultation for Traditional Health Systems (Ayurveda, Siddha)
Why it works: Traditional Indian health systems like Ayurveda and Siddha are deeply rooted in Tamil Naduâs culture. Many people prefer these treatments for common ailments, but access to qualified practitioners can be limited.
Opportunity: Build a platform where people can consult certified practitioners of traditional health systems like Ayurveda and Siddha. This could include virtual consultations, home delivery of herbal medicines, and personalized treatment plans.
7. Custom Tamil Wedding Invitations and Gifts Store
Why it works: Weddings in Tamil Nadu are elaborate and culturally significant, and there is a demand for personalized wedding invitations, favors, and gifts. The growing trend of personalized and eco-friendly weddings can be tapped into.
Opportunity: Launch an online business specializing in customizable Tamil wedding invitations, traditional gifts, and eco-friendly decor. You could offer digital invitations, custom designs with traditional Tamil motifs, and curated wedding gift packages.
8. Online Agriculture Consultancy
Why it works: Many farmers in the Tirunelveli region seek expert advice on improving crop yields, using sustainable farming methods, and accessing government schemes. An online platform that provides real-time agricultural guidance could be highly beneficial.
Opportunity: Start an online consultancy service where farmers can receive expert advice on topics like crop management, pest control, organic farming, and accessing agricultural subsidies. The service could be subscription-based or pay-per-consultation.
9. E-learning Platform for Tamil Language and Culture
Why it works: Tamil is one of the oldest languages in the world, and thereâs a growing interest in learning the language, especially among the Tamil diaspora. Additionally, people are eager to learn about Tamil culture, history, and literature.
Opportunity: Create an e-learning platform that offers Tamil language courses, along with lessons on Tamil culture, classical music, and traditional dance forms like Bharatanatyam. This platform could cater to learners both within Tamil Nadu and abroad.
10. Virtual Yoga and Wellness Classes
Why it works: As the wellness industry grows, more people are looking for virtual options to practice yoga, meditation, and fitness routines from home. The pandemic has accelerated the shift toward online fitness and wellness programs.
Opportunity: Offer virtual yoga and wellness classes, focusing on traditional practices like yoga, meditation, and holistic health. You could create specific programs for beginners, elderly citizens, or even prenatal yoga. Expand the business by offering wellness retreats and packages.
11. Local Farm Produce E-commerce Platform
Why it works: Tirunelveliâs agriculture produces high-quality bananas, rice, sugarcane, and vegetables. Farmers may lack access to a wider market to sell directly to consumers.
Opportunity: Develop an online platform where farmers can directly sell their produce to consumers without intermediaries. The platform could offer doorstep delivery of fresh vegetables, fruits, and grains, connecting urban consumers with rural farmers.
12. Online Grocery Delivery
Why it works: As people become busier, the convenience of online grocery delivery services is becoming increasingly popular, even in smaller cities. Tirunelveli has a growing urban population that may benefit from a service that brings groceries directly to their doorstep.
Opportunity: Launch an online grocery delivery service offering local produce, daily essentials, and packaged goods with same-day or next-day delivery options. A mobile app or website could make ordering groceries easy and convenient for locals.
13. Virtual Interior Design and Home DĂ©cor Consultancy
Why it works: Home décor and interior design services are in demand, especially as people spend more time in their homes. A virtual interior design business can offer affordable, accessible design solutions to homeowners.
Opportunity: Offer virtual interior design consultations where customers send pictures and measurements of their spaces, and you provide design ideas, furniture recommendations, and décor tips. You could also sell custom home décor items like traditional Tamil art and crafts online.
14. Online Career Counseling and Job Placement Services
Why it works: Many students and professionals in Tirunelveli need guidance on career paths, higher education opportunities, and job placements. The lack of access to professional career counseling can be addressed online.
Opportunity: Build an online career counseling platform offering personalized advice, resume building, interview preparation, and job placement services. Focus on industries that are in demand, such as IT, healthcare, and education.
15. Virtual Event Planning and Management
Why it works: As more events go virtual or hybrid, thereâs a growing need for event planners who can organize online conferences, weddings, or cultural events. This concept is ideal for businesses, educational institutions, and families.
Opportunity: Start a virtual event planning business where you handle everything from online invitations to managing live streams, coordinating guest speakers, and even offering technical support. You can specialize in cultural events, weddings, or business conferences.
By leveraging Tirunelveliâs unique cultural strengths and addressing both local and global trends, these online business ideas can serve the needs of the community while offering scalability.

Chapter 5: Vanita the Employee
Word Count: 990
TWs: Food mention, themes of obsessive behaviour
/) /) ( âą àŒâą)
It had only been a few weeks since Vanita started working at the Mega PizzaPlex but she had already infiltrated Vanessaâs group of friends. She supposed it was because Vanessa tended to be nice, even if she didnât understand people. It was something Vanita still had to learn about. She of course had made her own friend as well, another new employee known as Sawyer Bale.
She wasnât sure how it had happened, but the two were often spending their lunch breaks together. She learned that he used to work at a grocery store and briefly trained to be an electrician under his uncle, that he liked trivia and obscure movies, and that he played DnD. Perhaps it was his general âoutcastâ stereotyping that made Vanita mention her own interests to him.
âWell, Iâm sure youâve heard enough about me⊠what about you?â
âLately, Iâve been into true crime, and digging into the history behind our employers.â
Sawyer paused in the middle of skewering some salad on his spork. âWhy, are they shady??â
She grinned. âLike you wouldnât believe. But I wouldnât worry about it too much, youâre safe where you are⊠for now.â
He frowned. âI still wish I hadnât heard you say that.â
âHey, youâre not the one doing the investigating. Thatâs the whole reason I took the job.â Well, half the reason, but he doesnât need to know that. âWhyâre you here?â
He shrugged and finally took a bite of his salad. âYou know what I was employed to do. Just seemed like an interesting change of pace after the cashier job.â
âUh-huh, sure. So, what do you think of Vanessa?â
âWho?? Oh, you mean the guard??â
âYes, Vanessa the guard.â
âI donât know⊠she seems fine. Normal. She likes her job. Why?â
Normal! âDo you think I have a shot with her?â
Sawyerâs face burned. âOh, uhm⊠I⊠I donât--â
âNot romantically, yâdingus! Just as friends.â
He laughed in embarrassment. âAh! Aha. Of course. In that case, I donât see why not. I mean, you hang out with her friends and they hang out with you, right?â
âYeah, but thatâs not the same, Sawyer. I want to be best friends.â
âAmbitious⊠but those things donât just happen overnight, Vanita⊠give it time. Iâm sure she likes you. Maybe you should have lunch with her sometime, get to know her one-on-one.â
âGreat idea. And you can call me Vannie.â She winked and he blushed again.
âSure, if thatâs what you prefer. Vannie.â
She looked up at the clock. âI should head back before Harriet has a chance to complain.â She stood, then paused. âYou drive, right?â
âYes maâam.â
âCan I ask you a favour? I want to stop by the crafts store after work and itâd be longer to take a bus over there than to just hitch a ride.â
âSure thing. Meet me by the front doors at closing?â
âSee you then.â With that, Vanita returned to one of the several gift shops housed in the PizzaPlex, passing Vanessa on her way. She looked stoic, observing the floor like a lifeguard, sure to provide a protective presence for all patrons of the entertainment plaza. It took effort not to simply stand and stare at her all day. At the end of Vanitaâs shift, she met up with Sawyer and made the trip to the craft store.
âWhat are you working on?â Sawyer asked curiously as he followed her through the fabric aisles.
âA personal project. Itâs about halfway done, Iâve been working on it off and on for a few years but I think itâs about time I put in the effort to finish it.â
âCan I see it when itâs done??â
Vanita considered this. âMaybe.â
Sawyer looked content at this. âThis is nice,â he mentioned as Vanita filled her basket.
âHm??â
âHanging out together, outside of work. We should do it more often. I-if you want to, of course.â
They started back toward the registers. âI donât see why not⊠but this isnât really âhanging out,â is it?? Iâm doing my shopping, thatâs like, the most boring thing on Earth.â
âI donât know, hanging out doesnât always have to be exciting.â
âI disagree.â
âTo each their own, I guess⊠hey, Vannie, look at these,â playfully, Sawyer picked up a pair of oversized googly eyes, holding them in front of his face and shaking them so they spun whimsically. âPretty goofy, right?? Who even needs googly eyes this big??â
Vanita scoffed lightly. âDork⊠put those down, Iâve gotta check out.â
He put them away, still smiling as they bought the fabric. Outside, Vanita bought an energy drink from a nearby vending machine. As she got back into Sawyerâs car and thanked him for the drive, she noted how smitten he was looking. Oh. This boyâs got a crush on me. It was something that made her sigh as she was dropped off at home, taking her purchase to her room. She had no romantic interest in Sawyer and doubted he would grow on her, but he didnât need to know that. Perhaps this little instance of puppy love could even be beneficial to her plans. In the meantime, under the neon glow of her blacklight lamps, she set to cutting, sewing, and adding to her creation. The inspiration had struck her after seeing a photo of SpringBonnie for the first time. It had been Williamâs first commercial creation, and it was clear he adored the machine from its appearance alone. She wondered if he still had it, or if it was tucked away in storage somewhere. Little evidence of Fredbearâs Family Diner existed in the present, aside from scarce photos in newspapers, a few posters, and employee uniforms up for auction on eBay for ungodly amounts of money. Someday, sheâd like to own a piece of Fazbear history, but for now, she had only online articles to scratch that itch⊠eventually, she would have Vanessa, too.

Those not finished, part 1
At this stage of the competition, we're just meant to read 10-30% of a book and vote yes or no on whether we want to continue/the book should advance. The team's votes are then added together to find the top 10-12, which we then read in full and score.
These are the books I gave a no vote to and didn't finish reading. There are some I finished reading and still voted no to (usually when they were short enough that it wouldn't take long to get to the end).
A no vote doesn't necessarily mean a book is bad. Please also remember that these views are my own and may not reflect the rest of the team.
Star Language, Charon Dunn
Word count: ~59,000
Cover: It's, uh... it's a vibe. I'm not sure if it's purposefully leaning into the MS Paint/Word Art aesthetic, but it's definitely there. I certainly wouldn't want to pick it up based on the cover â even improving the typography and leaving the rest alone would do wonders. It does have a certain charm to it, in the same way that the Star Wars Holiday Special does.
Blurb: 'Melina is super unlucky when it comes to mothers; hers is an abusive greedy drugged-up nightmare who sells her to traffickers. Sheâs a lot luckier when it comes to boyfriends â her big strong alien bae makes everyone thirst. The one department where her luck is absolutely on point has to do with her talent â a flair for learning languages that makes her the only one capable of performing translation duty once the aliens reach Earth. Trigger warning: SA, ultraviolence, 18+, explicit badness.'
I didn't really know what to make of this, beyond cringing at 'big strong alien bae' and figuring that plus the trigger warnings must mean it was erotica. It wasn't (and I admit to be a little disappointed even though that's not my thing). I'm still not sure if 'explicit badness' is meant to mean badassery or something else.
Content: I wasnât thrilled when the book opened with the main characterâs entire life story. It was, admittedly, a fairly interesting life, and I could see it was leading up to her translating for the aliens when they arrived, but there was nothing sci-fi to it for a massive whack of book. My main issue was the writing style, however, which never varied from being very simplistic and telling rather than showing. It was good that it stuck quite clearly to the narratorâs voice, but I still found it made everything feel bland and reported. It only really started getting a little more varied and interesting by the 30% mark.
When the aliens eventually arrived, they were quite uninteresting â just grey humans with a culture thatâs meant to be slightly different but fundamentally isnât, and they somehow have dinosaurs. The main character also said she loved one of the aliens at one point, but felt nothing when she was reassigned to a different alien. This might make sense on account of her backstory, but it seemed weird to me, and I was sort of interested to see what happened next but also very bored of it. I stopped reading for this reason. Given it's short, I still might read the rest of it later.
Vote to continue at 30%: No
The Rat's Nest, Adam Crookston
Word count: ~46,300
Cover: I appreciate the stylised battery diagram here. I think it's pretty neat, and works well with the text. I don't think it gives me much idea what the book's about, though, and I'm not sure I need to know that it's the first edition.
Blurb: 'In the Year 3022, the people of earth have migrated planets over 82 times, saving ones that provide useful resources and storage. After a woman goes missing on the infamous planet 28. It's up to a gifted soldier to return her to safety. A story about Self Belief, Belonging, and pushing through the worst. Will Tom survive the trails and tribulations, or will Cain take over the minds of everyone.
'Tom - An Electrician Solider with the ability to manipulate minds to his liking through the 82 government protocol. He follows the rules and still gets the bad end of the stick, but with every fight he keeps going.
'Cain - The mysterious figure with an ability to control millions through manipulation and control, his mass army of millions takes over cities on planet 28 to his liking. An ability to control desires.
'Alma - A warrior on the planet 28, she's made a world that is her own, geared with anything to be prepared for a fight. a fighter for the 82 until she was exposed to the realities of who they are.'
This is a blurb of decent enough length to get what might be inside, unlike a few others that were quite short. Unfortunately this is also where I got a glimpse of the overall quality, with sentences fragmented at random, incorrect punctuation and haphazard capitalisation. If I were looking for a book to read and read this blurb, I would give it a hard pass. It's a shame, as it sounded like it could otherwise be interesting.
Content: As hinted by the blurb, the writing quality was poor â much worse than the blurb, in fact. Full of sentence fragments, inconsistent tenses and incorrect word choices, I couldn't read more than a few pages before I had to put it down.
Vote to continue: No
Escalation, Itzhak Begerano
Word count: ~90,300
Cover: It has the feeling of some text slapped over a stock image, and it's not a stock image that tells me anything about what's inside. The author actually submitted some cartoons for the cover contest, and I believe this was adapted from an animated piece, so it would have been nice to see some of that instead.
Blurb: 'Bizarre politicians are dragging the world into a hallucinatory war.
'Two conflicted presidents, each driven by delusion and greed, dream of ruling the globe. To meet their goals, they resort to fraud, bribery, and corruption. Alexander Monroe - the president of the Democratic Organization, and Suleiman Assad - the president of the Free Islamic Forces, find themselves dragged into an inevitable war. Barney Chaplin the entertainer, the nerdy minister of education who opposes the idiotic war. He became Monroe's deputy and was sent to the front lines in the Fata Morgana desert to entertain his troops while risking his own life. The performance of President Monroe and the members of his government are examined by the government psychiatrist Professor Cheers, and everyone understands that it is better that someone supervises her as well⊠During the illusory war, well-known Hollywood actors who have passed their time are forced to function as deadly commandos and go beyond enemy lines.
youtube
'story possibilities
'·   '
Yes, the YouTube link is included in the blurb. The rest of the blurb is all one chunk of text that starts out pretty interesting, but then keeps dropping names and keeps getting weirder. By the end I'm not really sure what direction the book's trying to take. I'm afraid I also didn't (and still don't) understand enough about the political situations mentioned to comment, and given this a political satire, that's a fairly crucial aspect for me to lack.
Content: The first few pages of this book were completely nonsensical and a real struggle to read. Absolutely cluttered with adjectives, I couldn't tell what was going on and couldn't bring myself to read any more.
Vote to continue: No

Hire Emergency Electrical Services To Resolve Your Electrical Problem
We have the necessary skill set to perform the work of an emergency electrician, which is reestablishing the electric power supply or doing repair work for something very similar. Electricians who work for emergency electrical services must be brief and speedy in surveying and distinguishing the issue, as well as gifted and qualified to do the vital fixes. Rather than burning through valuable time looking through the nearby classifieds, which offer almost no decisions, there are a few enlistment firms spread all over to assist you with employing an emergency electrician in a matter of moments.
There are numerous electrical organizations offering emergency electrical services for both business and modern requirements. Emergency electricians are also an absolute necessity in every power industry to screen for variations and aggravations in power distribution and transmission. Indeed, even a small issue in the circuit must be addressed quickly to prevent power disappointments and blackouts in different parts of the city. Experience and preparation in the repair and upkeep of power boards, transformers, generators, breakers, wires, circuits, switches, and electric engines are required from anybody who is searching for a task as an emergency electrician. Most work organizations have online destinations that you can access at any time of day or night.
Posting a job listing on the site expressing your needs and the type of task to be completed is the quickest and most reliable way to find a good electrician. It is critical to be explicit about the work type and area to get a capable and talented expert in a matter of seconds. Online enlistment firms have become extremely well known nowadays, particularly in huge urban areas where getting data about electricians or electrical specialists can turn out to be exceptionally overwhelming. There are various work organizations in the event that you are situated in this tremendous city and require the services of an emergency electrician. Another place that frequently requires the services of an emergency electrician is a clinic; as a matter of fact, most emergency clinics and medical care habitats utilize in-house emergency electricians who are on standby 24 hours a day to handle any power or power-related issue.
Since emergency electrical issues happen unannounced, electrical organizations that spend significant time providing emergency services have nonstop electricians and designers to address any kind of power disappointment. Fire stations also require the expertise of emergency personnel to handle dangerous and hazardous electric flow situations when a fire breaks out. We all know how difficult it is to locate electricians in an emergency situation. There may have been a time in everyone's life when they realized the importance of keeping a list of electricians in their phone memory or their journal.
This is one of the most straightforward and striking approaches to using what you have previously arranged for something absolutely awful. It's also a good idea to keep track of multiple numbers so you can try the other one if the first one doesn't work or doesn't meet your needs. It is simply a question of a few moments, and you can surely dispose of the regrettable circumstance during emergency situations.
