In your deltarune another winter stats for the characters, can you explain what the “true sword” is
glad you reminded me of that, I forgot to post those!
MouseAmulet is gained by combing a GoldCard with MouseToken, and TrueSword is gained by combining two RealSword's.

Woe, Fallout 76 bos outfit be upon ye! Includes male and female meshes, both texture sets, 1st person meshes, facebones, and bodyslides for Fusion Girl and Bodytalk 3. I also threw the normals for the male outfit through an AI upscaler.
I didn't actually test the vanilla meshes, it's not segmented/dismemberable, and the male hood clips in certain poses (see picture), but its 2am and I'm done fucking with it.
Link below the cut:
Google Drive
Edit: Forgot to add, no crafting recipe, you need to use console to grab it. type "help 76 0 armo" to get the refids, should be called "76 bos hood" and "76 bos underarmor" or somwthing to that ilk. then just use "player.additem X", replacing the X with the refid
#fallout#fallout 4#my mods#i know this has already been ported but i cant be bothered to track it down so you get my amateur work#fun fact in trying to reinstall enb/freeflycam i fucked up my game and f4se/MAIM isnt working properly anymore#also i forgot to backup most of my val presets so you get clean shaven val because i was too mad to fix him#once i fix my game i will be coming back to this outfit. not full insanity like i did to the fo4 bos outfit but something.#i didnt really test this so ymmv. if the hood is fucking up for you delete the facebones meshes and see if that works.

Get Ready! Xiaomi 14 Series Launches Worldwide!
Latest Features of Xiaomi 14 Series
Xiaomi, a worldwide innovator, proudly launches its next flagship smartphone range, Xiaomi 14 Series, in Barcelona, Spain, at an exclusive launch event. Xiaomi’s dedication to providing world-class experiences is reflected by this announcement. William Lu, Partner and President of Xiaomi Corporation and President of Xiaomi foreign Business Department, introduced its updated “Human X Car X Home” smart ecosystem to foreign markets at the event.
Xiaomi and Leica revolutionized smartphone imaging after forming a strategic cooperation in 2022. The Xiaomi has changed industry norms with each product generation via continuous pursuit of quality. Xiaomi 14 Series, with Leica Summilux lenses, is the culmination of this cooperation. Xiaomi’s worldwide leadership in mobile image innovation is reinforced by its fusion of cutting-edge optical principles and product designs.
Xiaomi also announced Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4, Xiaomi Watch S3, Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro, and Xiaomi Watch 2 for release.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra: Premier Photography, Unmatched Performance, and Innovative Design
Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes in Black and White in international markets and has a circular camera module with a flat back design, inspired by classical camera aesthetics.Image Credit to Xiaomi
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a sturdy aluminum chassis, Xiaomi nano-tech vegan leather, and Xiaomi Shield Glass. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has 1.38x stronger frame strength thanks to a single metal block. A breakthrough recipe makes Xiaomi nano-tech vegan leather thinner, lighter, and 6x more durable. Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s All Around Liquid Display, made with Xiaomi Shield Glass, blends the visual attractiveness of a flat screen with the tactile input of a curved edge. Xiaomi-custom C8 WQHD+ 6.73″ AMOLED display offers an immersive visual experience with WQHD+ (3200 x 1440) resolution, 522 ppi pixel density, configurable 1-120Hz refresh rate, and 3000 nits peak brightness.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a professional quad-camera setup with a wide 12mm–120mm focal length range. The primary camera’s /1.63-ƒ/4.0 stepless variable aperture allows for smooth exposure changes in various situations. An ultra-large 1-inch LYT-900 image sensor with a 14EV dynamic range ensures excellent picture quality in difficult conditions. The Leica 75mm floating telephoto, 120mm periscope, and 12mm ultra-wide cameras complete the quad-camera configuration.
All four cameras on Xiaomi 14 Ultra enable 8K 30fps, leading smartphone imaging. The 50MP sensor and Leica lenses record 8K films with remarkable quality, enabling professional post-production editing. Its primary camera can film 4K 120fps with 5x slow-motion. It also has 60fps full-range zooming at 4K. Stabilization and Dolby Vision 4K 60fps video capture are also supported. An extra microphone forms a 4-Mic array for surround and directional sound recording.
The new Movie option uses cinematic industry principles such a 2.39:1 aspect ratio and 180° shutter rule to create cinematic footage with motion blur. The new MasterCinema encodes HDR films in 10-bit Rec.2020 for better details, highlights, and shadows than 8-bit BT.709, particularly on HDR televisions. Director mode has sophisticated parameter settings and Log file filming for flexible post-production. Xiaomi 14 Ultra may be used as an external monitor with Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 for an immersive production experience.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Photography Kit, released with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, offers enhanced functionality in a grip and case for photographers and videographers. A two-stage shutter button, zoom lever, configurable video recording button, and custom dial are included. It charges externally and has 1500mAh battery life. This item is sold separately.
Xiaomi 14 Series: Small, Strong Imagery, Uncompromising Experience
Xiaomi 14 is 152.8mm x 71.5mm x 8.20mm, a small everyday companion. Its slightly curved rear panel provides a stable grip for long-term usage. By moving the speaker to the display and the infrared port to the camera deco, the top and side frames appear clean and simple. A tiny 1.71mm bottom bezel is created using innovative FIAA technology to incorporate panel circuits into the display for an immersive viewing experience.
Xiaomi 14 has a triple-camera setup with a wide focal range from 14mm to 75mm. The Xiaomi 14 has Leica Summilux optical lenses, an improved ƒ/1.6 aperture on the primary camera, and a Light Fusion 900 image sensor with up to 13.5 EV dynamic range. The Leica 14mm ultra-wide camera now features 50MP resolution and the highly regarded Leica 75mm floating telephoto lens with a 10cm minimum focus distance.
Xiaomi 14’s 6.36″ CrystalRes AMOLED 1.5K (2670 x 1200) screen is stunning. With 460ppi, the screen boasts more details than before. The peak brightness of 3000 nits makes colors brilliant and images clear even in direct sunshine. Its variable refresh rate, from 1 to 120Hz, ensures fluid viewing throughout surfing, reading, and gaming.
Uncompromising hardware increases performance
Xiaomi 14 Series consumers get a flawless smartphone experience with cutting-edge CPUs, cooling technologies, and battery life.
The leading Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform powers Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which improves CPU performance by 32% and GPU performance by 34% and power consumption by 38% over the previous generation. Xiaomi 14 Series has Qualcomm FastConnect 7800, which provides 320MHz Wi-Fi 72. Xiaomi 14 Ultra revolutionizes high-speed multi-device connection with High Band Synchronous (HBS) Multi-Link, having the broadest channel and lowest latency.
Both smartphones run well in demanding situations like video recording, computational photography, real-time AI, and heavy gaming thanks to the Xiaomi IceLoop cooling technology. Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s Dual-Channel IceLoop technology adds a second thermal channel for the camera module for smoother photos and videos.
Xiaomi 14 and 14 Ultra include the Xiaomi Surge battery management mechanism for all-day performance. Xiaomi 14 has a 4610mAh battery with 90W and 50W wireless HyperCharge. Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s 5000mAh battery has 90W HyperCharge and 80W wireless HyperCharge.
Xiaomi HyperOS explores smart ecosystem future
Xiaomi 14 Series has the cutting-edge Xiaomi HyperOS operating system, developed over seven years. This human-centric solution for the “Human X Car X Home” smart ecosystem prioritizes Comprehensive Refactoring, Cross-Device Intelligent Connectivity, Proactive Intelligence, and End-to-End Security. Xiaomi 14 Series users can enjoy enhanced system fluidity with advanced file and memory management, a graphics subsystem-enriched UI, seamless device connectivity, and comprehensive security and privacy features to ensure a safe, connected experience with Xiaomi HyperOS.
Google photographs integration in Xiaomi Gallery lets users securely back up photographs and videos to Google Photos. From Xiaomi Gallery, users can view, edit, and share Google Photos backups. Xiaomi smartphones worldwide will have this feature in Spring 2024.
Xiaomi 14 Series uses Xiaomi HyperOS’s cutting-edge AI to make life smarter. Integration of large AI models into system applications streamlines and improves functionality. AI subtitles transcribe video conferencing speech in real time. AI Album Search uses natural language processing to help consumers find photographs in their photo collections by describing them. AI Portraits uses powerful algorithms to produce new portraits from existing pictures. AI Expansion also allows realistic visual content additions, expanding creative possibilities.
Xiaomi HyperMind lets gadgets anticipate user wants and respond appropriately. Xiaomi HyperMind uses devices’ environment, vision, sound, and behavior perception skills to learn user preferences and modify devices automatically. After user approval, Xiaomi HyperMind will automatically switch on the living room light upon opening their smart door lock.
Xiaomi changed its group strategy from “Smartphone x AIoT” to “Human x Car x Home” smart ecosystem at the end of October last year, including cars as a key priority. Xiaomi’s worldwide debut of Xiaomi 14 Series, new IoT devices, and Xiaomi SU7, all powered by Xiaomi HyperOS, solidifies its technical leadership. These portfolio developments demonstrate Xiaomi’s dedication to innovation and user experience.

OKAY I THINK I FINALLY DID IT
I FINALLY RECREATED EVERY RECIPE FROM THE SHOW
Sooooo . . . what did I miss?
Now it’s your turn to help me be sure I got them all. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Caveats and Rules (read if participating):
It counts as a recipe for the show only if it is eaten or to be eaten by a character (onscreen or implied to have been) or otherwise prominently featured. (e.g., Together Breakfast would count even though it was not eaten, but random food sitting around incidentally in a fridge or bake case does not count as a recipe.)
Food items that are only mentioned but not pictured don’t count.
Food items that are part of the background art don’t count unless they are significant or interacted with at some point. This includes mentioned or pictured items on restaurant menus.
Note: I HAVE actually made some things that have only been mentioned or pictured on menus! So feel free to suggest them if you really want to see if I made them! But for purposes of qualifying for a reward, I can’t commit to making the entire bake case, pizza joint menu, Spacetries display, or commercial cooler full of food if they’re more scenery than snacks.
If I have made an item once and it recurs, it doesn’t count as a different recipe if it appears in a different configuration in a later episode. (e.g., if I made an ube roll for “The Good Lars,” I don’t have to make a new one for Steven Universe: The Movie.)
Non-food items eaten by animals, monsters, and Amethyst do not count as recipes. (e.g., I do not consider it a recipe when the Big Bird from “Giant Woman” ate a goat and Steven. I do not consider it a recipe when Amethyst eats wrappers or garbage. Weird food she eats is OK. As long as it is food.)
YES, I count all qualifying food in Steven Universe, Steven Universe: The Movie, Steven Universe Future, and any official shorts as fair game.
NO, I do not count food in the comics, the video games, the official or tie-in books, Ronaldo’s blog, or the Crewniverse’s celebratory food as recipes I have to make.
There is a lot of generic popcorn, chips, and soda in this show. I don’t count it as a new recipe every time someone munches one of these as an incidental snack.
Very minor variations on common snacks don’t count as new recipes. (e.g., I don’t have to make every donut or flavor of Chaaaaps anyone was ever seen eating. Including variation options in my recipe is enough.)
Random messes made with food do not have to be recreated as recipes. (e.g., Onion smearing condiments all over the kitchen is not a recipe; pizzas that get destroyed or thrown around are not new recipes; Greg and Steven scattering food leavings around their Empire City hotel is not a recipe; a seagull with a banana peel on its head carrying pizza does not count; Steven scattering the contents of his kitchen on the floor while making Together Breakfast is not a recipe, etc.)
Yes, the foods will be prepared/arranged by me. In most cases they are homemade creations but in some cases store-bought elements will be used and that is also OK.
Food-shaped items that aren’t actually food are not recipes. (e.g., game controllers shaped like ham do not count. Crying Breakfast Friends are characters, not food.)
Things made out of food do not count unless they are eaten. (e.g., Fish Stew Pizza is required; Jenny made out out of pizza in Kiki’s dream is not.)
Vegetarian alternatives, facsimiles designed to look but not taste like certain foods, and ingredient substitutes are permissible. (e.g., vegetarian pepperoni on a pizza that was REAL pepperoni in the show is allowed; a non-fish substitute for a real dead fish is OK; dishes representing disgusting food that are secretly delicious are all right, etc.)
Thanks for your help. :)

The Boys™ Speaking A Foreign Language (HQ Edition)
Featuring: Oikawa, Osamu, & Ushijima
Warnings: Some slight manga spoilers!
A/N: This headcanon is centered around these bbs speaking Spanish but I think they can really be applied to any language! I hope you guys enjoy! Also thank you @cttnclouds for the Osamu fusion idea you’re literally an angel and i love you.
Oikawa Tōru
Why he learned:
He moved to Argentina. It’s either learn or get really got at using hand signals.
Learning Process:
Honestly? Probably tried the whole DuoLingo thing the first few weeks after he got the okay to move to Argentina. But after a while he burnt out.
He probably got up to like the introductory phrases and then fell off. Probably because he had to deal with all the logistical stuff that comes with moving.
(Someone help him cause he literally thought moving would be an easy one two three job :’) Iwa-chan help!)
The next time he remembers that he’s literally going to a new country with a new language is like a month before he moves.
He’s shopping with Iwaizumi for some new clothes and stuff when Iwaizumi just goes “So how’s your Spanish coming along?
freeze frame, his face looks like this: (∩╹□╹∩)
Anyways he really like stress buys like three different Japanese books that he then FORGETS ABOUT for the rest of the month.
He reads them on the flight to Argentina. The only things he learned were how to ask for the time and directions.
Oh boy, Argentina’s going to be fun :’)
When he uses Spanish in front of you for the first time:
Right so, the first time you see him use his sorry excuse for Spanish is at the little corner coffee shop down the street
Of course everyone’s like eyeing him cause, why is a foreigner here in the hidden gem of the city? But also he’s kinda cute what?
Anyways, you’re minding your own business until you hear the heavily accented Spanish.
And pues, we’re all little chismosos so of course you pay attention to what he’s trying to do (order a coffee but he literally cant remember what the word for sugar is dear god someone help this man)
After cringing you step up with the translator app on your phone open and obviously help him out.
He’s a little impressed because: 1. Your Spanish is so smooth and flowy it sounds like you’re reciting poetry and 2. Why didn’t he think of the translator app tf??
So you get his order shoot it back to Sandra over the counter in fast Spanish and then order your own stuff before moving off to the side to wait for your coffee.
Oikawa might be an idiot right but he’s not going to pass up the opportunity to ask you to teach him Spanish??
I mean you’re cute, you’re obviously a local from the way you were greeting everyone inside the shop, and well, you’re the only person who’s tried to help him out so far and that means a lot to him.
For some odd reason you actually agree? You still don’t know what caused you to say yes. Probably the pitiful look he had when he told you he had to move cause of work and he knew nobody else here.
How you help him with learning/bettering his Spanish:
Honestly, he bitched a lot at the beginning but forcing him to only communicate in Spanish really helped him out.
So taking him on town trips and having him tell you about what he’s seen or what he wants to do in Spanish really helped him. Also having your friends come with is really fun cause he tries to teach them some Japanese words while they translate that into Spanish.
Also being immersed in the language is a big plus.
But I think the #1 thing that really helped him was watching novelas with you.
Like he wants to understand what Gabriela is yelling to Sofia about in real time not through the subtitles. (But damn Gabriela really slept with Sofia’s fiance? Wack, that man is not worth it hun)
You know his Spanish’s getting better when you walk into a completely new bread shop that the two of you are visiting and he just goes ahead and orders in fluent Spanish.
Leaves both you and the attendant in shock. But he just comes back and asks you in Spanish too, “Lo hice bien? No me trave verdad?”
The woman literally swoons from the whole encounter. He is now a danger to any woman within five miles of the vicinity. Gets all cocky about it.
Favorite Spanish Word: Alborotar - Disturb? That’s what google says but it’s more like mess up.
Miya Osamu
Why he learned:
Honestly? This Mexican-Japanese fusion place opened up and he just wants to talk to the chef about where he gets his ingredients from because this shit tastes amazing!!
Learning Process:
Went home the first night after eating at that restaurant and bought a year subscription for Rosetta Stone.
He’s kind of regretting it because like, maybe he should’ve gone with the monthly plan? Fuck he shouldn’t have gotten ahead of himself.
He tries to do an hour of the program a day minimum. There’s some days where the hour like drags on and other days where he’s so pumped that he does more than one hour.
His max was one day where it snowed so hard that nobody could go out so he spent like 10 hours doing Rosetta Stone.
He tried going to like one of the Brazilian stores around his house to try out his Spanish with them but was sorely disappointed to learn that Brazilians do not speak Spanish.
Still got some bomb ass brigadeiros though so who’s the real winner here huh?
Actually put up a craigslist ad for a Spanish partner.
It’s up for a whopping 5 minutes before he promptly deleted the ad.
Instead!! This man signs up for one of those international pen pal services and gets matched with someone fluent in Spanish (it’s you hello).
And it turns out said person is coming to Japan soon for a year abroad?? And they have a basic Japanese foundation?
Yeah dude he lucked out.
Out of all three boys, his alone learning goes pretty well. Gets a good foundation of Spanish.
When he uses Spanish in front of you for the first time:
This one’s so cute!! He actually does it sort of by accident?
He’s made friends with everyone at the fusion restaurant including the chef because he actually managed to hold a decent conversation in Spanish.
His brain just automatically switches to Spanish when he enters the restaurant.
So when you hear him bust out into a full fluent Spanish conversation with the waiter you kind of sit there like: (・о・)
This man even orders and asks you if you want to split a bottle of wine in Spanish.
You could only nod because holy shit.
Like yes you’ve heard him speak it over the discord calls before but in person?? That’s a whole nother story.
Specially because his pronunciation is so good?? And he has the right accent? It’s so smooth like it just flows naturally from him.
And he can actually roll the r’s god damn sir
How you help him with learning/bettering his Spanish:
So he has a pretty good grasp on the language which means he doesn’t need much help with learning.
But you can help expand his knowledge. Like teaching him about how in some countries/dialects things might be said differently. (Like how there’s 17 ways to say straw. Hondurans say pajilla and that’s all I knew for a bunch of years)
He’ll also need help with learning about a lot of food names. He only knows the basic names, not any special fruits or like combination dishes so that’ll be fun.
You actually start cooking new latin recipes every Saturday so he can familiarize himself with the cuisine.
Some ingredients are hard to come by but the adventure in finding them is so worth it.
His favorite recipe so far? Making Pollo con Tajadas from Honduras. The Bandeja Paisa from Colombia is a close second.
Favorite Spanish Word: Popote: Straw (in Mexico)
Ushijima Wakatoshi
Why he learned:
His last current concern is literally “he would like to work harder at studying languages”.
Fair, makes sense.
But instead of going with a familiar language he just says fuck it time to learn the latin alphabet with Spanish.
yeah okay why not
Learning Process:
Ushijima is more of a visual learner.
Which in it’s own makes sense. He’ll probably get a book that has like those floating numbers over items and it tells him what it’s called in Spanish right?
Wrong.
You know what he does?
This man. This 24 year old man. Goes home, opens up Netflix, and puts on... wait for it... DORA.
I kid you not!! Ushijima Wakatoshi will always begin learning a new language by watching children’s shows.
You know why?
Because he read an article a while back where it said that the best way to start learning languages is by watching children’s shows due to the fact that the shows are literally tailored to teach kids the language.
See what he did there? Y’all thought he was a big dumb dumb but in reality he’s a big smart smart.
Uh, anyways.
He will sit down to watch the children’s shows with a notebook. He takes very good notes, has a Japanese translation for everything.
His show watch list: Dora la Exploradora, Plaza Sesamo, Maya Y Miguel, Go Diego Go, and Handy Manny.
The crazy thing? It actually works. He literally gets his Spanish base from these shows.
Crazier thing? HE LITERALLY PICKS UP THE CORRECT ACCENTS.
I kid you not bro, he literally somehow managed to sound like a FLUENT speaker. I-
But from there he picks up some more books and audio files to try and increase the complexity of his knowledge.
He’s the best speaker out of the three.
When he uses Spanish in front of you for the first time:
Honestly? He’s been looking for a Spanish partner for a while and he genuinely doesn’t know how to go about it.
One day though, he overhears you on the phone with your mom.
He’s seen you before. You’re one of the girls working under the main manager and you’re actually really helpful. If he remembers correctly, you’re the only co-manager that can wrap the compression sleeves just how he likes them.
Anyways, not uh, important.
He’s not one to eavesdrop but, well you’re in the equipment room and he needs to grab one thing. Just a quick in and out. He’ll even turn off his ears.
But then you start speaking like fluent Spanish? And suddenly his ears are very active.
He doesn’t harass you while you’re on your call. Instead he waits until after practice.
Then he just comes up to you and goes, “Perdóname por molestarte pero, estabas platicándo en Español anterior?”
Kind just sat there like: ◉‿◉ - ( ̄ー ̄) - ⚈ ̫ ⚈
You can’t even speak, you’re still processing that he just spoke Spanish like a natural??? So you just nod.
He launches into a whole talk about how he’s been learning but he needs a speaking partner so that he can get better.
At some point during his whole speech you sit down because your brain IS NOT CATCHING UP.
In the end you agree to become his partner. He’s paying you in food how the hell can you say no?
How you help him with learning/bettering his Spanish:
Like I said before, he’s already good.
You mostly help broaden his knowledge about the culture from Spanish countries and their cultures. A lot of it is through food and the small glimpses of hispanic life from Japan.
Can’t really teach the customs and traditional stuff unless it’s in person.
You’re actually getting ready to go back home for your once a year family reunion when suddenly this man invites himself to your trip?????
I mean, it’s not a bad idea in the first place but then he offered to pay for your trip and well...
You’re kind of broke and he’s rich so it works alright?
God but going back home? Ultra boosts his spanish.
Not sure if it’s the atmosphere, your family, or just the fact that the country is now in a whole nother language, but this man just adapts.
It’s really uncanny.
While he’s here, your family teaches him a lot of Spanish idioms and phrases that don’t translate over well and he starts incorporating them into his every day usage.
Someone on the team got hurt and he literally walked over and rubbed their wrist and went “ Sana, sana, colita de rana. Si no sanas hoy, sanarás mañana.”
When you leave his apartment? “Te veo Mateo”
But he also gets to see how unique and beautiful the culture in your country is.
His favorite part of the trip? Probably your family’s land that’s just surrounded by nature.
He also really liked the traditional shops that the old ladies from the village ran. (They also liked him and pinched his cheeks and called him a big strong boy so maybe that has something to do with it.)
His favorite Spanish word: Topogigio (to-po-i-yo): In Honduras, frozen ice cream (? not really but don’t know how else to describe) that is typically sold in a small bag. Flavors: Fruit juice or traditional ice cream flavors.

The memory of Thanaruek Laoraowirodge’s favorite Thai dish is intertwined with the memory of his grandmother, Somsri Chantra. Originally from the eastern town of Trad, Laoraowirodge vividly remembers the chicken stew that she would cook after he returned home from school.
The dish, as simple as it is, is included in his family’s upcoming cookbook, a volume that will detail the recipes created by his khun yai, or grandmother. Not surprisingly, Yai Somsri’s recipes also make up much of the menu for his family’s popular Bangkok eateries, Supanniga Eating Room and Krua Supanniga by Khunyai.
Laoraowirodge considers the upcoming tome to be the family’s first funeral cookbook. “It will include all stories of memories from our family members with khun yai, related to her life and her cooking,” he says.
Most Thais consider funeral books a way to safeguard good memories of a loved one. Distributed by family members as mourners file into the temple to say their farewells, funeral books are typically put together by grieving children or partners. Often, they document the life of the deceased, share family anecdotes and photos, and reprint important Buddhist sermons.
However, many books cannot help but include matters dear to the departed’s heart. A jewelry aficionado’s funeral book could contain a primer on spotting gem quality. For an avid foodie, it might include their favorite places for street eats, replete with histories of the vendors. Yet whether a slim pamphlet or a thick, hardcover volume, favorite family recipes have become standard funeral book content.
But legend has it that the origins of the Thai funeral book are rooted in tragedy. The first queen of King Rama V, Sunandha Kumariratana, and her daughter, Princess Karnabhorn Bejraratana, drowned in 1880 when their boat capsized on the way to the palace. Courtiers and servants who would have been able to help were rooted to the spot, for fear of breaking a law that forbade commoners from touching royals. At their funeral, King Rama V gave out 10,000 books to commemorate the lives of the queen and his daughter, but these did not include any recipes. Instead, they featured Buddhist teachings and philosophy. The nangsue anusorn ngan sop (funeral book) was born, and the custom was swiftly copied by the king’s subjects.
The motives behind this tradition, however, may not entirely stem from a desire to keep good memories of the deceased alive. “Grand families were very competitive in showing face—and still are,” says Phil Cornwel-Smith, author of Very Thai and the new book Very Bangkok. “Funeral books would have shown all the titles, awards, and ranks that the deceased had been bestowed, which would be of vital interest for the surviving relatives to publicize and justify their social position.”
While funeral books were initially considered the purview of the aristocratic elite, the bourgeois—the military, high-ranking civil servants, and wealthy merchants—were only a few steps behind. Initially, Buddhist philosophy was a popular feature, until King Rama V in 1904 proclaimed the volumes to be “not very enjoyable” and advised future books to include more interesting subject matter, such as popular Thai fables. It was only later, in the mid-20th century, when food-related matters became the norm in funeral publications.
“For grand ladies of the past, there would be far less in terms of rank to document,” says Cornwel-Smith, “so their household accomplishments would be lauded, such as recipes,” adding that one of his first jobs in Thailand was to edit a funeral booklet for a female Sino-Thai banker.
It might seem odd that Thailand would be able to nurture the unique culinary tradition of the “funeral cookbook” when cookbooks themselves were a relatively recent phenomenon. Inspired by Isabella Beeton’s The Book of Household Management, the first Thai food cookbook, Mae Khrua Hua Pa (or “Talented Women Chefs”), was published by Lady Plian Phasakorawong in 1908. Before Lady Plian’s masterwork, recipes were transmitted verbally, ideally to family or household members only. These recipes were guarded fiercely. For a family to reveal one’s culinary secrets was tantamount to ceding social cachet to another rival house. “Grand families competed in culture as much as in titles, such as quality of food and rival troupes of traditional musicians,” says Cornwel-Smith.
The publication of the first Thai cookbook finally allowed for the sharing of private culinary knowledge in the public sphere. It also reflected a general rise of literacy in the pursuit of siwalai, the Thai attempt to appear more “civilized” in the face of encroaching colonization, academics say.
The debut of Mae Khrua Hua Pa was said to have been a commercial failure because of its relatively high price. However, it has since managed to take hold of and eventually shape Thai culinary discourse—primarily through its reprinting as a souvenir for Thai funerals. In essence, it has enjoyed a second (and third, and fourth) life as a funeral cookbook for families wary of sharing their own recipes.
Other funeral cookbooks have added to the cultural conversation by keeping specific family traditions alive. The many funeral cookbooks of one of the grand houses of old Siam, the Bunnag family, detail a plethora of dishes from the homeland of Sheikh Ahmad, who arrived in the kingdom as a Persian merchant in 1600. After entering the service of King Songtham, Sheikh Ahmad eventually rose to the rank of samuha nayok (First Prime Minister), a position that many of his descendants would also hold.
Scholars such as Thai food chef David Thompson—the proud collector of at least 600 funeral cookbooks—credit the Bunnag family for bringing gang massaman (loosely translated to “Muslim curry”) to Thailand. Although hailed today as one of the most popular Thai dishes in the world, massaman curry is still classified by some Thais as “foreign” since it incorporates a mix of dried spices, while traditional Thai curries are based on fresh herbs.
Today, the family recipe for massaman curry lives on in Bunnag funeral cookbooks, and includes raisins, small potatoes, nutmeg, cumin, star anise, cardamom, mace, and the decidedly un-Thai flourish of bay leaves. In the funeral cookbook of Sheikh Ahmad’s descendent Longlaliew Bunnag, one can find Persian-inspired gems such as the aforementioned massaman, khao buree (translated loosely as “smoked rice,” the family’s own take on chicken biryani) and sai gai, a saffron-scented, syrup-soaked dessert known as jalebi in Indian cuisine.
A wealthy family into the 20th century, the Bunnag family recipes also mirror the many foreign influences that shaped the Thai upper classes. One recipe calls simply for Chinese-style egg noodles mixed with olive oil and sprinkled with “the grated cheese of your choice,” a fusion that probably would have horrified Lady Plian.
In an essay on Thailand’s culinary identity, journalist Panu Wongcha-um argues that funeral cookbooks are still shaping Thai culinary discourse. This can be amply illustrated by the menus of Michelin-starred Thai restaurants such as Nahm, Paste, and Bo.lan, whose menus are rooted in the funeral cookbooks of noble families and whose chefs are celebrities in their own right.
Chef Bo Songvisava, like her former boss David Thompson, has a sizable funeral cookbook collection of her own. Besides inspiring her cooking, the funeral cookbooks in Songvisava’s collection represent the achievements of Thai women in the only sphere once permitted to them: the home.
“Funeral books with recipes in them in the early years mostly belonged to ladies from noble families,” says Songvisava, who is in the midst of writing her own cookbook. “Printing merely a cookbook must have seemed ridiculous back then, so they used funerals as an occasion to respect the deceased and pass on her skills, knowledge, and legacy.”
Chef Jason Bailey of Paste estimates that he and his wife, fellow chef Bee Satongun, have collected several hundred funeral cookbooks. The books, while providing a snapshot of a certain time, were also helpful in showing how Thai cuisine has evolved. “We were interested in seeing how they riffed and adapted Thai recipes,” he says of past cooks.
Ultimately, the Thai funeral cookbook was born in a hothouse environment of its own, fed by royal encouragement, the threat of colonization, a dearth of spaces for female expression, and the gradual literacy of the masses. However, unlike many conventions of the past, the funeral cookbook thrives today, even popping up abroad. British food writer Alan Davidson was so charmed by the idea that he compiled a 47-page booklet of his own, to be distributed at his 2003 service. The volume included recipes for personal favorites, such as meatloaf and toad-in-the-hole.
Songvisava thinks her funeral cookbook would highlight her work at her restaurant. “The recipes that I will include in my funeral book will be the ones that are served in Bo.lan and Bo.lan only,” she says, singling out green curry with local green figs, a salad of fresh northern Thai greens adorned with grilled fish, and household essentials such as Sriracha sauce.
Her husband, co-chef Dylan Jones, says he would present a mix of Thai influences and his Australian heritage in his funeral cookbook. For him, that means two particular recipes: one for nam prik prik Thai oorn, or black pepper chili relish, and another for Vegemite on toast.

Top 10 Best Caribbean Catering
As Higman broadly accounts, each influx of colonization carried new food to the island. Severe cassava was long important for the Taino's eating routine; Tainos showed the Spanish, West Africans, and English their techniques for depleting the plant of its harmful juice, making it reasonable to eat. The tradition of these exercises lives on today in the black owned restaurants near me bammy, a prepared cassava flatbread, commonly served singed or heated. The Tainos likewise utilized the endemic flavor, pimento, known as Jamaican allspice, which stays a staple.
The English presented food customs, as well, especially breads and other heated merchandise, as Higman diagrams. The Jamaican patty — loaded up with meat, fish, or vegetables catering caribbean restaurants near me prepared with garlic, thyme, salt, pimento, and Scotch hood pepper — is a twist on an English meat pie. Another thing, the Jamaican spiced bun, is firmly identified with English hot cross buns: As ahead of schedule as 1870, Jamaicans ate hot cross buns, including currants and blended ground zest, during the Easter occasion. However, by the 1960s, it catering jamaican food near me had developed from singular cross-molded buns into a portion, frequently with cinnamon and regularly raisins. Today, Jamaicans eat these spiced buns with cheddar, known as a "bun and cheddar," on Easter.
Today in New York City, one catering restaurants near me moderately fresher Jamaican dish, rasta pasta, an Italian-meets-Jamaican dish of penne pasta finished off with prepared vegetables, fish, or meat, has spread in the diaspora. The credit goes to culinary expert Lorraine Washington, who previously positioned ackee on pasta at her eatery in Negril, Jamaica, in 1985. The food has no connection to Rastafarian culture, yet you would now be able to discover rasta pasta on menus in Toronto and New York.

THE BEST Jamaican Food in Jamaica
One of the maximum unexpected matters I’ve observed about Reading’s eating place scene when you consider that I’ve been strolling Explore Reading, other than our proliferation of chains, and the difficulty our indie organizations face in a hard food market (no longer made simpler by high commercial enterprise charges and planning permission decisions), is our relative lack of Caribbean restaurants.
It’s an frequently quoted stat that Reading has the largest Bajan populace out of doors of Barbados. We have a thriving Caribbean community and a colourful annual carnival, however presently simplest two permanent Caribbean eating places, not counting market stalls. Perry’s, the marvellously gritty lunchtime prevent contrary Honest Burgers, serves up whopping plates of jerk hen and curried mutton on metal tables, however shuts before dinner really gets going. Oxford Road’s Season’s is essentially a takeaway counter with a door and its Cemetery Junction branch lately closed. Possibly Sam’s Wraps gets a nod in there too for his or her Caribbean wraps, however, properly the answer’s within the name with that one, isn’t it?
Much is manufactured from how diverse Reading is, however wherein is our thriving meals way of life that displays this community? A quick (and admittedly unscientific) Google tells me that Brixton has over 20 Caribbean restaurants, takeaways and pa ups, with a Caribbean population kind of double the scale of Reading’s. Surely which means we should have around ten eateries lining our streets. So, wherein are they all?
Well, joining that list, we now we've got Vibes Caribbean, who ultimate month opened in the former Bhoj Indian eating place spot at that oddly windy parade in the back of the Hexagon, subsequent to Pepe Sale, Sushimania and Bierhaus. It’s a slightly more formal, circle of relatives-run, dine-in eating place installation via the mom and head chef, who’s initially from Jamaica. They’ve apparently were given over 20 participants of their extended own family working there in some manner, despite the fact that I best spotted around three or four staff bustling around on my go to. It turned into clear from their ease and interaction even though that they’re all circle of relatives.
The menu is quite an awful lot as you’d anticipate from a Caribbean eating place: mutton curry, jerk bird cooked on a traditional oil drum, plantains and rice and peas.
Unlike my preceding opinions, in which I’ve eaten in for dinner, I opted to visit Vibes for lunch, after seeing their lunchtime unique on their internet site. £6.95 receives you any major and aspects, or it’s £nine.Ninety five for a huge. Compare that to normal mains with sides at dinner going as much as £thirteen.Ninety five, lunch appeared the exceptional fee manner to test out the menu.
On my Wednesday visit, my friend and I were met on the door via a totally young however very candy waiter who asked if we have been there for do away with or to consume in, before leading us to a table in the in any other case empty upstairs phase. He then exceeded us the menu and guided us to order on the bar whilst we’re ready. It’s greater comfortable than Perry’s without a doubt, but, with out table service, not quite as formal a eating place enjoy as I changed into watching for.
Inside the eating place, the room hasn’t changed much from its Bhoj days. There’s a barely sleeker bar place on the front with a rows of rum bottles and a cluster of tables for two, but upstairs on the mezzanine degree it’s nonetheless a reflected crimson room with huge leather chairs, and, oddly, an empty TV bracket at the back wall. The major nods to new decor seem to be the flashes of yellow napkins and cute rose desk decorations in the colors of the Jamaican flag.
We started with the beverages list, in which Vibes provide a big variety of colorful rum-based totally cocktails, including the Dark and Stormzy and Ting Wray in addition to Jamaican traditional Guinness Punch, generally thick with condensed milk and cinnamon. But, what with it being lunchtime and all, I chose the non-alcoholic fruit punch of orange and pineapple juice with grenadine. It arrived searching delightfully like some thing Del Boy would adore, all colours, umbrellas and swizzle sticks. Add that to the warmth outside and the reggae soundtrack at the stereo and I felt undoubtedly like being on vacation.

Sign Up Guide
Sign up here.
In order to receive gifts, you must sign up and post a stocking. Anyone can give gifts/treats without signing up in advance, but only those who have signed up will receive gifts. This keeps things fun and low-pressure for gifters. If you sign up to receive gifts, you do not have to give anything. This event appreciates members of Stuckony fandom who create as well as those who do not create but support our wonderful fandom in other ways, so please still sign up even if you’re not a creator! (Additionally, this is a great event to try creating for the first time!). It’s a great opportunity to show love for your favourite commenters, or that lovely friend who always reblogs your posts, so please encourage everyone to sign up!
You will need an AO3 account to sign up. If you do not have one, please let us know and we’ll help you with an invite. Almost every AO3 account has extra invites and we can absolutely get one for you. Even if you’re only making an account for this event, please don’t hesitate to do so! There are tons of benefits to an account, even if you’re not planning on posting any works.
When you sign up, you will be prompted to fill the following:
**Fandoms (1-5)** - Here you can indicate which universes you would like to receive gifts for. You can also use this to indicate crossovers or fusions you would like. You can tag things like "616" and "Ultimates" but also "Harry Potter" if you'd like to see Steve, Tony, and Bucky attending magic school. Please indicate at least one Marvel universe. “Alternate Universe” is something you can add to your Additional Tags but we ask that you tag at least one Marvel canon you’d like the characters based on as well. If you have more than five, you can list them in additional likes. If you really truly do not care which universe you receive gifts for, "Marvel" is an accepted universe that includes all canon verses.
**Relationships (0-5)** - Here you can indicate if there are additional or background relationships you would enjoy included in your gifts. You can also specify if there’s a certain branch of the trio that you’d like to focus on or would like to see a certain way. Choosing “Steve Rogers & Tony Stark” for example would suggest you’d enjoy gifts with a vee-shaped poly relationship including Steve/Bucky and Bucky/Tony but with Steve&Tony as friends. All gifts must be Stuckony in some way so there is no need to select Stuckony as a relationship.
**Characters (0-5)** - This is **in addition** to Steve, Tony, and Bucky, who must be included as main characters. You can add up to five other characters you like best to help your giftees populate your gifts beyond Stony!
**Additional Tags (0-20)** - Here you may tag any canonical tag you’d like to see as a tag on your gifts. You can tag things like “Happy Ending,” “Hurt/Comfort,” or even “Goat.” These tags will be a guideline for your giftee and not a requirement. You can think of this as a “Things I want” list. Feel free to also tag the types of fanworks you would like to receive like moodboards, fic, art, translations, or meta! You are not able to tag non-canonical tags (ie if it doesn’t appear in the dropdown menu when you start to type, you cannot tag it). Anything you want that cannot be tagged can be added to “Description” under section 4.
**Ratings** - Please select the highest rating you’d be comfortable receiving. As “explicit” can be tagged for a multitude of things, if you would be happy to receive explicit rated fics, but not sexual content (for example, extreme violence or explicit language may be tagged as explicit), be sure to list sexual content in your Do Not Wants. Gifts can be any rating up to the one you choose, so if you do not want, say, G-rated works, at all, be sure to indicate that in Do Not Wants, as well.
**STOCKING** - This section MUST CONTAIN THREE THINGS and there are three additional optional things. See our example sign ups here.
While prompts don't have to go into detail, keep in mind that all fills must be Stuckony, and therefore all prompts must have room in them for all three boys to be involved.
1) SHORT PROMPTS (1-3) - At least one, and no more than three, short prompt(s) (a few words max, things like: “snuggles while watching TV” or “break up angst”)
2) LONG PROMPTS (1-3) - At least one, and no more than three, long prompt(s) (a few sentences max, things like: “Steve, Bucky, and Tony find a goat in their living room and have no idea where it came from. They embark on a road trip to try and return the goat to its home. Along the way, they all fall in love.”)
3) DO NOT WANTS - Please be specific. Things like “a lot of pain” or “scary things” are very subjective. The more specific you are, the easier it will be for your gifters to know they are okay. DNWs can be kinks you don’t like (if you’ve selected Explicit or Mature as an option), characters or background relationships you don’t like, canon you want steered clear of (CACW, perhaps?), and tropes you don’t like (domestic fluff, past-abuse, goats). You don’t need to justify why you don’t want these things. If you do not want any Treats at all, mention that here, too.
4) LIKES (OPTIONAL) - You can expand on your “Additional Tags” section by listing more wants or preferences, for example, topics you’d like meta on, fics (with author permission) you’d enjoy seeing translated, or tropes/concepts you like but couldn’t fit in the tags or prompts.
5) TREATS (OPTIONAL) - Mention the kind of non-AO3 treats you’d like (animals you like, craft patterns or cooking recipes etc).
6) SOCIALS (OPTIONAL) - You may include your tumblr/twitter/discord handle so we can tag you on the stocking posts or so gifters can stalk your preferences!
Please note: You may edit your signup until sign ups close, and then you are no longer allowed to edit your signup, as someone may have started a fill already. If there is anything missing in your signup, we will attempt to let you know through any social media you linked, however we will not be able to email you. If your signup isn’t corrected by the time fills open, it will be deleted.

Late Night: Restaurants in Hong Kong
New Post has been published on https://www.travelonlinetips.com/late-night-restaurants-in-hong-kong/
Late Night: Restaurants in Hong Kong
Hong Kong is pretty much a 24-hour city, and it’s rare not to be able to get a bite to eat at any time of the day or night.
Pretty much whatever you feel like eating will be available somewhere in the small hours, as the city’s restaurateurs have worked out there is a substantial market for late-night bites. Pride of place goes to The Flying Pan, which is open all day (and night), every day, every day of the year. Asian eateries figure largely, with Edition, a Korean gastro pub heading the new wave. And of course there’s always some great Hong Kong home-grown establishments, such as Under Bridge Spicy Crab, which started out as a humble stall and has since grown into three pukka restaurants.
What Hong Kong could really do with is a proper food truck scheme – however a pilot scheme launched in 2017 has yet to get off the ground.
It may call itself a coffee shop, and it may be called Ho Sing, but anyone who is anyone calls it Andy’s, and while they may come here for a coffee, the real draw is the fried rice, which is not only filling and flavorful but also astonishingly cheap – a mere HK$46 for a plate. Quite a few of Hong Kong’s hardened party animals keep HK$50 in their sock so they have enough money for a feed at the end of the evening. Truth to tell, Andy doesn’t open till 4am, although you might find one or two famished revelers banging on the shutters before then.
Recommended for Late Night because: Cheap eats deserve some recognition, and this is a great spot to conclude a night on the town.
Ed’s expert tip: Of course, this is very much a workaday eatery, so don’t expect anything too fancy.

Sun Hing is on Smithfield Road, which was named after the former meat market in London. In days gone by there was an abattoir in this part of town too, and when the workers knocked off they were more than ready for a meal. Recalling those times, Sun Hing doesn’t open till 3 am, when it rolls out vast quantities of dim sum. The custard buns have their own fan club, and there’s usually a roar of appreciation when they emerge from the kitchen. More than a few party animals have insisted that staying up for half the night is more than worth it if you can end up at Sun Hing.
Recommended for Late Night because: Open in the middle of the night, closing at teatime: Sun Hing is almost in a parallel universe.
Ed’s expert tip: Lines start forming outside from about 2.30am onward.

Here’s oodles of noodles, and then some. You can argue about whether Marco Polo supplied the recipe to the Chinese or brought it back to Italy with him: at the end of the day a bowl of noodles doesn’t so much hit the spot as score an eternal bulls-eye. There are two branches of Ichiran (the second is in Tsim Sha Tsui) and both are open 24 hours a day, catering to workers coming off shift at odd hours, insomniacs, jet-lagged travelers, and late-night revelers whose tums are crying out for sustenance. However you like your noodles, whether it’s thick or thin, spicy or plain, Ichiran is happy to fall in with your wishes. And, as a note about table manners, it’s perfectly acceptable to slurp in these parts.
Recommended for Late Night because: Open 24 hours a day, on both sides of the harbor, Ichiran is a must-include!
Ed’s expert tip: If you like spice but are not used to Hong Kong’s version, it’s best to hold back on the chili, as it can be very strong.

Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Maharajah, Eggs Oscar, Eggs Norwegian, Eggs Nantucket … you get the idea. Just about every breakfast combo is up for grabs here, in significant portions in relaxing surrounds. They serve alcohol, there’s a kids’ menu, they roll out special stuff at teatime: basically, whatever the time of day, and pretty much whatever you feel like eating, they’ve got it covered. There’s a second branch in Wan Chai, which is practically a carbon copy. The clientele is largely expat, often trying to recover from a fairly large celebration the previous night. All in all, this is a very cheery and hearty eatery.
Recommended for Late Night because: The Flying Pan (good pun, huh?) is a Hong Kong institution, and deservedly so.
Ed’s expert tip: Whatever the time, you’re never too late (or early) for breakfast, or any other meal here. In other words, it’s open 24/7.

As might well be expected, what you get here is freshly ground burgers, together with fries and sides which are complemented by a selection of house-made milkshakes, sodas and classic cocktails suitable for any time of day. Burger Circus, known as BC to its regulars, is housed in a playful and inviting train carriage-themed dining room which pays homage to the original late-19th century American diners, which were operated out of abandoned railway cars. BC opens at lunchtime, but comes into its own at weekends when it stays open till the wee hours. Many customers pitch up here for what’s jocularly referred to as DinFast, a cross between dinner and breakfast, after a night out drinking and dancing in SoHo or one of the city’s other mainstream party zones.
Recommended for Late Night because: It’s difficult to fault this eatery: everything seems just right, and that includes how they cook their burgers!
Ed’s expert tip: Burger Circus’ Spiked Shakes, incorporating your favorite cocktail, are in a league of their own.

As the adverts for cruise lines used to say: getting there is half the fun. Tucked up a little alleyway off Wyndham Street, Stockton is a hidden late-night gem. The menu is pretty tempting: think roast beef sandwiches, black truffle risotto balls, and chorizo Scotch eggs, all delivered in very “olde-worlde” surrounds, with low lighting, antiques, and tables tucked away in nooks and crannies. The music can be a little loud, so perhaps this is the joint you come to when you want to party on, rather than wind down at the end of a long evening. Either way, it’s very enjoyable.
Recommended for Late Night because: Well done Stockton for thinking not just out of the box, but miles away from it. This is a Hong Kong original.
Ed’s expert tip: If it’s food you’re after, the kitchen closes not long after midnight.

If the words Korean, Fusion and Gastropub seem like a bit of a mixture, you’d be right. But it’s a great mixture. Settle in, and let your wildest culinary meanderings take you for a ride. Kimchi fries are nothing if not revolutionary, likewise a bulgogi slider.A bibim steak sandwich is a treat in itself, and the same can be said for pork belly lollipops and seared scallops with citron. Late at night, when you and your taste buds feel like a bit of a challenge, easing into this edgy establishment is just what the (dietary) doctor ordered. And naturally soju backs up the list of beer, wine and cocktails.
Recommended for Late Night because: This is one of Hong Kong’s most exclusive places to dine, atop one of its most distinctive skyscrapers.
Ed’s expert tip: Soju packs a bit of a kick, so go easy if you are not used to this hefty Korean liquor.

TokyoLima dishes up Nikkei cuisine in the atmosphere of a buzzing izakaya, Japan’s answer to a British pub. Embracing a casual approach, Peruvian Chef Arturo puts together a menu that balances the heat of Peru with the delicate flavors of Japan. Dating back for more than a century, Nikkei cuisine originates from Peru’s Japanese population and is best described as the melding of both cultures. So you get Japan’s love for fresh seafood and fresh, delicate flavors plus the punchy heat and colorful zest of Peru. There’s something to discover on the drinks menu too. As well as 20 different sakes, the cocktails infuse South American and Japanese ingredients with daring combinations and intriguing flavors.
Recommended for Late Night because: Rather than just somewhere to fill your face, this is a stylish restaurant with a menu well worth pondering.
Ed’s expert tip: Lyndhurst Terrace is just near the Central-Mid Levels Escalator, which is handy if you are headed uphill.

Photo courtesy of Under The Bridge Spicy Crab
There are more than a dozen different seafood dishes at this restaurant, but a plate of fragrant and tongue-numbing crab is what everybody lines up for. Crabs from Vietnam and Canada, averaging 2.5 kilograms in size, are wok-fried with bright-red chili, spring onion and enough garlic to cover every inch of the crustacean. The spice meter is high at this formerly under-a-bridge dai pai dong, but fortunately you can choose from among five tiers of spiciness. There is a belief that eating crab can ward off hangovers – whether or not that is true, the late-night atmosphere here is thoroughly invigorating.
Recommended for Late Night because: What started out as a tiny stall is now a thriving part of Wanchai’s food and beverage scene, and a slice of heritage to boot.
Ed’s expert tip: There are three branches of this humming little eatery, all within walking distance of each other.

Ciao Chow: geddit? Serving top Italian food in China’s most famous port city, CC has been a roaring success since the day it opened. At ground zero Lan Kwai Fong, there are few surprises here and a lot of solid, tasty comfort food. Think pasta, think pizza, think filling up on something chewable after too many hours ingesting liquids of an alcoholic nature. There are also chicken, chops and other more robust options, and should that sugar craving strike after midnight, tuck in to custard pudding, chocolate tart and all their sweet cousins. You’ll find Ciao Chow is as popular at night as it is in the daytime.
Recommended for Late Night because: Ciao Chow has been a hit from the day it opened, thanks largely to its fun atmosphere and bright open kitchen.
Ed’s expert tip: The three-step Create Your Own Pizza (base, cheese, topping) is as much fun as it sounds, and tastes.
