This would be so cool and awesome if a generative process made by a *human* did it.

Something made with purpose operating with rules that are known which can be bent or manipulated in a deliberate way with very concrete inputs that can be reasonably mapped to outputs.

It would probably also look better. I studied tools like that in my first year of college, spent a lot of time making a few. You can male beautiful things with them. I look at this and I see an inferior facsimile of what you could do with those. And that's still technically a person inputting data points in a computer to output an unpredictable result. Generative AI isn't even very good for making generative art pieces because there's no deliberate process in the making of the algorithm other than imitation.

If you're censoring your feet in an otherwise innocuous photo so that a hypothetical foot fetishist doesn't get off to it I have terrible news to you. That guy is getting off to it twice as much now. Now it's not just random feet in a photo with no context that they may or may not sexualize now it's acknowledgement that the situation *could* be sexually charged if it were uncensored, so it is.

It's like if you tell someone that a film is very scary before watching it so they find it scarier when they do watch it when they otherwise might not have.

Like in either case you're going to come out unharmed, realistically, and probably not even find out someone thought there was something sexually charged about your photo but if you're worried not about harm to your person but that someone might in the abstract have those thoughts you're basically guaranteeing it by doing that.

Don't much care for the whole "I will no longer do this Normal Thing if I suspect someone watching me might have a fetish for it." like, y'all this is why people are censoring their damn feet in otherwise-innocuous photos.

Hate to break it to you but everything is a fetish. Drinking water? Fetish. Eating? Fetish. Sneezing? Fetish. Clearing your throat? Fetish. Burping, farting, pissing, shitting, walking, sitting, standing, having your mouth visible when you talk, making certain mouth sounds, your accent (yes yours), your skin color (yes yours), makeup, lack-of-makeup, smelling bad, smelling good, smelling neutral, hair, lips, noses, eyes, ears, chins, shoulders, necks, armpits, elbows, fingers, chests, stomachs, backs, hips, thighs, knees, knee pits, ankles, toes, soles - all fetishes. Like it or not someone somewhere will Perceive You and they will Like What They See.

And they will be silent and normal about it because guess what? Fetishes are normal and most people know how to conduct themselves around others tactfully. We only ever find out about specific fetishes as they relate to us in particular when someone is choosing to be decidedly Not Normal about it, so we assume everyone who has those fetishes is a tactless weirdo. Rookie mistake. I guarantee some of your friends have fetishes for innocuous non-sexual things too, and it doesn't make them some kind of pervert creep.

So please for fucks sake live your damn life. Don't contort your entire existence around the fear of the possibility that you might maybe possibly inadvertently turn someone on a little sometimes. This too is a fetish.

Every time I found out stuff like this i see that the laws of nature bend toward chaos, everything is random, humans make simplified models that look coherent and structured to try to grasp the inherently disordered nature of it all and god isn't real and he doesn't have a plan and life has no purpose and there's infinite potential because insofar as the laws of nature determine anything it's nothing very sophisticated and it's always got weird quirks like this

Like I've wanted pink hair for some time now and seeing the blue in it just made me go crazy. Plus the secretly an eboi thing is just amazing cause it's like damn I wanna be able to do two very different aesthetics. Like gothic and pastel pink cutesy kawaii shit (idk what the exact aesthetic is called but that's my shit) and yes I know pastel goth exists (and I love it to bits cause YES LET ME COMBINE THEM) but sometimes I just wanna do both separately.
