Неделя без мяса #3

Умираю ли я от голода? Нет. Ем теперь одни булки и сою? Нет. Синяки под глазами, слабость, потеря веса? Нет.

Посмотрела видео со скотобойни - не могу видеть курицу, индейку и животное молоко. Красного мяса иногда еще хочется. Но вспоминаю кадры и тянуть перестает.

Прониклась соевым молоком - дорогое, но то, что с подсластителем похоже на ваниль 😻 Без подсластителя ( я стараюсь избегать рафинированного сахара) не так вкусно, но для смузи с фруктами и крем - супов отлично подходит:)

Вообще, столько вкусных блюд для себя открыла и они так просты в исполнении!

Например, красная чечевица, тущеная в томатной пасте с луком и морковью)

Рисовая лапша с овощами)

И много чего еще 😜

Может мне начать постепенно выкладывать какие-то рецепты? Хотя я пока не гуру:)

С понедельника у меня начался детокс-марафон, об ощущениях - через неделю, о резу��ьтатах- через 2:)

В следующем посте распишу вам свою посылку с iherb, пока все пробую:)

okay so i hate to do this but

I’ve generally kept myself pretty anonymous on this blog but this is like, a big-ass emergency

I recall reading somewhere that Jihoon often eats Jun's portion of rice and Jun doesn't like rice that much. Is this true? If true, do you know what the source is?

Yup, it’s true, Jun briefly mentioned it during his eatlive with Mingyu, I believe what he said was “Woozi always eats my portion” because they were talking about the members’ eating habits and mentioned Woozi likes rice while Jun eats rice and side dishes separately.

In addition, a fan actually asked Jun about this at a fanmeet (and Woozi confirmed it in the same conversation). You can read the trans for that fanaccount here.
