How is your fast going? How are you feeling?Make sure to get enough water and salt yes?

I can’t have toast in the house because I binge on it every time and my mom doesn’t really like toast so I can avoid it that way

Im planning a lot of cooking today I will make honeydew milkshake and pumpkin soup and I also want to do my makeup and watch the Superman series from the 90s and build in the sims so I think I’ll have a fun day

Also I managed to do a little Pilates yesterday

my fast is going pretty well ! i can only ever liquid fast so i have a protein shake this morning then studied my ass off now im gonna chill in my bed and maaaybe get high

i see why you cant have toast, but at least you can avoid binging on it ?

that cooking sounds SO good omggg and ive never watched that series or played the sims (っ◞‸◟ c)

what pilates did you do ? did you use a youtube video for it ? i use nikolas pilates mostly with some home fitness challenge thrown in the mix ! i might do some later

i had a laxative yesterday and they are SO strong ! its like you take EVERY SINGLE source of fibre and natural lax. . . except its on ket. so its INSANELY STRONG (currently pooping as im writing this LMAO)

Dental update, I can’t chew swallowing hurts I got my period and I need a new appointment to do something about a sharp edge that was poking my tongue I can cover it with wax tho and my period isn’t in my mouth so hey at least it could be worse

Also I’m wearing the best eyeliner I’ve ever drawn right now so not everything is going bad I might be too exhausted for the no waste store Im really weak on the first day of my period and I really don’t want to eat since it’s uncomfortable and I binged yesterday so I might just play the sims and watch a dc animated movie or something I just wish I could wear the eyeliner out and I’m wearing a low waist jeans that fits well for the first time too😭

Fried Halloumi toast sounds delicious I wish I could have toast in the house 🤤

No but it really wasn’t that bad they only connected the pieces already inside and it didn’t hurt or anything and it’s not even visible from the outside when I talk I sound like I’m drunk tho 😅

Im going to play a little sims 4 now, my period comes tomorrow and I’m always super weak and tired right before so I can’t exercise, I tried yesterday but it was a shit show and I think I hurt my knee a little I might still go for a walk depending on the weather

Also I’m going to have veggie soup with cocktail shrimps for lunch I hope it’s good

Oh and I need to plan meals and write a grocery list actually I’m going to do that now

I made different flavors of iced protein latte hazelnut was the best and it’s only 100kcal for a big glass

I put 350ml almond milk, 15g vanilla whey protein powder, a pinch of salt, Hazelnut flavoring powder, and instant coffee powder

I run out of almond milk this morning tho so I had a chia pudding version
