Ultra easy oreo tiramisu recipe:
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/5a469a9dd36492766a0918d017aaf117/63e4eaf8f1e23aac-d5/s540x810/de585fd860111994429c867517a33c4fd8cc3f5e.jpg)
For 6 servings, you'll need:
- 4 eggs
- 100g of sugar
- 500g of mascarpone
- 2 pack of oreos (~24 pieces each)
Take the eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks. (Pls make sure you don't mix AT ALL the whites and the yolks, or your cream will not have the right consistency)
In one bowl, you'll need to beat the egg whites with an electric mixer while slowly adding the sugar. We're looking for a firm texture.
In another bowl, you'll need to mix the yolks with the mascarpone. You should not mix excessively, just enough for the ingredients to be well blended together.
Then, you'll slowly incorporate the mascarpone mixture to the other with a spatula.
Then, once they're well blended, the cream is ready.
For the oreos, just crush them small, do that however you want, (I personally put them in a zip bag and crush them with a rolling pin)
For the final step, you can either make the tiramisu in dessert glasses as in the picture, or you can make it in one big recipient:
If you make them in glasses; put oreos at the bottom, then cream, then oreos, cream, and oreos again to cover the top. (It will be 2 layers of each and then an oreo coverage.)
Then, let it rest for a few hours (or overnight according to how much patience you have), just so the cream consolidates.
And that's it, bon appétit
_________
What I love about this recipe is how delicious it is, my family loves this tiramisu and same for my friends, they always tell me it's super delicious so I recommend you also try it.
(I always make double the recipe because of my large family, and also because we eat 2 portions, one is definitely not enough, you can't stop at one. It's way too good)
Anyway, have a great day <3

Overnight oatmeal, Tiramisu style
For 4 serving
Gluten-free - 🥄
Ingredients
1 cup & ½ cup (100g) of oatmeal
1 cup (200ml) of milk
1 shot of expresso (30ml)
1 tablespoon (15ml) of vanilla syrup (can be replaced by ½ teaspoon (2g) of vanilla powder or extract if desired)
1 tablespoon (15g) of sugar
1 cup (100g) of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon (15g) of cocoa powder
RECIPE
Pour oatmeal in a recipient you can close. Cover the oatmeal with the milk, the espresso, the vanilla syrup and the sugar. Mix until everything is combined.
Let the oatmeal rest, recipient closed, for at least 4 hours in the fridge.
Take out the oatmeal and cover it with the Greek yogurt. Sprinkle it with cocoa powder.
My tips: I suggest keeping the oatmeal in its own recipient and take the quantity you want in a bowl and cover with the yogurt and cocoa powder just before eating.
Can stay in the fridge up to 3 days

Easy Apple Pie Tiramisu | Bake to the roots
There is a lot you can do with apples. Purists simply bite into an apple and enjoy the fruit as it is. I do that from time to time too, but I actually prefer to use apples in cakes and other desserts. How about a delicious Apple Pie Tiramisufor example? Sounds good, doesn’t it? This dessert is an absolute favorite of ours, and every time it’s placed on the table after a delicious dinner… it’s the…

Cooking like a Sailor - Naples Biscuit
Something sweet again and also something that is easy to store and keep, which is why the Sailors also appreciated these biscuits.
They are called Naples biscuits and can be used either with a warm drink such as grog, tea or coffee or as a base for other dishes such as trifles or tiramisu.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/4aadb60a0bf577dc82a2c4920a9d9cde/771049fed41859d6-5c/s540x810/964534776bbeea74b9ed6b75464c63c23b3b64a6.webp)
Naples biscuits are said to have originated in the 14th century at the court of the County of Savoy and were created on the occasion of a visit by the King of France. Over time, they spread throughout Europe and were also known by the English name ladyfingers or sponge fingers, by the Italian name savoiardi or by the French name boudoirs or the German Löffelbiskuit.
For the recipe (in: Labscouse and Spotted Dog by Anne Chotzinoff Grossman and Lisa Grossman Thomas) for 30 portions you need:
3 eggs, separated
1/3 cup superfine sugar
1/8 teaspoon rose water
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup flour
Preheat the oven to 350° or 177°C. Beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar. The mixture should be smooth and glossy.
Now mix the egg yolks with the rose water and salt and gradually add to the egg whites. Now sieve the flour into the mixture and carefully fold in.
Finally, pour the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into finger-length shapes onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or lightly greased. Now place the biscuits in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
Enjoy snacking like this or in another dish.

This Pistachio Tiramisu is a fun twist on that iconic Italian dessert. It's made with the lightest creamy pistachio filling, Savoiardi biscuits and topped with a pistachio crumb. A dreamy, easy dessert for those pistachio lovers out there!

Look at me finally finishing something!
For @bucktommyfluffebruary day 5: Mundane chores
Operation Supermarket (AO3)
Food shop/grocery shopping
(it's mostly from Tommy's pov so Buck is referred to as Evan)
I have a lot of partially written fics/ficlets for almost all of the days, and I do plan on finishing all of them - though they probably won't be posted on the 'right' days.
----
"Do you have the list?"
"Yup. Right here." Tommy handed over the item as he pushed their shopping cart into the supermarket with his free hand.
He'd given Evan free rein of the kitchen and planning their second six month anniversary, and the other man approached it with an almost military precision.
He'd spent weeks scrolling through cooking websites, looking through cookbooks, and even a Rolodex of recipes he'd gotten from somewhere until he'd put together the perfect anniversary dinner.
Even though Tommy had told him more than once he'd be happy to go out to dinner or even just order a pizza.
"Babe you forgot the garlic." Evan pulled him out of his thoughts, studying the shopping list and apparently making notes.
Tommy had no idea where he'd even gotten a pen from.
"No, I didn't forget it, I didn't put it on the list because we still have some."
"No we don't, I used the last of it last night."
Tommy frowned.
"We ordered in last night."
"Yeah but I started prepping for dinner tonight while you were at the game with Eddie." Evan explained. "The sauce takes a long time... and it needs garlic. Which you forgot to put on the list, even though I wrote it on the note board on the fridge."
The small white board and marker on his fridge had been one of Evan's changes to his kitchen when he'd started spending more time at Tommy's place and essentially made the kitchen his own.
He had to admit it was useful to keep track of what he'd ran out of and what he needed to buy for specific meals, or even just what was on offer, but Tommy had always been a quick look in the fridge before leaving for the store kind of guy, and usually decided on the spot if he liked any of the special offers.
Evan's methods were very different.
"The note board doesn't work if you don't look at it, Tom." Evan sighed.
"I'm trying to make myself remember, I promise."
"You can just get rid of it if you don't like it... but I just... I thought it was a good way to keep track of things."
"It is. I'm just not really used to it yet." Tommy explained. "You have a certain way of doing things and I have mine, we just need to find a way to make them fit with mine. And we will."
Evan gave him a small smile and turned back to the list.
"Alright if we go aisle to aisle, it'll be more efficient, and we'll have time to stop by Miceli's."
"Miceli's? I thought you didn't want to go back there because the place is cursed?"
"It is cursed." Evan said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "But you love their spumoni and the tiramisu is great... and we can still treat ourselves to the food if we take it to go."
"So the curse is just the building then? Not the food?" Tommy teased. "Are we really going to risk it?"
"Yes because I'm not letting you walk away again." Evan vowed. "Been there, done that, didn't enjoy it, won't be doing it again."
"Same here." Tommy smiled. "Ok, so, garlic. What else is on the list?"
Evan scanned the list and looked around the store.
"We need bread and those crackers you like that taste of nothing."
"They're a healthy and easy snack." Tommy protested
"It's like eating cardboard." Evan replied without missing a beat. "Right, I need to pick up some snacks for Jee because I have her on Thursday... and you start a 48 on Friday that overlaps with my 72 starting Saturday, so we'll be back at yours... Tuesday or Wednesday. Unless you want to come over to mine right after my shift? Or you could stop by the firehouse after yours, I'm sure everyone would love to see you. And you know Bobby is fine with it as long as everything still gets done. And - " he looked up to find Tommy staring at him. "What? What's that look?"
"What look? I don't have a look."
"Yes you do. You -"
"He loves you honey." an old lady patted Evan on the arm. "My husband used to look at me like that. We were together 44 years. You hold onto to that one honey. He's a good one. I can see it in his eyes." she smiled at them both and then continued with her shopping.
Tommy walked over to him, slid his arms around Evan's waist and kissed him.
"Yeah. What she said."

I HAVE A RQ!!! something with mattsun perchance? idk if u’ve ever written for him but maybe like baking a cake with him for his moms bday 🙂↕️ 🙂↕️
cake for the mother in law!
married, TONS of fluff i fear, comforting mattsun, hs sweethearts, crack
a/n- this is my second time writing for him i think i got better ngl
Tomorrow was mattsun’s moms birthday you were nervous to say the least leaving a good impression on your mother in law was the goal, even though yes you’ve been married for almost 2 years now and have spent plenty of holidays with his family. Heck she even calls you the daughter she’s always asked for but you still felt the need to be the best so here you are spending a concerning amount of hours on a good cake recipe for her birthday cake that mattsun so selfless and considerately made the decision that you and him would do the honors of making her an amazing birthday cake. You sit on the computer in the room when mattsun comes behind you and wraps his arms around you “ya know babe you don't have to stress about the recipe you always make the best desserts for holidays, i’m sure anything you’ll pick will
come out amazing” he mentions as he soothes your back “that’s not the point making stuff for the holidays is easy because it’s whatever and it’s all about the cute decorations and it tasting good but for your moms birthday it’s about the decorations the presentation and the flavor and if all those accommodate to her taste that’s so much more important” you say running your hands through your hair stressing about it all over again—
eventually you found a beautiful tiramisu cake recipe that you deemed just perfect after 3 tries just to make sure they came out the best they could and tasted the same, which you gave to neighbors or family on your side since you and mattsun didn’t want to get sick of it before his moms birthday, you insisted on mattsun helping to since you loved cooking and baking with him it was always an intimate experience that you too shared since the beginning of your relationship and during your friendship in highschool when he would beg and even sometimes pay just to have your desserts you like to think that’s what made him fall in love first before you but he says it was you and then your desserts that caught his eyes. He’d get teased by his former colleagues and volleyball buddies the way he’d constantly be eating cakes or cookies, he even got told he was going to gain an extra 5 pounds by oikawa from all of those sweets but he never cared. Not when they were from the pretty girl that he met in his class, who so happened to become his friend and now wife by some miracle, you’d never tell him but the reason why you even agreed to it was because of how cute you found him and how sweet he was towards you always walking you to class, bringing school work whatever you were sick and you were each other's biggest support in your early 20’s as you were trying to figure life out. Now here you are listening to silly music and cooking with his and hers matching aprons and mattsun eating a one to many lady fingers, life was perfect. Simple yet perfect you couldn’t have it any other way all because of a boy who loved a girl and her baked goods, I guess the way to a man’s heart is his stomach.
