For context I imagined around the lines of Sabretooth and Mystique damaging some Elite Antimutant Soldier and them finding where they were hiding from them after that.

"Earth-911b Gambit and Rogue having a moment" colored

Decided to finish this up after my X-men Night with my sister. (played some X-men Legends and Watched Episodes 3-5 from X-Men 97 )

Episode 5... was something alright XD

Its been like years since ive done a Gambit and Rogue piece, stilly a Romy shipper at heart so there you have it XD

Not my best work, but im happy with it

Wolverine vs Deadpool colored (Marvel Earth-911b)

Saw the Wolverine and Deadpool movie the other day, really enjoyed it!

(had some small pet peeves with it but It definitely is my favorite of the Trilogy)

Overall it surprised me, I was expecting it to just be a bunch of neat cameos and fightscenes but I liked the plot quite a bit, it was super simple but it was fun to me.

Will throw in some SPOILER things here:

The Wolverine variants bit was really fun. AoA wolverine had NO RIGHT to be that cool, made me want a porper AoA themed movie

And as a huge fan of Patch I was happy to see that one.

The short wolverine felt a bit undercooked and the Wolverine v Hulk one was hype as hell. (also love Cavilverine, wish we had more different actor variants tbh, wanted to see how Tom Hardy would look)

(and lets not forget the crucified by the Reavers one, such solid visuals there)

I was super dissapointed on how they treated Sabretooth, I knew from the trailer they wouldve gone for the one shot joke, I was sniffing super hard copium that they wouldnt go for such a lazy joke but...it happened exactly as I feared(the furiosa joke was fun at least tho)

All the fights were really fun, really happy with the easter egg appearences of the old FOX variants. And holy shit Chaning had no right to be such a cool gambit, his face looks a bit too puffy for my tastes Gambit-wise, but the moves and the voice/accent? Loved it, Happy he got something since they butchered his solo Gambit movie chance.

Really happy we got to see Laura again(altho I did hope she would get an outfit similar to Evolution, but hey, glasses were a nice touch.

As much as Im a fan of black leather/unmasked wolverine (blame that on Wolverine's Revenge XD) this was the best they could do for comic accurate Wolverine, and Im happy he used the mask at the end.

Overall, as a Wolverine fan, was very happy with the movie.

And I really hope we dont get too much of good ol Hugh in the future, I really dont want him to risk ending on a low note.

On a side note regarding the actual piece - Earth911b is an alternative Marvel universe I made up like a decade ago with my takes on the characters.

"Airborne Fastball special" WIP (X-men Earth-911b)

Was in the mood to draw something with Wolverine an Rogue today, ended up starting a custom X-men BG3 playtrough with Wolverine, Rogue, Beast and Nightcrawler, might add more to that on a future post where I do a piece with Kurt and Hank and potentially drop a screenshot of their current look ingame.

"Airborne Fastball special" colored (X-men Earth-911b)

Continued my X-men BG3 run today so I felt like finishing this one off. Still a lot of time before I can do a proper Fastball special with Wolverine and Rogue ingame, but I prolly will be able to at around mid act 2 to a degree.

Hopefully will make something with Beast and Nightcrawler since they are the other part of the group.

Final notes: Really happy with the claw shine i did here, always enjoy drawing these 2, but I think that I will mostly avoid posting stuff with my 911b version of Rogue outside of my own circles, cause I get kinda nervous to post stuff with her on X-men or Comic groups. People dont really like this take from the limited interactions Ive had. I dont think it's straight up a hate for the concept, but I always feel like I have to explain the backstory about this version XD

Was in a huge Sabretooth mood yesterday(so much so I even recreated him in Elden Ring XD)

Victor, to this day is my favorite fictional villain, and I wish we could see more of him in media.

Deadpool and Wolverine SPOILER rant:

Ive said this before but Im still very irritated on how they treated Tyler Mane's return of Creed as a one shot Joke, I knew they would do it based on the trailers, but was hoping that I was wrong. He looked and sounded awesome(but hey at least he got as many lines as the 1st X-men movie, loved the delivery on "Time to die!". wouldve been neat to have a "runt "added at the end since Tyler is way taller than Jackman still. )

I guess if there is a positive on the Sabretooth thing in D3 is that he looked cool and thankfully they didnt waste Liev on this joke.(Tyler still deserved way better tho)

As far as the piece is concerned, I went with variants from my made up variant earth. Composition based on Iron Fist #14, Sabretooth's first appearence

My variant of them is married and will remain that way. Not sure if they are still married in the comics since publishers have a habit destroying marriages XD

X-men Earth-911b

Rogue and Captain America tense interaction(after-you-know-what) WIP

Saw episode 6 and 7 of '97 with my sister yesterday, enjoyed them a TON as usual. Felt like sketching this scene with the Cap cameo

Wanted to open a slight tangent, while looking for some refs I saw someone complaining that Cap was villainized and he would not have acted that way, but tbh I disagree. First of all he wasnt a "villain" in the scene. I love both parties involved but both of them were justified in how they were handling things, Rogue was grieving and furious at who she lost so she was very impulsive and loud, Cap was in a terrible position to help since there was the risk to make things worse with his involvement, considering the Genosha disaster was so fresh.

I didnt see him as the goverment's lap dog, but simply carefull on not igniting more chaos that would make things worse for mutants.

Plus tbh as far as I recall in the 90s Cap and Rogue arent exactly buddies, and the trust is mixed enough.

On a side note, this would be my first time doing my Earht-911b Cap. Was not entirely sure if doing the full head wings but decided to go for it in the end, Like it so far ^^

Also gonna throw this out there. As much as I adored Logan(the movie) and was initially against Hugh Jackman returning for another movie(because I thought that movie was a solid sendoff). I feel like this movie would be a better sendoff because he feels the most "wolverine" in this one.

Might throw a more spoilery opinion when I finish this piece!

Earh 911 is mostly how I dubbed the Earth they are from back then, just stuck with it.

They are based mostly on the 90's version, X-men Legends and some other more modern sources. Some of them are considerably more powerful/stronger version of those but that's the general gist of it.

(added some extra description stuff on these versions, some more similar to the regulars than others)

Now Im officially ready for X-Men 97! (was planning to add a bit more info on my versions, but these high effort posts never blow up so I wont bother with that effort XD )
