Запуск приложения dsHOME: Как оно изменит взаимодействие жителей и управляющих компаний в Узбекистане



Его пользователи смогут без лишних звонков и визитов в офис подавать заявки в свою управляющую компанию, видеть их актуальный статус, отправлять и получать комментарии для уточнения деталей обращения. После завершения заявки житель сможет поставить ей оценку, что поможет управляющей компании непрерывно получать обратную связь от собственников. Оповещения об экстренных отключениях, важных событиях и новостях дома также сразу придут в приложение. Помимо этого, управляющая компания сможет информировать своих жителей об акциях и выгодных предложениях от партнеров.

У приложения от Диспетчер 24 более 300 тысяч пользователей. Неудивительно, что именно его выбрала управляющая компании Mega Uy Service из Узбекистана. Она стала инициатором внедрения dsHOME и активно помогала адаптировать приложения под особенности рынка Узбекистана.
