"Munson." Steve tugged his letterman jacket around himself with the hands he'd tucked aay into his pockets. "I thought you'd decided not to show up."

"And miss my chance to take money from King Steve?" Eddie grinned and plucked the cigarette out from between his lips. "In your fucking dreams, man."

Steve rolled his eyes and pulled the small roll of bills out of his pocket. "You can count it, but it's all there," he said. "…Where's your lunchbox?"

"I'm not a fucking idiot, I wasn't about to just get it out without the cash first." Eddie unrolled the bills and counted them out. With the cig hanging from his mouth once more and one eye closed against the smoke curling up around his head he looked more like the hardened drug dealer he tried to pass himself off as and less like the highschool senior selling weed to make ends meet.

If Steve didn't know better he might actually be intimidated.

"I told you, it's all there."

Eddie put the bills down against the table and shook his head. "This isn't enough, big boy."

Steve blinked at him for several long moments. "What? No, that's it. It's all fucking there—"

"The money's here, yeah, but your fucking croney stole some of my shit last time I met up with him," Eddie said. "I'm charging you for that, too."

It took Steve a second to realize who the fuck Eddie was talking about. "I'm not friends with Tommy anymore, I'm not paying for his shit!"

"Then I guess you're not getting anything today." Eddie tucked the money into the front pocket of his jacket.

"You're fucking kidding me—"

"Do I look like I'm kidding?" Eddie stubbed the cigarette out on the top of the picnic table.

"That's not fucking fair—"

Eddie barked out a laugh. "Do I look like I give a fuck about that, either? You and Hagan both have the cash, you can cough it up or you can fuck off."

Steve's hands balled into fists against his sides. He clenched and unclenched his jaw, trying to think of something to say that would make Eddie back down and either cough up the weed or his money.

"That was all the cash I had," he finally said with a wave of his hand. "So I can't pay for Tommy's shit right now even if I was willing to pay for it."

Eddie smoothed his hands over his thighs. "There are other ways to pay," he said. Steve could practically see Eddie's eyes darken even more as he leaned forward. One hand drifted up from his thigh.

Eddie was palming himself through his jeans. Those wide eyes were looking Steve over like he was a piece of meat and Eddie a starving man.

"Jesus— you're fucking serious, aren't you?" Steve asked, incredulous.

"Your boy Hagan's never said no."

Steve felt himself heat up all over and pushed the picture of Tommy on his knees out of his mind. "I'm not Hagan."

"No. You're not." Eddie was off of the table and blocking Steve's way back down the hill by the time Steve had so much as turned to leave. "You're a lot fucking prettier."

Eddie crowded closer, so Steve had no choice but to back up towards the picnic table. The bench hit the back of his knees and Steve found himself falling back onto it.

"If you're good enough, I'll even give you your money back," Eddie said, still smiling down at him. "Might forgive Hagan's debt to me, too."

Steve licked his lips nervously as Eddie lifted one ringed hand to caress his jaw, then up into his hair.

"What do you say, big boy? You want to really earn it?"

As funny as the roleplay scene between Angel and Sir Pentious is that with their bad acting from both of them and Charlie's script, the underlying subtext of the scene is quite painful for Angel. As a drug user himself, he is made to play the role of a heartless drug dealer preying on a child, making him feel insulted by the script's insinuation that drug users and dealers are always evil. As someone who is also dealing with loneliness, being owned by an overlord who sexually abuses him, and being separated from his sister in heaven, Angel is visibly jealous and hurt about seeing Pentious being so quickly accepted into the hotel.

The other characters may not sense it, but consider how Angel must feel about being reduced to a collection of stereotypes and having certain aspects of his lifestyle be ridiculed and shamed.

Adding to this, the last line of the roleplay scene has the little kid Sir Pentious plays drop a line about "not having sexual intercourse before marriage." Again, a seemingly comedic line that shames Angel's life as an adult film star. It becomes extra impactful a few episodes later, when the relationship between him and his boss is revealed... 😥

I watched 4 or 5 reviews of DAV and feel sad.

First, interface and battle special effects look so ugly. Poo! Poo! Fire! Lightings! Bid swords fall from the sky! Aaand not, this is not mage, it's warrior's skills. They were inspired by burning drug-dealer's house?! Poor taste. Textures are also ugly and blurry, through overall design of locations is good.

10 years... 10 years and tha game looks worse then Inquisition.

Second, castrated roleplay. I nearly always play as a good, heroic person, but in this situation I have no alternative. And feel robbed. It's a big question if the game would have some gray moral choices, or our antagonists would be something better then big bad evils. So no Dragon Age atmosphere I loves so much.

I can't help thinking that it is not tha Dragon Age, it Dragon age's dead corpse, that was stuffed and made to move with strings. And looks like this is the last Bioware game I will buy, because it doesn't looka like Bioware game any more.

Jamie's Lynx usage if true and real really is a capital crime :( i can only accept it if i assume it’s a rollover from his teenage years and roy makes him change it the first time they hang out together outside of work because he refuses to spend extended amounts of time with someone who smells like the dressing room outside of the dressing room <3 the reason Jamie has that stash in his locker for the lads is because roy made him clear them out at home and Jamie didn't want them to just go to waste!

Roleplay Plots

These plots are based on movies and TV shows I've seen and books I've read. So some plots may seem familiar to something you've watched or read. !! TRIGGER WARNING!!: Mentions of alcohol, swearing, drugs, age-gaps, and sex 1. what if muse a and muse b both meet at a party. He’s the dealer and she’s just there as a guest. He lets her get a sample, and ever since then she constantly goes to him for drugs. He sees her becoming really fucked up, so he decides to cut her off and instead of leaving her like that. He helps her back on her feet. Once she’s sober, they both help each other out of the life they have. They want a better future for themselves. They have a kid, and the drug dealer has his girlfriend hiding a lot because old friends of his show up at the house they now live in, because he never finished paying them. Eventually they have to separate because she no longer feels safe. They’re separate for a few years, he still gets to see the kid on occasion. Do they work things out or do they go their separate ways? 2. The nanny. muse a is a single dad, who has been trying to start dating again. unfortunately, most of his dates go bad. he hires muse b, a young student, as a babysitter. every nights when he comes back from his dates, he tells her about how awful it was, until he finds out she’s the only woman he actually accepts into his life since he’s been single. 3. I miss you.   They  been dating for years. pretty much for as long as we can remember. They’ve never been in love with anyone but each other, but it’s just not working anymore. Muse a broke up with muse b because muse a need to find themselves and be on their own, but muse b keep ending up showing up drunk and sobbing at muse a’s place because muse b is their home. 4. What's dead stay's dead, right?  Muse a and Muse b are best friends. They have trouble at home and only feel safe with each other. Muse a was struggling mentally so they fake their death and runs away. Muse b actually believed they was dead and missed them a lot. Everyday Muse b would text Muse a. Muse A never texted them back, but would see them. Later on,  they bump into each other when Muse a goes to apply for a job at the company muse b now runs. They reconnect and muse b is mad at muse a. Muse a explained everything and muse a ends up living with muse b. Muse b ends up pregnant and they have two kids. (extra: They separate since they would fight a lot, but all they needed was a break. During the break, they date others and muse b ends up in a really bad relationship that Muse a goes and helps them.) 5. Enough of me for once, what about you? —— is a bartender. —— is a regular at the bar who shows up and has his therapy session every Friday, drinks and ranting to——. One day he decides to ask —— how she puts up with him and why she always listens. They have a conversation and —— decides to play therapist for her that night. Their therapy sessions at the bar turn into Friday night dates.
