My personal headcanon is that all the jinchuriki have fangs! Gaara’s fangs are underdeveloped because his childhood trauma stunted his growth a bit but they get GNARLY when he goes Fox Mode (that part is canon). Meanwhile Naruto thought it was a little weird that he developed fangs at first, but also Kiba was in his class so he just decided it was normal
