I've been wanting to do some draculaura art forever cos she's my fave and finally found the right opportunity! i really wanted to do a more sinister twist on her because i just find it such a fun concept

I set myself strict rules for buying a Midge doll. She had to have little to no wonk-eye, the nice, long hair some Midges have (titian only), and either be dirt-cheap or come with a lovely outfit. She came with the Orange Blossom 987 outfit, so she came home.

I cleaned her up and did a bit of quick repainting where she needed it. Overall, I'm really happy with her!

Keypers Tonka fancy Snail 1985-1992

Okay I got lucky with research for this one!!! Here is collecter's site detailing everything about the Keypers. To summarize, they were produce by Tonka toy company from 1985-1992. They had hard plastic adult versions and smaller softer plastic kid versions. They came in six different animal types: Ladybirds, Kangaroos, Penguins, Snails, Swans, and Tortoises. There was also a second series and a third series with even more animals but I'm focusing on the first series (the blog linked has everything about them on it so check it out!) Again found all images on Pinterest or Google Images.

Kelly really wanted to go to the 90s party, but for some reason her mom didn’t let her in at the very last moment. Kelly locked herself in her room in disappointment and decided to call her best friend Brenda, who was currently having a blast at the party. She wanted her to tell in detail about what was happening there now. And according to Brenda, the party was simply amazing!!! What an injustice happened to Kelly! She couldn’t stop calling her friend because she wanted to know everything about the party down to the smallest detail.
