1. Longshoremen.
2. trump's lunacy:
Kamala committed murder. There's an app to let drug cartels know where to drop "illegals." Kim Jong Un, who wrote beautiful love letters to trump, now wants to kill him. And disrespecting our troops. Again.
3. VP debate. Shady JD refused to answer whether he thought trump lost in 2020.

Friends who have gone to Costco and Sam's Club have reported that they are madhouses and the TP is all sold out. (I went on Tuesday and it was fine but news may not have gotten out yet).
People, people. Unless you need certain car parts, import booze, bananas, or some pharmaceuticals, the dock strike is going to do not much to the availability of things in the US.
Most large retailers are already stocked up for Xmas sales and most foods for Halloween and Thanksgiving are already produced in the US. Yes, chocolate is mostly imported in ingredient form, but companies knew the strike was coming and stocked up what they could. Coffee too.
As for toilet paper, a panic purchase not sure why, that is produced right here in the US. US toilet paper is so far different from toilet paper outside of North America that there would be riots in the streets if we tried to use the TP of other nations.

International Longshoremen Association President Harold Daggett on the Port Strike:
“I will cripple you and you have no idea what that means, nobody does.”
It's going to get real folks, this is NOT a drill, it's NOT a time to procrastinate 🤔

I hope everyone has stocked up your necessities? If not, I suggest you stock up on food, water, toilet paper and whatever else you may need. This may have a HUGE effect on the shelves in stores. 🤔

Human’s Striking 4 A Decent Living!
Why hasn’t anyone protest against some of these greedy landlords? These greedy landlords are the cause of so many people not being able to afford to even be able to live payday to payday. I call this price gouging!!!
Who are these landlords? Who is really buying our American real estate? And why? Every time a group goes on strike, a big percentage of the reason is because those in the group cannot afford rent.
Whoever is buying our American real estate is bringing down American businesses. Employers are being blamed for their employees not being able to afford rent, when it is really the greedy landlords that are the fault for many of our homelessness.
We are losing our American way of life. From small business, to affordable housing, even some of our corporations can’t afford rent.
For many, the answer is to build new affordable housing that will likely not be affordable. There seems aplenty of places that are now for lease and rent that sit empty due to the monthly rent rate. So why built more to just sit empty? Make laws against rent greed...which I call price gouging!!!

I hate it when the capitalist try to pressure labor to simply cave in to their greed because their workers' efforts are so vital to the economy.
If they're vital... pay them accordingly!
These obscenely profitable firms *always* cry poor. ( It's why the minimum wage hasn't changed for a really long time.)
It's not like shipping firms will go broke or even stop making a profit. They can meet all their workers' demands and still make record profits! (Just a little bit less of a record.)
It was the exact same way for strikes by the united auto workers union and for all of the entertainment industry with the writers.
Capitalists want labor being screwed as standard practice. If they raise wages and still make a profit, then people will realize these firms can EASILY afford it!
😱
Can't have that! The workers might eventually ask for more.
We have to collectively stand together against the wealthy who are trying to screw every... last... one... of us.
If you get all fussy that you're being inconvenienced, who is going to help you someday when you ask for more money from your boss?
This is a class war. The rich have been winning that war for the last 40 years. Greedflation is now the ultimate example of that.
Don't defend the wealthy because they are just as eager to screw you over, too.
