Out of curiousity, what pokemon do you think The Marvel Family would have if they were pokemon trainers?

What a fun thought experiment!

I want to preface this by saying that I love pokemon, but I am by no means an expert, I love collecting pokemon way more than fighting with them so my concept of the team is a bit skewed lol. It might be cheating, but I think that it would be fun if they each had themed team like gym leaders do.

Billy: A part of me thinks that Billy should have an electric type team, but I also think it would be really funny if he had a team made up of entirely of Legendary pokemon. Like he just walks up with a team of godlike pokemon like it's nothing. So why not both?

So the team would be: Zapados, Thundurus, Raikou, Zekron, Tapu Koko, and Xurkitree

Mary: I can see her having a more balanced team to cover each other's weaknesses naturally. She would also have an all legendary team, just for the power move of it all. Her team would be powerful and smart, completely dominating.

Her team: Lugia, Latios, Latias, Lunala, Solgaleo,and (maybe an unrealistic choice) Mew

Freddy: i think it would be fitting for Freddy to have a flying type team. It just suits him. They'd be tough to beat and there will be a lot of mixed types, but all flying.

The team: Skarmory, Aerodactyl, Rayquaza, Dragonite, Gyrados, and Corviknight

Darla: Obviously she would be partial to fairy types. She is not as obsessed with being powerful as she is just building up her friendships with them, but that doesn't mean you should underestimate her!

Her team: Rapidash (Galarian form), Haltrene, Jigglypuff, Mimikyu, Sylveon, and Mawile

Eugene: He would be much more focused on optimizing his team, covering weaknesses, type-matching etc. So I think he would try to balance his team with mixed types you know?

His team: Lucario, Scizor, Bisharp, Magentron, Bronzorg, and Registeel

Pedro: He would have a rock type team I think. Very steady and down to earth but still very tough to beat in a fight. He would have his set team that he takes very good care of. (a lot of classic favs on this one)

His team: Golem, Onix, Tyranitar, Terrakion, Rhydon, and Crustle

I encourage everyone to tell me their own thoughts on who they might have on a team!

despite Laios low self esteem making him think that if he’d been eaten, Chilchuck and Marcille wouldn’t have helped Falin,

theres a small part of me that thinks the reason Chilchuck stayed with the party and went back in the dungeon in the first place was because he didn’t want to leave Laios alone. That Laios was moreso the reason he stayed.

It irritates me alot when people say that making medic more compassionate is ''missing the point of his character'' when he is literally shown to be in the comics.... did you miss the part where he showed concern for both sniper and miss pauling's well being in comic 5 and 6.

His actions are a combination of genuine attachment + clinical interest and these things do not cancel out one another. He is always pushing boundaries and going against the grain and i think this is what led to him losing his license in the first place. He felt stifled by the rules imposed on him.

He is shown to be extremely passionate so it makes sense that he would use his endless fascination with medicine as a way to show his affection. He loves his friends so he will find a way to make them borderline indestructible. Malpractice is his love language.

he shifts, unnerved by his own longing, and price runs his hand over the crown of his mask the same way he’d card it through his hair until he settles once more

he grounds him over the long hours it takes for his white-knuckled grip to relax into a loose hold; for his face to stop grinding into the meat of his thigh and simply rest in his lap, his bracketing legs the only thing holding his lax body up as he floats, untethered by fear

Man “Battle Nexus: New York” was a great episode but I do have one major gripe with it.

Like. Raph being paired up with Ghostbear? Makes sense. Works great. Works amazing, even.

Mikey being paired up with Meatsweats? Yeah that checks out!!

Donnie getting…Hypno…? I mean. I guess Donnie doesn’t like magic so it kindaaa works but Kendra would have been a much better choice to me personally. Maybe Big Mama didn’t wanna include a human or something…

And Leo getting…uh…one of the Sando Brothers???? Of all villains? Nah let’s be real, his main villain is more Big Mama herself (or Leo could be considered his own worst enemy lmao-). Hell Hypno would have probably worked better here considering their shared love for magic tricks and stuff, but Carl Sando????

All I can remember is a Green Council filled with a few conspirators. And the one person in that Council who opposed usurpation and high treason, was murdered by a Kingsguard who stained his white cloak so many times and was constantly pardoned.

Oh and…Rhaenyra ends up having most of the Realm on her side.

NEW HEADCANON JUST POPPED UP IN MY MIND

Scout is an artist (or just enjoys drawing) because Spy is also an artist.

Let me explain:

I think Spy's disguises might work with little designs he needs to make himself: the more detailed the drawing, the more accurate the disguise is.

Of course he could simply pay someone to draw for him, but I imagine that when he was younger and had a worse salary, he needed to make them himself and couldn't comission anyone.

So yeah, he's an artist and Scout inherited that love for drawing from him.

people can Famously do whatever they want especially when it comes to enjoying media and generally i find this to be a good thing. but unfortunately i am a strange and unusual autistic that generally sticks very very close to canon. all this to say i don’t Get It when people headcanon k_k deltarune as using they/them Only or even she/her Only when he has literally been referred to with ‘he’ by one of the people presumably closest to him(brothers to me)

for the record i think he is he/they. i think all three of them are he/they. maybe even canonically but people fight me on this one (really just capn and kk since sweet has only indirectly been referred to as they like in the following screenshot from the wiki (bc I didn’t want to watch a video of their fight to screenshot and crop flavor text) BUT they’re still called by generally masculine terms alongside the other two like ‘guys’ (ost “almost to the guys”) and ‘young men’ (by seam)) (and they use overly-masculine self-referential pronouns in japanese, along with capn)

like im Fairly Certain the individual of scc are still the only one being lost in the groove in dance x. the “they” in ‘they’re totally lost in the groove’ is still Just One of scc. I don’t believe the fun gang are lost in the groove bc honestly they don’t talk like any of this fight was fun for them HSHSHDNDHDJDJ

vampire bats share mouthfuls of blood to other bats they’re close to if they weren’t able to feed and now i need old vampire!ghost sharing a bloody kiss with fledgling!soap, giving him mouthfuls of blood bc his fresh fangs are too sensitive to bite with

it’s been so long since he was turned that ghost’s forgotten the deep ache that comes with growing fangs and he almost worries when johnny goes to bite into the meal he’s brought him only to whimper and pull back; only the slightest pinpricks of a bite left in the man’s neck, barely enough to bring blood to the surface

it’s only when johnny whines and massages at his gums that ghost realises his oversight; crooning at his sweet mate in reassurance. he’s not upset that he couldn’t feed, at the unintentional rejection of his offering. he’ll make the pain stop

ghost pulls the man to his mouth and sinks in his fangs, sucking in a heavy mouthful and drops the now paralysed prey back to his feet; his throat steadily gushing with blood and spilling over his body

he cups johnny’s face, looking into his eyes, teary with pain and hunger, and purses his lips to carefully drip the blood into his mouth. the pain immediately vanishes from his eyes, replaced with pure bliss as he opens his mouth wide; curling his tongue to catch every drop. ghost presses his mouth to his in a hungry, blood-filled kiss; tongues twining together as they share the taste

johnny sucks the last of it from his lips and ghost guides him down to lap at the prey’s neck; licking up the blood he was too weak to draw himself. he’s ravenous with it, his whole face covered in red as he licks up the spill and suckles at ghost’s bite

ghost’s filled with an overwhelming pride at having provided for his mate in an even deeper way than just hunting for him. he spilled the blood johnny’s drinking; fed him in the most intimate way their kind knows and he’ll do it a hundred times over for his love
