I am locking myself into a date to start posting the Rose Red book I wrote in November. I am posting this so I can’t back down and try to edit it more. Which is to say: I’ll be posting the introduction and the first chapter on February 14!

Yeah a teaser dropping on ST day would be cool. But can we agree that a DNA board reveal would be infinitely better?
#byler#stranger things#st5 predictions#st5 dna board#yes I know a dna board reveal doesn’t qualify as like major promo since most fans want something visual and real#and so it’s likely we’ll get a teaser regardless#which is great#but I’m just imagining the rest of the day being subpar in terms of stuff for us to actually analyze outside of the teaser#they released the s4 dna board during lockdown and a couple months before they even finished writing it#so s5’s board is definitely finalized by now#and it would cost them nothing…#well i mean technically it could cost them everything 😭#it’s just a matter of how on the nose they were about some of the titles it features#and if they’re willing to risk sharing that at this time when there’s still a year until release#i could see a decent amount of films on it being incriminating on so many different fronts#but I could also see some super random stuff in the mix that would distract people from reading into the incriminating stuff#it’s just something that could actually keep us busy analyzing for a while#a teaser would be everything we need rn#but the dna list is what I actually want 😭#i’ve been working on my own st5 dna board wishlist bc I’m so impatient for this#i’m gonna post it tomorrow#it’s time#and in the case they do reveal the dna board next week I want to have mine ready to see if there are any matches#i’ve also been working on my st5vision playlist for nearly 2 years now (jesus) and it’s time to share that too#soon!!

I want the fnaf dbd chapter to be good so bad
#like theres literally no evidence that it wont be good yet at all#but its FNAF.#like dbd is so creative and has majorly been cooking with recent chapters stepping out of their comfort zone#fnaf chapter has so much potential#but im just afraid itll just be springtrap and a nightguard thats it#no cosmetics of other characters besides like og Freddy fazbear or vanessa survivor#even tho dbd usually has 1 female and 1 male survivor and vanessa is a female security guard important to story and she has a FACE#like it just feels like exactly the kind of L we would take#that somehow she wouldnt make it in#like please behavior cook 😭#give us a vanessa survivor and vanny cosmetic on the springtrap killer and my life is yours#especially because killers have recently been allowed to interact directly with the survivors from their chapter???#like imagine a vanny killer having special lines with a vanessa survivor#fucking peak#the potential is there but you know. its fnaf and im talking about SW era characters here#i have hope but man i hope we get trailers/teasers soon bc im so hesitant to expect all this cool stuff#even tho it genuinely is on track with what dbd does with everything else they do and not wishful thinking#thoughts#pre dbd x fnaf

I'm excited we're getting more magic kaito but I also have this suspicion things are going to be introduced that I'm just going to. ignore. But also maybe not! Who knows!
#I'm super excited for more Aoko#I'm actually kind of disappointed that her mom was introduced?#like this is in part because I like my headcanon that her mom passed away when she was little#but it's also because it feels like her mom is an au version of Eri#kind of like how despite different personality aoko appears to be a copy of Ran too#they used to look a lot different from each other#but now there's loads of points where I see a pic of aoko and without context I'd think it's Ran#including some of the ones I'm seeing from teasers about the new chapter#basically it feels like gosho is doing a lot of recycling of detective conan stuff to pad out magic kaito#but maybe i'm jumping the gun here#nefrit talk#anyway the double edged sword of me enjoying this series is that#it's how I dislike so many of gosho's choices that motivates me to do so much of my fanwork and speculation that i do#and therefore each update i'm braced because I'm excited for the content but also I know theres going to be things where i'm like#anyway let's just forget he even did that. it’s the last Sunday before Sunday’s banner ends so i suppose it’s about time for me to finally boot up HSR and pull him home… wish me luck
#i’m gonna need it bc i haven’t rlly played much since 2.3 so my savings are.. not Great#honkai star rail#hsr sunday#viddy game stuff#Seven.txt#it’s not that i don’t Want to play i just haven’t made the time to do so lately#i’m trying to juggle 4 live service gacha games at the same time and i am dropping all of the balls constantly 😔#i don’t feel like i’m doing much more than i used to but for some reason i seem to have a lot less free time for gaming lately#idk it’s probably just my time management getting worse#Anyways so yeah i haven’t played much since the Boothill hype. and i haven’t pulled a single new 5 star since his release#but i also haven’t played much at all during that time so i’ve only got 54 pulls saved :)#and if that’s enough to get me Sunday and his LC i’ll lose my fucking mind bc ain’t no way i’ll get that lucky#i Do have a good luck streak with Light Cones but i’ve only pulled for 3 so that’s not that impressive#i got Acheron’s on a won 50/50 at 14(!!!) pity and Aventurine’s on a won 50/50 at 22 pity so those were kinda insane to me#but then i don’t remember how it went for Boothill’s LC and i didnt log those pulls so i couldnt tell ya if the good luck streak continued#so anyways yeah probably gonna have to whale a lil bit but that’s ok bc it’s christmas time#i allow myself to whale (or. more like Dolphin perhaps) guilt-free on these games a lil bit on my birthday and christmas as gifts to myself#i used it on Xilonen and her sig weapon back around my birthday and now i’ll use this one on Sunday#ain’t no way i’m letting him pass me by when he’s the one that really hooked me into HSR in the first place#i was halfheartedly playing for a while but as soon as i saw the first hint of him on that livestream Penacony teaser i was Obsessed#don’t think i’ve ever been that excited for a character that i knew next to nothing about aside from a lil chibi avatar -#- and some line about him being malevolent. and i don’t even like the chibi style At All so that speaks to how strong his design was#or maybe it just shows how i see an angel coded character with weird-cool-head-wings and a halo and my brain worms start raving#well it’s 1am here so Technically it’s Monday now but shhhhhh it’s still Sunday in my Heart ok? and that’s what matters#and it’s still kinda Sunday on the American server bc the daily reset isn’t until like. 3am for me#but it’ll still probably record it as me having pulled him on the 23rd :/ oh well can’t turn back time#i guess i Could wait until Christmas morning but i don’t wanna flirt with the deadline so closely#this is close enough for me to count it as my Christmas pulls#and we spent Too Damn long without confirmation of his playability (though i always had faith in the leaks 😤🙏🏻) so i deserve this lmao#i mean i’ve waited longer. i waited for Scara! i waited for Baizhu! but still. all the ‘he wont be playable’ fearmongerers can kiss my ass

made an irresponsible lord huron purchase tonight but what the hell else am I supposed to do when their next album is overdue

my only takeaway from the m9 animated series announcement is that having an essek line in the trailer was a Choice and im Happy About It
