Wednesday:

Today was another busy one! But, at least I didn’t have to be at work before dawn. 🙌🏽 8:30 start was fine by me! Plus, I was lucky enough to get in a class from one of our top trainers before the weekly staff meeting!

🥊 I jumped into a 44 minute foundations class. I was so glad to get back on the heavy bag today! The format was a warm up, followed by six rounds of combos and HIIT moves. Plus, it was Water Wednesday and we got fruit infused water as an after workout refreshment! ☺️

Total calorie burn = 333 kcals ❤️

Tomorrow, I do my walk through at the studio for Saturday’s class! 😳 Look at me doing things while nervous! 🙂

I'm kinda a Lil bit upset with myself for being too scared to write for over a decade because of the fear of being made fun of for being a "cringe OC writer" and now I'm actually forcing myself to start with a one shot. Younger me would've been so proud. 😊

I might not have the amazing skills of a fantastic writer, but at least I'm writing again for me, and that's what matters.

I've realized that fear never goes away - that if you really want something, often times you have to do it afraid. And maybe this is the only way you'll ever get to discover your fullest potential. Maybe you just have to dive right in and face what scares you the most. Because in the end, it's not the rejections and failures that will haunt you, but the missed opportunities, the things you've always wanted to try but were too afraid of.
