anyway I do rlly love mangoball the humor IS excellent and I kinda live for how it came back up again all of a sudden . it’s ooc crackfic and socmed all done so right and the use of stantwt humor is so fitting and subtle for how ooc it is but it still feels like a dnf fanfic despite how kind of insane the plot is for a college au? it’s just kind of impressive

a lot of the socmed shit is like. inspired by a dnf soccer rivals au or whatever it was where like. dnf are married but rivals in games and then their fandom gets a boost and the new fans don’t KNOW they’re married. and the new fans are like. omg. what is this enemies to lovers stuff????

I hope i don't sound entitled but im kinda bumbed by how little social media is used in fics ESPECIALLY this fandom? :(( i once read a fic about dnf soulmates where they found out on stream that they are soulmates and it was so fkn good like it was delicious i wish we had so many more fics like that 😭😭

i mean we're always welcome to write our own fics/do requests/COMISSION WRITERS!! for fic ideas, but also it's not like bad to comment it's something you would like to see more—like given this conversation i'm thinking right now to maybe try my hand at some simple socmed au for dnf week/eventually !!
