On the left, Dryad! Entangling vines and powerful charming magic if you're into that thing! Granted, if they like you and you're into nature they might try to charm you either way. Note that they can't move far from their bonded tree, so this is taking place in a forest.

On the right, Erinyes! 6 ft (1.8 m) fallen angels that carry "rope of entanglement" and can summon a friend! They go where they want, often refuse promotion to stronger forms because they just love being themselves, and enjoy seducing people. Being named after cthonic goddesses of vengeance, they hound mortals who break infernal contracts or laws...but will turn on the devils if they feel the mortal didn't get thier end of the bargain. They also like having children, and are very protective parents. They don't have horns though, that's just thier armor. Lot of people hating on the armor last time, but I doubt your work uniform looks especially flattering either.

Odynia Adrasteia Erinys

Aasimar Paladin (Oath of Vengeance), follower of Nemesis

My Friday group is switching campaigns again, and I wanted to revisit the idea of an aasimar oath of vengeance paladin. And since this campaign is very heavily Greek myth-inspired, Nemesis had to be involved, of course.

I know almost nothing about her, but I'm so very excited to figure out more.

Another exciting thing, I'm working on my next calendar project! This one is a female version of the Monster MAN-ual calendar I did last year, which I'm calling the Tome of Höes!

I'm about halfway done with the art now, and here's some crops of the finished pieces!

Awakened Erinyes! Zoe and Bota.

Context: In my D&D campaign I've customized Erinyes because i think they're badass and need some originality. Normally they are just armored lady devils with cool weapons and who are super strong and punish law breakers in hell.

BUT OURS are dedicated to an Archfiend (in our case Zariel). And there's a mystery shrouding them... Another Archfiend (Glasya) is attempting to awaken the Erinyes because they were actually her Erinyes. As Mother of all Erinyes she wants all of them back! This is the most recent awakened Erinyes.

That's right, these 2 are the same devil! Zoe [left] is her form dedicated to Zariel. Bota [right] is her form dedicated to Glasya. This one is a buff as hell one who can punch through the universe in her awakened form. And Glasya is a more fun and aloof Archfiend compared the the edgelord Zariel, so i wanted to showcase that in their designs.

Traits

Hellish Weapons: The erinyes's weapon attacks are magical and deal an extra 13 (3d8) poison damage on a hit (included in the attacks).

Magic Resistance: The erinyes has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack: The erinyes makes three attacks.

Longsword: Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage, or 9 (1d10 + 4) slashing damage if used with two hands, plus 13 (3d8) poison damage.

Longbow: Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage plus 13 (3d8) poison damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be Poisoned. The poison lasts until it is removed by Lesser Restoration or similar magic.

Reactions

Parry: The erinyes adds 4 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the erinyes must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

If you're confused as to why the worg's here, I let the top 8 of the loser's bracket into the main tournament just for kicks. ANYWAY! On the left, The Worg! A wolf-like creature that knows 2 or 3 languages and will swiftly turn on thier rider if mistreated! Last they bothered listing the size they were 3 ft (91 cm) at the shoulder, 5 ft (1.5 m) long. But the picture shows it at nearly twice that, around 5 ft (1.5m) tall and 8 ft (2.4 m) long. Whichever works for you I suppose, maybe it's regional.

I had just came up with an idea: The Beast Cookies as a DnD group, known as the Beast Party; an old group of heroes that existed for a very long time and were seen as saviors, but as time went on, people began to become more ungrateful, greedy, selfish, and so much more that they were done and turned over to the side of evil.

Mystic Flour Cookie is a Cleric (Tempest Domain), acolyte/hermit background, a Mummified Drider, lawful evil, and is 7 ft.

Eternal Sugar Cookie is a Bard (College of Whispers), an urchin background, chaotic evil, is a Deva Angel-Erinyes mix, and is 5'2" ft.

Burning Spice Cookie is a Barbarian (Path of Berserker), and outlander/gladiator background, an Orog (a child of a male Orc and a female Ogre), is chaotic evil, and is 8 ft.

Silent Salt Cookie is a Paladin (Oathbreaker), a knight/hermit background, a Death Knight species, is neutral evil, and is 6 ft.

And finally, Shadow Milk Cookie is a Druid (Circle of Stars), once a sage now an entertainer background, chaotic evil, and is a 3'4" ft. tall Changeling.

What do you think of it?

I suppose it’s pretty interesting, even if my knowledge with this is pretty limited
