A capacitação nas tradicionais e “misteriosas” técnicas esclarecerá o assunto e formará novos parapsicólogos cearenses. Sem dúvidas, existe bastante preconceito e desconhecimento ainda sobre essas técnicas, fatos que motivaram o oferecimento desta formação pelo Instituto AMAS. A Instituição se decidiu a convidar renomados professores de outros estados para uma qualificação de seis meses, funcionando em dois sábados de cada mês. O objetivo geral do curso “Parapsicologia Clínica e Hipnoterapia” visa habilitar profissionais para a aplicação dos conhecimentos teórico-práticos da Parapsicologia Clínica e Hipnoterapia, nos contextos pessoal, social e profissional, com parâmetros de observação, análise e compreensão da mente humana, da estruturação da personalidade, da programação e reprogramação mental, com vistas à formação em Parapsicologia Clínica e Hipnoterapia. Alguns dos seus conteúdos destacados do curso são: – Parapsicologia – Parapsicologia e ciência. Estudos e comprovações científicas. Os fenômenos paranormais e a mente humana – Paranormalidade – História da Paranormalidade. Fenômenos Paranormais – Tipos de Paranormalidade – Crenças – Manifestações da Paranormalidade nos diferentes períodos históricos – Neurociência – O sistema nervoso e a mente humana – Processo saúde-doença – Psicopatologias – Mente Humana – Funções mentais – Leis mentais. – Programação e reprogramação do subconsciente – Personalidade – Elementos de formação da Personalidade – Alicerces da Personalidade – Programações Culturais Milenares – Programações Individuais – Tabelas Familiares. Sobre a Hipnose Segundo a psicóloga e psicanalista, professora Cláudia Brazil – Diretora do Instituto AMAS -, a qualificação “também abordará os mitos e preconceitos sobre hipnose., os métodos de indução hipnótica e a hipnose e regressão de memória. Auto-hipnose e seus benefícios: a hipnose e a compreensão como método da reprogramação mental. Os alunos conhecerão os alcances da hipnoterapia na resolução de traumas e bloqueios. Existem também as terapias de vidas passadas, entendendo o próprio Conceito de Terapia das Vidas Passadas”, destaca a Diretora. Ao mesmo tempo, abordagens históricas e cronológicas conduzem o curso, estudando o histórico da TVP no Brasil e no mundo e as principais características da TVP, destacando, ao mesmo tempo, as indicações e benefícios da técnica. Logo, os estudantes assimilarão a metodologia e prática da TVP com desenvolvimento em sessões e considerando permanentemente a ética profissional da área. Os educadores do Instituto AMAS destacam três momentos-chaves ao longo da formação: 1) O aprendizado de técnicas e práticas em relaxamento (válido para o dia a dia de todas as pessoas), 2) os estudos da constelação sistémica e multi-disciplinar da parapsicologia e a hipnoterapia, e, fundamentalmente, 3) os momentos de vivências em parapsicologia integradora. Esta última fase inclui uma série de vivências dos fenômenos Psi, utilizando-se Estados Modificados de Consciência, focados em Valores Humanos Universais. Valores humanos e práticas psi condutivas. Media and information literacy (MIL) is linked to access to information, free expression and education. A new DW Akademie discussion paper analyzes several MIL projects and the issue of stakeholder involvement.

Citizens must have media and information literacy (MIL), which is described as the ability to access, analyze, and produce media, in order to exercise their right to freedom of information and expression. To define MIL in general, and Digital Media and Information Literacy (DMIL) in particular, a rights-based approach is taken. DW Akademie's many initiatives are used to demonstrate the relevance of the aspects of creation and involvement. They show how different stakeholders must be included in order for citizens to have vital access to, use, and participate in the flow of information on a large scale.

MIL projects are supported by media development because they enable people to make their own decisions and exercise their human rights. MIL projects may incorporate training and skill-oriented workshops to do this. They must, however, work on a variety of levels and support structural reforms on behalf of educated and engaged citizens.
