OKAY SO I WAS GONNA SAY JEONGHAN WAS A CLARINET/FLUTE -> PICCOLO (he would be an absolute menace with that instrument) but idk smth was tugging at my heartstrings to say mallets but i totally get what you mean like he wants the least amount of work and what's better than marching the lightest instrument in the band? i'm a flute player and i throw my flute around on the field like it's nothing since it's so light and jeonghan would def hit people on the head with his flute/piccolo. HELLO HE WOULD HAVE IT AS HIS EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ITEM IN HIS HAND ON THE FIELD THAT'S SO CUTE

omg woozi reminds me of our current drumset player. he's rlly good and wants to switch to battery but our director isn't letting him lmao but he's always hanging out with the battery kids and plays on their instruments. woozi would 100% choose drumset simply bc he gets to sit down but wait until he has to load his cart on the truck on show days 💔 (completely unrelated but last winter season one of our senior tenor players got socked in the balls in the middle of a rep bc his harness was broken and our group is too broke to get it properly fixed and he had to lie down on the floor for the rest of the rehearsal and why... do i see that happening to woozi as a tenor player)

see, i would agree abt DK being bass, but our entire battery is utterly, completely irresponsible and have absolutely no discipline and lowkey act like dicks (esp the basses–no offense to you op it's js the ppl at my school lol) so i js can't.. imagine dokyeom as a bass player. he's far too sweet and polite to be a battery member imo 🥲 although if he joined as a freshman, he could def be corrupted and "brainwashed" as my director likes to call it lmao. AND YES HE'S SO BRASS CODED. LIKE MELLO SUITS HIM SO WELL. pls i can imagine him playing french horn in the band room during concert season in a cute, academia outfit with glasses and everything i'm sobbing.

they’d come into the room and ask you what happened in the book. even though they’re used to it, they still find both annoying & cute that you freak about the smallest things that happen. nodding to show their attentiveness, they can’t help but sigh once you’re done; it’s not that they’re tired of it but they do sometimes wish you wouldn’t always scream as it scares them.

using the phone’s flashlight to see in the dark & walk up/down the stairs even though there is perfectly good light switch to use

turns on the light switch for you. tells you to turn off your phone’s flashlight since it’ll drain the battery. chuckles whenever he sees you do this because you’ve been living in this place for years & still need the light to see - to be fair, you usually do this whenever you’re going up or down the stairs in fear you might trip or something.

if they don’t like you playing music out loud all of the time, they definitely don’t love it when you do this. they might like the song but hearing it on repeat with you makes them slightly vexed. they won’t show that to you of course but they’ll try their best to avoid being the same area as you. or they might ask you to wear headphones.

they don’t necessarily understand why you love to do it so much but they’re chill with it. sometimes roll their eyes after finding out that you’re re-watching this movie once again. they don’t turn down an invite to watch something with you but they may not 100% be paying attention to it since they’ve seen it before. although, they might spend some time thinking about how this time could be spent in another way, they like seeing you happy.

rubbing & scrunching my nose

if you’re rubbing your nose, they’ll try to get you to stop since they know it can cause nosebleeds. when they notice that you’ve been doing it consistently, they’ll go find some paper towels or cloth ready in case blood does start coming out. whereas if you’re scrunching your nose out of random and they just happen to see it happen, they act as if they’ve been shot because it’s so cute. might even try to snap a photo of it too but are too distracted to remember.

Our Dawn Is Hotter Than Day-DK

The back of both jeeps were jammed full of things you would need at the beach. Thirteen of your best friends finally managed to get enough time off to actually do things, so the first person they called was you. You had already been complaining that you missed them, blowing up group chats and one-on-one conversations. You had met them when you were a trainee at Pledis, joining at the same time as them. You had hit it off immediately with a couple of them, and some took longer than others. Wonwoo was especially hard to get close to considering he never talked unless it was a couple words at a time. Seokmin and Soonyoung were the two you got close to at first, along with Samuel.

You smiled at the memory of you first meeting them, the memory never going away since it brought you thirteen people you'd do anything for and would do anything for you. You were brought back to reality at Mingyu wrapping his arm around your shoulders.

"I don't want to hear that you miss us for about two weeks after this, noona. We're spending literally all day and all night together. We have a lot planned today, so if we want to do everything, we better get going." he said, pointing towards the back of one of the jeeps.

You nodded and climbed in, grinning as Seungcheol got behind the wheel.

"We'll meet in the parking lot. I don't think a lot of people will be there, so we should be okay." he called to Minghao, who was driving the other jeep.

Minghao nodded and started up the vehicle, pulling off in front of Seungcheol. Mingyu, Jihoon, Seungcheol, Vernon, and Wonwoo were in the jeep with you, you being crammed between Wonwoo and Mingyu. Minghao, Jun, Soonyoung, Seungkwan, Chan, and Joshua were in the other jeep. Seokmin and Jeonghan had went to the beach about an hour earlier to set up some of the stuff you knew you wouldn't have been able to fit in the jeeps.

"I'm sorry I've been blowing you guys up. I know you've been working, and I understand everything. I just got lonely." you explained, looking between the guys with a guilty smile on your face.

"If your drunk texts at 2 am told us anything, it was exactly what you just said." Seungcheol said, looking at you from the rear view mirror.

You grinned and flipped him off, his grin taking up the whole reflection. You sat up from your spot, sitting on the top of the seat, the wind whipping your hair around and cooling your face down. You looked in front of you and saw the other jeep, your eyes settling on Soonyoung doing the same as you. You grinned and leaned your head back, the chill welcoming against your throat and neck, a smile spread across your face as Mingyu and Wonwoo grabbed your leg in case you leaned back just a little too far. The wind died down as Seungcheol pulled into the parking lot, stopping right beside the other jeep.

You looked over and saw only two people were on the beach-Seokmin and Jeonghan. They were waving their arms, grins on their faces as everyone jumped out of the vehicles and ran onto the sand.

"Hey! We have to unpack everything!" Seungcheol yelled after them, sighing when he saw there was no way they were slowing down.

You laughed and walked up beside him.

"I'll help you. We don't need to take everything out right now. Just the basics." you said as you walked around and started taking out towels and bags of spare clothes.

Seunghcheol thanked you as he started taking things out of the other jeep, including a couple boxed floats and an air pump.

"We have a battery operated one in here, but because they wouldn't help, they have to pump it by hand." he said, mostly to himself.

You grinned and shook your head, closing the door and heading over to where the guys were. Soonyoung took the towels from you, laying them down on the sand as you sat down the bags of clothes. Seungcheol walked up beside you, throwing a box to Seungkwan and another one to Joshua. He sat the air pump down and told them to have fun before shedding his shirt and running into the water. You grinned and watched after them.

"Sunblock's in one of the bags with clothes." you said before pulling your summer dress off to expose your bikini before running towards the water.

You dived underneath, the feeling of the water traveling through your hair making you wish you could stay underwater forever. Your face broke the surface, taking in a deep breath before you were being lifted completely up. A loud shriek sounded through the air as you looked down and saw Seokmin underneath you, hoisting you up onto his shoulders.

"Come on noona, you're playing." was all he said before he was turning around to face Vernon on top of Jun's shoulders.

A blush spread across your cheeks at the feeling of Seokmin's head between your thighs. You had never told anyone about your little crush on Seokmin that you had developed about one year ago. Nobody knew that you even looked at Seokmin that way, and that's the way you wanted to keep it. You grabbed Vernon's hands, intertwining your fingers as the two of you pushed with all your might. You ended up with the upper hand as you watched Jun slowly start to topple back.

"Fuck! No!!" Vernon yelled before he went underwater.

You laughed and did a little dance before remembering you were on Seokmin's shoulders and the blush came back. Minghao decided he wanted to go up against you next, and one after one, you went through every member except for Jun and Seokmin. Vernon had you up on his shoulders as Mingyu had Jun.

"You ready to lose, Wen Junhui?" you asked, a grin plastered on your face.

"Ha! Not in the slightest." he said, before making a move towards you.

Both you and Vernon saw it happen, so Vernon just stepped aside as Jun fell forward, body hitting the water. You grinned in victory as Seokmin sauntered up and signaled Mingyu to get him up.

"You may have done a good job with the rest of 'em. But, there's no way in hell you're beating me." he said confidently.

You grinned and nodded.

"We'll see, won't we?" you asked, the two of you making a move at the exact same time.

Mingyu and Vernon shared a look and the two of you were flying through the air, you having just enough time to hold your nose before you went under. You came back up, wiping your face off before swimming over to Vernon and ducking him under the water.

"You asshole, I would have won!" you yelled playfully.

He grinned an shrugged.

"I don't know what you're talking about. I lost my footing." he said with a sly smile.

"Y/n!" you heard from a distance and turned your head to see Seungkwan patting the unicorn float that Seungcheol brought from the jeep.

You swam over, smiling as Seungkwan helped you up onto it, the sun warming the plastic up. You let the water drift you off, splashing water onto your thighs every now and then when they got too hot.

"Need a personal thigh wetter?" you heard from beside you, and you looked over to see Seokmin floating beside you.

You laughed and looked over at him, shaking your head when you saw him motion towards the other end of the float.

"Get your own, Seokmin." you hushed, stretching out until your entire body took up the length of the float. You watched as he pouted, but jumped onto the float anyways.

"Seokmin! You're going to tip us over!" you yelled, grinning and trying to regain balance of the float.

"We'll be okay, I'm not going to make you fall in."

You sat back and closed your eyes, listening to the waves crash against the plastic underneath you and the birds that flew overhead. The yells and laughs from the rest of the group sounded behind you and you smiled. You felt something nudge your leg and you opened your eyes to see Seokmin grinning at you. He shot you a wink and you grinned, closing your eyes and shaking your head.

"Do it again, and I'm pushing you over board." you warned, but the grin on your face took out all seriousness in your voice.

"Seventeen......and co!" you heard Seungcheol yell.

You and Seokmin looked over towards the beach to see him waving his arms wildly in the air. Seokmin jumped off the float, swimming behind it to push you up to the rest of the group. You laughed and sat up straight, raising your hands in the air. You arrived at the edge of the water and you climbed off the float, Seokmin helping you to your feet once you hit the sand.

"What's going on?" you asked, standing between Vernon and Chan.

"It's about time to head to the room. We got top floor and we still have stuff to do. We need to go by the store and get what we need for tonight. Let's go change. Y/n set the clothes by the towels." Seungcheol said, looking around at everyone.

Everyone walked over and grabbed their clothes before walking to the bathroom by the parking lot. You walked in, still hearing the boys' laughter, only louder because of the echo. You smiled to yourself, shedding your bikini and drying off before pulling on your shorts and tank top. You walked out, seeing all the boys waiting for you by the jeeps.

"Aahhh, nice!" Jun yelled, noticing the Seventeen logo printed on the front.

You grinned and walked with the group to the jeeps, trying to decide where Seokmin and Jeonghan should sit.

"Seokmin can sit between me and Wonwoo. Y/n, are you comfortable enough to sit on a lap?" Mingyu asked.

You nodded and walked to the jeep, climbing in after the boys, sitting in Mingyu's lap and laying your legs across the others. Seungcheol drove to the grocery store, pulling into a parking spot near the front and waiting for the others to get here. You all piled into the store, grabbing carts and heading in different directions to get what was needed.

"Anything in particular that you want?" Soonyoung asked you as you walked down the aisle.

You thought about it for a minute before grinning.

"Yeah, I want some pork dumplings. I've been craving them for weeks now."

He grinned and walked to where the dumplings were, grabbing a bag and throwing them into the cart. About an hour later, all of the shopping was done and food was bought. You managed to cram the bags into the jeeps and you were off to the building where your room was. The bags were hauled up to the room in one trip, each member taking at least one bag and taking turns in the elevator. When you all got up to the room, everyone started setting stuff onto the counters, organizing them with what they belonged with.

"Okay, everyone rinse off before we get started making the mixed noodles, Budae Jjigae, and meat. Mingyu, can you do the meat? Jihoon will do the mixed noodles, and Seokmin will do the Budae Jjigae." Wonwoo said before heading out to help Soonyoung and Joshua set up tables and chairs.

Everyone took turns in the shower, not taking the time to take a full one, just enough to rinse the salt water out of their hair and off their bodies. You slid your clothes back on, knowing they weren't dirty. You walked in to see the guys already getting stuff ready to start cooking.

"I'll do the Budae Jjigae first, then Jihoon can do the mixed noodles." Seokmin said, grabbing a pot and the ingredients from the pile.

"Need help?" you asked Seokmin, walking over to stand beside him.

"Yeah, can you get the spam and ramen? I'm going to add it in at the end." he said, looking over at you from underneath his still wet hair.

You nodded and walked over to the bags of food you had gotten, throwing your dumplings in the freezer before getting the spam and ramen out. You sat them on the counter and watched as he worked, acting as his taste tester and telling him what he needed more of. As you sat there, you thought about how you hadn't spent as much time with the rest of the members as you had with Seokmin today. You looked outside to see them running around setting up plates and bowls. You grinned when you saw Chan at the grill.

"Chan's grilling the meat?" you asked, looking over at Seokmin.

He looked outside and chuckled.

"Nine times out of ten, Seungcheol will start instructing him and then Mingyu will just take over." he said with a grin.

You jumped up onto the counter and swung your legs, humming the melody to 'Thanks'.

"You really live for Seventeen, huh?" Seokmin teased, stepping closer to you so he was in front of you.

"I do. I love you guys." you said, staring into his eyes.

He took a step closer, standing slightly between your legs as he placed his hands on the counter on either side of you. He took the next couple of steps carefully, and soon he was standing right against the counter and his face was in front of yours. His eyes trailed from your eyes to your lips and it took everything in you to not lean forward and let them meet his.

"Time to start the meat?" Chan asked, peeking his head into the room.

Seokmin jumped from you like he had been electrocuted and looked towards Chan.

"Yeah, I'm about to add the ramen and start the spam now." he said, grabbing a container of spam.

Chan nodded, looking between the two of you and smiled slightly before walking out. You looked over at Seokmin to see him opening the can and cutting it into slices before adding them to skillet to brown. A blush was spread across his face and his eyebrows were furrowed. Neither of you said anything, and the tension was thick in the air. You cleared your throat and looked over at him.

"I'm gonna go see if they need any help outside." you said, hopping down from the counter.

"Yeah, yeah, sounds good." he said, looking up at you momentarily before going back to flipping the spam over and adding the ramen into the boiling soup.

You walked out and looked over at Chan, who was looking at you with his eyebrows raised. You quickly looked away and asked Vernon if he needed help setting up.

"We've got it pretty much done. We just have to set out something for Seokmin to put the pot on." he said, looking around for a towel to place on the table.

You nodded when everyone told you they were done with what they had to do and they took their seats at the table. You looked back inside and saw Seokmin adding the ramen into the pot and a feeling of wanting to just walk in there and kiss him came to the front of your mind. You shook your head, along with that feeling, away and watched as Jeonghan scrolled through his phone which was hooked up to the speakers.

Music blared out from around you and you saw Seokmin's head pop up to look outside. Your eyes met his and he smiled slightly before continuing what he was doing.

"Just go in there and do it." you heard someone whisper from behind you and you jumped around to see Chan standing there.

"What are you talking about?"

"Noona, everyone's noticed how you and him have been acting today. Seokmin couldn't stay away from you, and even if he was, his eyes stayed glued to you." he said, looking into the building.

You blushed and looked down at your feet, playing with your hands as the wind blew your hair across your face. Chan patted your back before he walked away, leaving you alone with your thoughts. A few minutes later, Seokmin was walking outside with a big, steaming pot of soup and sat it down on the towel Vernon had laid out. Seokmin filled his bowl with ramen, spam, and veggies before sitting down in his seat.

"Y/n, get you a bowl before they eat it all." Seungkwan said with a grin.

You smiled and helped yourself to a bowl before taking the only seat open-next to Seokmin. You had always known he was a good cook, but you didn't know he could be that good.

"This is great." you told him, making your eyes meet his.

"Thanks, noona." he said, his eyes crinkling at the corners with the grin he gave you.

Seokmin was one of the few who never used formal names for you after you had told them they didn't have to. The fact he was using them now confused you. Had what happened in the kitchen affected your friendship already? The smile faded from your face and you ate the rest of your food quietly, deciding to stay in the background and let the guys have their fun. Jihoon started the mixed noodles while the first round of meat was pulled from the grill. Just as Seokmin predicted, Mingyu had taken over the grill.

You watched as member after member took pieces of meat and popped one into their mouth. You pulled your legs into your chair, wrapping your arms around them and laying your head down. The next couple of minutes passed by with the laughs of the guys and chewing of meat until Jihoon came out with the mixed noodles. More bowls were filled and mixed with meat, mouthfuls of food being swallowed down. You stood up and walked into the kitchen now that it was empty and leaned against the counter.

"Why aren't you eating? And why aren't you outside with us?" you heard a voice ask you, and you knew it was Seokmin.

You shrugged and brought your head back up to look at him.

"Guess I got full off your food." you said with a small smile.

He walked over to you so he was standing in front of you.

"Noona, you know I know better." he said, his face serious.

You searched his eyes, not knowing how to tell him that you liked him and wanted him to kiss you like he was going to before Chan walked in earlier. You stood up straighter, your eyes moving down to his lips.

"What is going on between us?" he asked, looking down at you.

You sighed and looked down at your feet again, knowing what you wanted it to be, but not knowing how to tell him. You felt his finger underneath your chin and he made you look at him. He slowly started to lean down, looking between your eyes and your lips, giving you every opportunity to stop him. You closed your eyes as he got closer, his breath hitting your face.

"Oh! Turn on Our Dawn Is Hotter Than Day!" Seungcheol yelled out and the two of you looked outside to see fireworks going off in the distance.

You ran outside, walking over to the edge of the balcony, feeling Seokmin stand behind you and place his hand on the rail over yours. You smiled as you watched the colors explode in the sky, loud pops and bangs echoing through the air along with ooh's and aah's from the boys. Seokmin grabbed your hand and walked you back from the boys, walking until you stood in the middle of the balcony. He placed his hands on each side of your face before lowering his head down to yours.

Your lips finally met and just like the fireworks in the sky, you saw them behind your eyes. His lips were soft against yours, moving expertly. Your hands went to his hair, fingers running between the strands as the boys kept yelling from behind you. You smiled, breaking the kiss and moving back to look at him. He picked you up and spun you around, placing you back down on your feet so you could go finish watching the fireworks. When you turned around to walk back, you saw twelve sets of eyes on you, grins spread across their faces. You blushed as they yelled and raised their fists in the air.

"It's about damn time!" Vernon yelled, eating one last bite of meat and noodles.

You grinned and Seokmin leaned down to kiss you once more, his lips parting from yours, but keeping your foreheads pressed together.

"I say it's a good night to sleep outside. What do you guys think?" Seungcheol asked.

Everyone took all the mattresses, blankets, and pillows outside, setting them in random spots and laying down on them, covering up and getting comfortable enough to fall asleep. You laid next to Seokmin and the two of you stared at the stars together. Words needed to be said, but both of you too shy to say them around the boys right now. Holding hands and quick kisses were enough at the time to let each other know how you felt, and that's all you needed. The sound of rain always made you calm. You never knew why but it was soothing to the mind, to you at least. You finished your report for the day and decided to call Soonyoung. It was your daily routine to call him well because, he wanted make sure you were safe.

The last incident was when he couldn’t contact you for three days. You were out of the country for an exchange program and you promised him that you’d talk to him every night. It got him worried until he sweated so much, didn’t get to sleep as often and didn’t have the appetite. His friends tried to calm him down but they thought it was normal to worry about his girlfriend and have thoughts of bad scenarios.

He tried to contact your friends, and it did work, but it was either they ran out of battery or lost signal. When he finally met you at the airport the hug from him was tight, so much that you couldn’t breathe. Since then you’ve been calling him to ensure you were safe. You realized how much he cared for you and loved you.

Your phone vibrated at the pocket of your coat, and you knew who it was. “Hey babe, I’m fine. It’s like the 4th time you called me. How’re you?”

“Mhm just resting right now. My students were quite the behaviour.” he chuckled on the other line.

“It’s hard to be a teacher, isn’t it?” you giggled as you gave the change to the cashier, later sipping the vanilla latte.

“We just have to accept what we achieved for, right?” Soonyoung dismissed his class and sat on the wooden floor.

“Yep, and I know your kids deserve a teacher like you.” you got out of the cafe and crossed the road.

“You’re too sweet. I miss you. We haven’t seen each other in a long time” he whined cutely and you giggled. “Soonyoung I saw you last week.” you got into your car and drove to your apartment.

“But still I wanna see you.” his voice groggy.

“Alright babe. I gotta go and get to class. Catch you later?”

“Yeah sure.”

Yebin walked out of the study hall with you and questioned how you could handle Soonyoung’s nonstop calls or messages. She knew her cousin was worry-wart but to the point of nearly ten calls a day? Where was the trust in that? Even she couldn’t handle her cousin’s call even for a minute.

“It’s just the way how he cares.” you said as you put your books in your locker. “Partially it could be my fault for not being in contact for three days.”

“Isn’t that too much though?” she leaned onto the line of lockers to face you. You glared at her. “I mean the calls. I get he’s your boyfriend but even I couldn’t contact you or receive a message from you because he’s always occupying your time.”

“Yebin, you’re my roommate for goodness’ sake.” you flicked her forehead playfully. “You could talk to me.”

“Yeah I could but you don’t notice I was even there!” she walked ahead of you.

“Aww you’re so cute!” you caught up with her.

“Cute my butt. You stop acting cute to Soonyoung.” she dramatically shivered herself. “Oh I can’t handle your supposed ‘aegyo’.”

“You’re mean.” you hit her and acted cute. “Teach me?”

“Ugh no.”

Your phone lit up and finally Soonyoung replied to your voice messages after hours of boring lectures. He always made you to be attentive, but not this time. The sender showed Wonwoo’s name, which was rare. As you unlocked the phone, the boy’s deep voice muttered words you didn’t expect to hear.

Wonwoops: Soonyoung’s in a bad shape right now y/n.

“Why? What happened?” you recorded.

Wonwoops: He said he has a stomachache. And he sound really bad. Come to the dorm.

“He was just fine few hours ago. I’ll be there!”

You ran to your car and the grey patterned beret Soonyoung gave you flew away but you didn’t bother to get it back because only few seconds ago, he really sounded hurt. Whilst you drove, you remembered how he felt when he couldn’t contact you.

So he must’ve felt like this for three days.

The sweat from your palm brought moist to your stirring wheel and you didn’t care. All you wanted was to see Soonyoung.

You pressed the button four times until Wonwoo opened the door. “I’ll go to class now. Leave him to you?”

“Okay.” you removed your shoes and wore slippers. “Babe?”

Soonyoung could only grumble in pain and you didn’t want to see the sight of him in that state. You opened the door to his room.

“I didn’t hear from you so I came to see you.” you sat on his bed. “How’re you feeling?”

“A lot better since you’re here.” he managed to smile.

“I’ll make you something to eat. Wait here.” you took off your coat.

Soonyoung smiled and got up to follow you. He saw you already heating the porridge, just like he did when you were sick. He hugged you from behind, making you jolt. “I want you to always be by my side.”

“I’ll always be, you know that.” you turned around. Soonyoung rested his palms onto the kitchen counter, trapping you in his embrace.

“Guess I’ll have to be sick all the time just to see you.” he grinned, leaning in for a kiss.

You were watching some old baby videos of you and your other siblings. he was supposed to be at practise, so he scared you when he said a  long “Aaaww.” at the tv where you were petting a dog. You  quickly tried to turn off the tv, because of embarrassment. “No wait you looked so adorable.” He said while taking the remote to himself. “I looked cute, what about now then” You pouted “How do you manage to get cuter every day?” He comforted you while making himself comfortable next to you.

Jeonghan

You were sad and not in the best mood. The rooftop of your appartment was your safe place and Jeonghan knew that. “hey Y/n how are you?” “not so good, but i will survive.” “Okay wait there.” then he hang up. In 20 minutes the door to the rooftop opened and Jeonghan came in (well out but like u know what i mean) with a couple of blankets, some snacks and a speaker. so thats how you spend your night with him, eating and listening to your favourite music. “You know that when ever you feel down you can come and talk to me even if my schedule is pretty full I always have time for you.” You took you closer to him and started singing with the music.

“Hurry up.” you yelled at Joshua exitingly. He ran over to you and put his hand around your waist. “What do you want to see first? No wait lets go here.” you dragged him along the museum you had been wanting to visit for a long time. there were couple of tourists and some of them seemed to know him, but they didn’t bother you guys.”Look, thats us in 40 years.” Joshua said while pointing at a old couple. you looked up to him and smiled. “i hope so.”The day went quickly by and now you guys were watching a the sunset out of a really big window “Why did we come to a art museum when the only art i look at is you?” He whispered just loud enough for you to hear. You hit him playfully, but he just gave you a backhug.

Jun

Jun was driving you guys somewhere for your birthday. He had put a bandana over your eyes so you wouldn’t see where you are going. “Can you atleast give me a hint where we are going?” “No, it wouldn’t be a suprise then.” He awnsered,He stopped after some timeand you could hear screaming and a lot of people. He finally took the bandana off to reveal that you went to your favourate bands concert.(favourate after seventeen lets be real) he got you to backstage so people wouldn’t recognise you two. After the concert you got to meet them and talk to them for a while. “What did i do in my past life to deserve you?” you asked him after you got into the car again. “Hey thats my line.” he said while being playfully hurt.

Hoshi

“Will you come soon?” “Are you getting jealous of the mirror?” “Why would i be jealous of a mirror?” you lied, he had been practising and you were getting lowkey jelaous of the mirror he was dancing in front of. it was getting more attention than you so it was reasonable. “Okay I can go alone to OUR date then.” You announced.”Oh no you’re not” “come on help me do this one part pretty please.” He continued. “Okay once.” once meant you two just being dorks for couple of hours.When you both were out of breath because you laughed so much he uttered “This was nicer than going to a fancy reastaurant am i right?” “wait did you cancel the reservation?” “Oh sh..” was all you managed to hear before he was out of the room trying to find his phone. “This idiot.” You laughed by yourself.

Wonwoo

Your doorbell rang. it was wonwoo. “What are you doing here?” “Put your shoes on were going to the movies.” he announced happily. This was a little extempore, but you weren’t complaining. When you got into his car you asked what movie you were going to go see. “I’m not sure yet maybe a scary movie that i can protects you from the bad guys during the movie.” “I’m probably going to be the one protecting lets be honest.” you teased. as he promiced you went to see a scary movie, but he didn’t even pay atenttion to it, since he was too busy protecting you and looking at your pretty face.

Woozi

He was at the studio making new music. You let him do his thing alone, but you would sometimes go keep him company. It was normal for you guys to talk on the phone for a long time, so you weren’t suprised when you saw his name pop up on your phone screen. “Hey jagiya can you come at the studio, I need you opinion on this.” You were already putting your shoes on when he said those words. It was starting to be dark when you arrived to the studio. You opened the door after knoking couple of times. He was on the floor with food and one candle lit. “I haven’t spend much time with you lately so I wanted to have a date with you.” he explained when you came over to hug him.

DK

You guys were walking through some random amusementpark. “Are you okay?” he asked and took his hand from around your waist to your hand. “Yeah. I just probably ate too much…and i shouldn’t eat so i wouldn’t get fatter and yeah.” You muttered quietly that last part, but he still managed to hear it. “Whaaat? nononono!” he said while stepping infront of you. Do you know why I like you so much?” he paused for a secend but continued before you could awnser ”Because you are perfect in my eyes, I don’t need a model, or and actor, or a Singer because i want you.” He said now hugging you you just smiled. “So let’s get some cottoncandy shall we?” he said with a smirk on his face.

Mingyu

“Oh shit I’m so late” you noticed and started running faster. He said to meet him at the park at 5:00 but the clock was starting to near 6:15. When you got there he was nowhere to be seen. “Where did you go?” you asked under your breath. You pulled your phone out of the back pocked of your jeans, but remembered it had ran out of battery. “Y/n I’m so so sorry how long have you waited?” Mingyu came from behind you really out of breath. “I just came.” You chuckeld knowing that both of you were very late, and he realised it too. “Maybe we should just go home and have a movie night? It’s starting to be cold.” he suggested and you agreed.

You were stessing about school an were just in a bad mood in general, so Minghao trying to talk to you about something random wasn’t helping. “Can you shut up?” You finally yelled after having enough. “Ooohhh she mad.” he laughed “What about we go on a date? you can choose.” your eyes light up when you heard the word date. “Okay can we go to the new restaurant?” “Sure.” There were only couple people there since it was sunday and guite late. “are you happy now?”  “Mmmh” you awnsered mouth still full on food “ You are so cute!” he stated.

Seungkwan

You were just walking home from school/work when your phone rang. It was Seungkwan “Hey boo.” you awnsered it quickly. “You. Me. Date. At 7pm. The dorm.” Seungkwan said and ended the call. “Why at the dorm? Aren’t the others supposed to be there?” You asked yourself, but thought they maybe somewhere else. The clock was nearing 7 when you arrived at their dorm. He opened the door before you could even knok. The smell of food hit your face. “Did you cook?” You asked suprised while you were taking your shoes off. “Well…” he hesitated when you were walking to the kitchen. Your eyes wandered upon the trash can which was full of takeout packages. You chuckled a little “It’s good enough all I need is you.” your statement made him smile.

Vernon

“I’m bored” you whined at Vernon who was half asleep on the sofa. “Do you want to do something then?” He asked clearly something on his mind. “Well it’s 2am so I don’t think we can do basicly anything.” you sighned. “Are you sure?” Vernon was now up from the sofa and putting his shoes on. You did that too and followed him into the dark outside. There were couple stores still open so you went to buy snacks and decided to go eat them at the beach. When you were done laughing and just talking about your future together the sun was already starting to rise. “This wasn’t so bad after all.” you thought to yourself.

Dino

You were getting ready for your first date with Chan. He had finally found the courage to confess to you. You guys agreed to meet at this cat coffee house. He was there before you. You guys went in and played with some cats and drank your drinks. This one older cat crawled inot his lap and started to purr “I think he likes me.” He said while petting it. You sneezed and thought ”Maybe i’m allergic to cats.” Apparently you said that outloud since he started laughing.

I’m so sorry to hear that people make it embarrassing for you! One of our close school friends is hearing impaired and needs hearing aids too, so we see a little of that in how some people treat him. Of course the boys would be amazing about it! We’re happy to write it for you!

eyes widen as he worries that he’s been speaking too fast and jumbled this whole time, which makes him speak even faster and more jumbled, so you have to tell him it’s okay

definitely reaches up, brushes some hair back, so he can see your hearing aids, and then kisses the spot below your ear and says “thank you hearing aids for helping my sweetheart.” the dork! 

Joshua:

probably a little shy because he’s worried about saying the wrong thing and doesn’t have much experience about it, but he shines with sincerity

makes sure he hasn’t been speaking too soft for you because he knows his voice is quiet and tells you that he adores you so much and would do anything to make things easier for you

Jun:

very interested and willing to listen to what you explain to him about it, and if he catches even the slightest hint of insecurity he says in a very obviously passionate voice that he loves you and you deserve to be comfortable

probably likes to make a little joke like “at least you can see my beautiful face and you aren’t missing out on that!” once he knows you’re comfortable with it

Hoshi:

this kid is like “OH !!! It’s…. helpful for you when I speak up? I was always worried i was being annoying by being too loud all the time? We really are a perfect match, babe!”

gets surprisingly serious whenever the issue comes up around others and will hold tight to your hand and stop anyone from making you feel bad whenever he can

Wonwoo:

listens in quiet seriousness as you spill your insecurity and can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t be nice about it: “but you deserve their respect? you shouldn’t have to feel bad because of it!”

reads everything he can find online to better understand your condition and how it might affect your life

Woozi:

very respectful and very understanding!!! he also speaks nice and clear and steady already so he’ll do pretty well talking to you

gets very sweet about sharing music with you from that point on. like develops the perfect environment and volume balance and everything for you to be able to hear the intricacies of a music

DK:

he’s so innocent he maybe wouldn’t understand 100% what you mean when you tell him, but he’s so willing to learn! so tell him all about it and he’ll absorb every detail and do his best from then on to make your life easier!

has the best exaggerated hand gestures when he wants to talk across the room, like you get really good at silent communication  

Mingyu:

so offended that anyone made you feel embarrassed about it and firmly lets you know that he ADORES you. would shout it from the rooftops if necessary!

probably says something really cheesy like “i knew you couldn’t be physically perfect in every way. it was getting a little unnerving.”

big eyes and sweet face as he listens to you spill your insecurity and he tells you in a very firm way that it doesn’t matter to him at all and he’ll do anything he can to make it easier

this fashionable guy is very interesting in hearing aids! wants to decorate them! wants them to match his earrings! makes it a cool fashion statement that has you laughing fondly

Seungkwan:

blushes a little, worrying he’s been talking too fast and made things hard, and asks a lot of questions to make sure he makes things easy for you in the future

starts bragging about how great you are even more loudly when you’re all hanging out with the boys, and you realize he’s been doing it THIS WHOLE TIME… how embarrassing!!! but also very sweet

Vernon:

“it’s just one of the many things that makes you unique and i love every part of you already, so of course i love this! don’t listen to what anyone else says. they all have their own insecurities anyway!”

 probably doesn’t think about it much at all beyond that because he accepts it so completely

would love to help you out whenever he can! carrying extra hearing aid batteries in a container in his pocket so you don’t lose them! speaking up for you in shops etc when you need it! educating people on hearing impairment!!!
