And YAY Crepus is alive as their king, but the next person to tell Diluc that he needed to sit up straight and use the correct utensils instead of whatever he felt like, he will start stabbing them with one of the 3 knives on the dinner table.

Healing Injuries

I refuse to believe that everyone in Mond left that fight totally unscarred(no matter if it was a planed thing) ESPECIALLY when these two reckless brothers are involved, which brought this little comic I made of the aftermath, and them being in a sort of debut-of-reconciliation.

Basically, after their fight with the bad guys they got a bit injured, and before kaeya go and leave with untended wounds Diluc stop him and asked(more like demanded) Kae to go Home with him to take care of his wounds, since he doesn't trust his dumbass of a brother to do it properly(which fair, Kae would have just sleep it off)

So they go home to patch up their injuries. cue to them getting to talk(banter) with each other and realize that maybe, just maybe they could rebuilt this broken bridge with some time. :D

An empty cup of tea sits on the nearby side table, the dregs in the bottom long grown cold. The simple robe that hangs upon his shoulders is just enough to ward off the chill of the night, but the cold is not something that concerns him, as he knows it is only a matter of time before he can sink into the alluring warmth of another.

And – there. Lips curve into a smile as he picks up on the soft footfalls outside the door, a sound that would go unnoticed to most, but one he has trained himself to listen for. A moment more and the handle of the door near silently depresses, the door itself opening just enough to allow a body to slip in like a shadow. Zhongli does not move from his position at the window, but his eyes close as he anticipates the arms that will slip about his waist, the press of a forehead to the nape of his neck.

He leans back into the embrace with a soft, blissful hum of content. Diluc feels cold from his ventures outside, but already he is warming to the touch, and his lips are warm where they skim across the back of his neck. Warmer still is the sentiment in the words whispered against his skin. He turns in the embrace, one hand finding its way to Diluc's waist, the other to his chin to tilt his face up. He checks, as he always does, for any obvious injury – he will never prevent his love from his nightly endeavours, but he does worry for him every time he slips away. It is why he waits for him to return, each and every time.

There is a hint of crimson staining the shirt beneath his jacket – dried, in a small enough amount to suggest a superficial injury that Diluc would have treated in the field, but his fingers are still quick to tenderly poke and prod to confirm the hastily applied bandages beneath the cloth. "Am I that much of a distraction?" He asks, concern laced in his own voice. He doesn't like the idea of Diluc slipping up because of him – he would offer to accompany him if he did not think it would only make things worse. It is endlessly amusing to him, how Diluc worries for him despite knowing the power he holds within this form.

"If it makes you feel better, I am hopeless when I am with you." He cradles Diluc's cheek, presses a kiss first to his forehead, then to his other cheek, and then finally, at last, to his lips. "I wait at this window like a soldier's wife, unable to rest easy until I know you are safe, dreading the day you do not return. You have ruined me, qīn ài de, and I cannot be more grateful for it. It is truly a blessing to love someone this deeply." Hands move to tug the coat from Diluc's shoulders, to unbutton the shirt. "Now come, rest, and allow me to hold you safe."
