In the 1978 film, she's fairly tall (not sure of her exact height, but she seems taller than most of the other girls) and slender, with a "rectangle" figure, a long "diamond-shaped" face, dusty peach skin, brown eyes, and thick, wavy, shoulder-length, dark auburn hair.

In Grease Live! from 2016, she's of medium height (5'5'') and still slender, but with more of an hourglass figure, and she has a longish "heart shaped" face, light olive skin, hazel eyes, and long, curly, dark brown hair.
