So, I decided to be brave enough to finally post some Käärijä fanart I've done. The first one is the first time I drew Käärijä ever, and I do think it's a bit funky, but I still like it :)

Nimi: Katujen taide

Työ on teoskokonaisuudesta toinen töistä jossa lähdin hakemaan street art tyyliä johon lisäsin pinterestistä löytämiäni sanontoja. Ja sekalaisia asioita akryylitusseja käyttäen esim käärmeitä.

Akryyli/öljymaalaus

Nimi: Maskin takana

Työn aiheena oli erillainen kauneus jossa lähdin hakemaan sitä miten ihmiset piiloutuvat maskin taakse esim meikin avulla tai piilottelevat tunteitaan maskin takana.

Munatempera maalaus

Nimi: Ääniaaltoja

Lähdin tekemään työtä täytöksi näyttelyyn joten en sen syvällisemmin miettinyt työtä muuta kuin petoja ja kalloja. Ja päädyin tekemään lepakon kallon. Ja lepakoita kuvaten keksin työn nimen ääniaaltoja joita lepakot käyttävät lentäessään.

Puu grafiikka

Nimi: Kauhusta kauneutta

Grafiikan työssä lähdin miettimään aihetta sillä että jaksan keskittyä työhön pitkään koska puun kaivertminen on aika hidasta ja valitsin aiheeksi pääkallon joka on hieman ehkä vihaisen näköinen ja värit työhön valitsin sillä että pidän punanen/oranssi/keltainen yhdistelmästä.

Nimi: horror beaty

Tein teoksen samasta luonnoksesta kun puugrafiikan työn Kauhusta kauneutta ja piirsin työn tietokoneella piirtopöydällä. Keskityin työssä enimmäkseen varjostusten tekemiseen ja yksityiskohtiin.

I did sketch of this picture last weekend and decided to color this in digital way. It was nice to think colors for this one. I wanted something dark but something colorful for this one. Once again we travel with the #junicorn challenge.

I know that drawing horses are not my the strongest thing in drawing but still I like to draw them sometimes. And it is always good practice.

Not me suddenly making an OC out of nowhere nope no way. 👀 well maybe that's true haha! But it is nice to do a little something for myself. So here's Émile! ✨

They were inspired by a sudden idea I had: a game where you're the advisor of a new Emperor. Yet they didn't have time to prepare for the sudden death of the previous Emperor and now they look to you for advice. You'll influence the kingdom as well as your relationship with them, growing closer or further apart. Creating either a cruel dictatorship or a safe haven for all.

But! Even if that idea doesn't come to pass Émile can be just a simple character of mine ✨
