reading a horror book that full has my heart beat THUNDDRING in my ears ah!!!!!!! i wanted to read it during my infusion tomorrow but they do heart rate tests and this will NOT fly

#IM HAVING SO MUCH FUN HE DREAMED HE CAUGHT A FISH AND REELED IT IN AND IT WAS HIS DEAD WIFE WITH FISH EYES !!!!!!!#LIKE THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT !!!!!! THATS HORROR BABY THATS WHAT I WANNA BE READING !!!!#and it was that moment when ur reading and. theres only onepossible thing that can happen. even though its so unhinged. and other media has #let you down. time and time again.#'theres no way its going to be his wife hooked by her top lip midway transformed into a fish. i wish it was.' and then it IS!!!!!!! AND THEN #HER SKIN COMES OFF!!!!!!!! AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#i feel like this book just yes and-ed my horror daydreams #and i loveeeee how 'jaws' paced it is like #slow establishing full of past tense dread filled narration about how thisonw guy WILL die and it will be horrific. no i wont give you more #detail yet.#like. im eating it up feeling it in my heart and soul ready to read more but not during my iv infusion tomorrow i guess :/#i will read babel instead bc that one is also just SO good #reading tag

Forreal?''#(Meanwhile Robin is sweating bullets like ''I called his favorite vegetable a FRUIT right in his FACE he's going to KILL ME'')#Robin grew extra feet from the bottom of her feet to reach the counter and that actually isn't me trying to explain bad art away #In the original Papadile comic there was a panel of Robin doing the dishes with extra feet to reach the sink but I cut it out #(It was a stress relief comic I did not feel like drawing a complicated background in detail) (BUT YES I THOUGHT OF IT)#Nico Robin Age 11 is *more* than capable of cooking Crocodile just does not trust her with his food. At least not yet #She did start doing the dishes unprompted and continues to do so (mostly out of fear). I didn't get him (and I need to save my keys for Silver's birthday, sob) so I looked up his groovy, and I'm not over how incredibly dramatic and epic and cool it looks in direct contrast to the absolutely ridiculous context. just look at that dynamic action and his majestic sparkling tears and keep in mind that this is pretty much right after a bunch of characters have been dance battling for his soul.

and then even the actual moment of the groovy is just like

this is NOT a negative in the slightest, I love it all, this truly was an incredible update in so many ways
