I have both Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Destiny 2 brainrot, so of course I’m thinking about Clone Wars characters playing Destiny. (No I haven’t tried to colour code my Titan and Warlock to match certain characters, nope)

What classes they would play, they're playstyles, do they go into PvP or do they only do PvE content. Who is hardcore for Raids and is compiling a First Day 1 Race team and who comes in to do seasonal content, gets to Rank 100 and then fucks off until the next season. Whose griefing who (it’s Anakin shoving Obi-Wan off ledges whenever he’s in the menu, with Ahsoka boxing him in)

My immediate thought was Jedi are Warlocks, Clones/Mandlorians are Titans, and Bounty Hunters are... Hunters. But now I’m thinking about character specific class and subclass combinations. Or maybe just what they main since you can have all three classes.

Picture a Missle Titan Anakin, man sees the super meter fill up and just floors it. Obi-Wan is a PvE player only. He mains a Void Warlock and he’s here for the lore and the story but he is actually a GOD at PvP. Ahsoka is a Hunter and repeatedly finds all the oobs of the new maps to fuck around with. She has all the Lost Sector rotations memorised so she can immediately dive for the Exotics.

Rex and Cody lead their PvP fireteams in private matches: Cody/Boil/Waxer and Rex/Fives/Echo. It’s starts as friendly competition... it does end in a friendly competition. There is name calling and their Generals (its been years but they never shake the moniker post-war) have to come in and settle it out. The 212th win and Anakin is ashamed orz.

You are SO right. Finally, my using that Trials Helmet as a basis for my Bounty Hunter AU comes full circle. The moment he finds out racing used to be a thing he is so upset. Then the Grasp of Avarice dungeon comes out with that one section and he’s all >:D This also adds into Obi-Wan being amazing at PvP and just refusing to do it with Anakin. Drives his former padawan insane and Ahsoka is just keeping ten thousand miles away from all that shit.

Tonight's excursion was the Glassway on Europa!

Honestly, I was not expecting to take many screenshots and was more doing it to prove I could (and it uh... took me a while. I got lost), because hey, it's the Glassway! We've all done it approximately 3 million times by now, what's really to see?

I was wrong. Just doing the strike does not give you chance to appreciate how huge and detailed the area is! God, the scale is incredible! The huge Vex structure looks like it's about to come to life. All the platforms in the final room, and in the Vex Milk room you can stand on... briefly, but then you get the Turn Back prompt which is a shame because I'd love to poke around there more.

Also, bonus skybox looking gorgeous, Caiatl's Rite of Proving gear just hanging out in space, and Eliksni console looking very Amogus.

Got a checkpoint for Sanctified Mind in Garden of Salvation last week and worked backwards to get some pics! It's such a gorgeous raid and getting to explore without being shot at was very cool - especially the area around 2nd/3rd encounters which is immense.

There are so many Vex statues around, tucked away.

I am also fairly sure that this raid took design influence from the film Labyrinth - the plants growing over the stone, the way the walls in some areas are formed. Definitely not the only influence! But *an* influence.
