Gilbert smiles at the camera, “the other day was Lutz’s birthday! He had a good time, his friend Alfred came over and Grandfather helped them bake a cake!” He laughs, “it was actually an awesome cake. Grandfather’s good at baking and Lutz likes everything to be just right.”

Gilbert continues to talk, “Alfred’s older brother Matthew also came over, he’s my age and he’s really nice. I know he’s in my English class but we never talk really. We played some video games and he beat me at Mario Kart! I never lose at Mario Kart!” He crosses his arms and sighs, “though I just play against Francis mostly and Francis sucks at video games.”

“Maybe I need to play video games with more people besides Francis. Like Mathias!” He grins, “oh yeah! I never told you about the study date! It was nice, Mathias and I got our play written, he liked all of my ideas! And I was right, he did an awesome job as Macbeth!” He props his chin up on his hand and laughs, “he also said that I did a really good job too. And he added a part where Macbeth kisses Lady Macbeth’s cheek. I didn’t think it made a lot of sense to the story or scene but he explained how it fit in and I think it worked out alright.”

“He kissed my cheek too! It was weird, I don’t know if I liked it because it made me feel really nervous and he let me hold his hands after which was nice actually.” Gilbert sighs, “I think that Francis is right, I do have a crush. Mathias is just really nice and he’s so friendly and I want to hang out with him more! Maybe I should invite him over for video games. We still have some leftover cake.”

He turns to look at the clock on the wall behind him, “I’m going to ask Grandfather if I can invite Mathias over for the afternoon! Sincerely, Gilbert! I’ll tell you all about it later, okay?”

Gilbert smiles brightly as his computer before the camera clicks off.

Sorry this one's vague, but DenPru maybe?

Congrats anon, this is the first time I’ve ever written Denmark and this ship by extension in my entire life. I hope I’ve done them justice!

Pairing: DenPru/PruDen Rating: G! Length: ~340 words Content Warnings: They’re doing a bit of social drinking, I guess?

“Your aim is shit,” Matthias supplied helpfully as Gilbert’s dart embedded itself into the wall rather than the intended board.

Gilbert shot him a glare without heat and stepped back to take a drink while his companion took the stage.

“Albino, idiot. You should be thanking me. If I wasn’t blind as shit I’d be sweeping the floor with you.”

Matthias hummed doubtfully and he appeared unbothered by Gilbert oh so graciously endeavoring to preserve his ego. Bastard.

It wasn’t a surprise when he landed his three darts in quick succession but what was a surprise was the way Gilbert’s stomach did a flip when he turned to beam a shit-eating grin at him.

It must have been the Danish beer, he dismissed stubbornly as he took another sip of it and narrowed his eyes theatrically. 

“Congrats,” Gilbert drawled, eyes flicking up to meet Matthias’ face when he approached with that easy, confident swagger of his. “Not that this makes much difference, I’m already paying for your drinks tonight.”

They went back and forth like that, on the nights they hung out. One night Gilbert would pay, then Matthias the next. Which made the regular dart contests to see who would pay for the next round at the bar more of a farce than any genuine competition. It was good and easy between them.

Matthias was in front of him and his grin became altogether more cheeky, which Gilbert raised his brow at.

“I do have a better idea for my victory prize, actually,” he almost purred and Gilbert was having trouble blaming the shitty beer for the way he felt the tips of his ears prickle beneath Matthias’ attention.

Matthias was taller than he had any right to be but Gilbert was glad for it because it meant his size shielded them from the rest of the bar as he leaned down to capture his mouth in a sweet kiss… And it hid from the rest of the bar the way Gilbert laughed and returned it with a grin.

I also think they’d be a very funny ship which is how I choose anything I like -w- but in a different way from amepru cuz I think of denpru as like those drinking buddies who’ve maybe kissed a few times but in like a totally platonic saying goodnight to homeboy kinda way - like I feel like pecking each other on the lips is just a handshake to em. That being said I love the nordics and have been wanting to draw em a bit lately too so who knows maybe you’ll get a little denpru as a treat in the future ;D

Hi Hetalia fandom,

Can anyone help me find either of these three fanfictions?

I think I read them between 2018-19, and all of them were on fanfiction.net.

1. An Engmano/DenPru fanfic. Multiple chapters. The only thing I remember is that it was like a sci-fi ish au. I believe drugs were being manufactured.

I'm also certain the author had written numerous other fanfics with those 2 ships.

2. Russia and Latvia fic. Human au. Multiple chapters.

Raivis moved in with Ivan, but there was a room he couldn't access, which turned to be the room of his long-lost daughter with autism?(Marguerite?)

3. Denmark is sick, Norway skis to hospital to save him. Oneshot.

Because it's been such a long time, I can't remember any of the fine details and may have even remembered some wrong. If it even vaguely relates, I'd be happy to give it a go.

Who do you ship Denmark with?

A. A lot. But here's some I really like !

DenNor: :] I know it is predictable or whatever but their relationship is so special to me and is a big comfort ship and has been for so long I was talking about this on discord last night but the way Denmark loves Norway is just so sweet and genuine and it makes me so happy. And makes me want to cry. I also really like their history I think it makes it a very interesting pairing, though I am not the best when it comes to talking about historical stuff so I will leave that for now. I don't think it's a perfect relationship I think they have had their ups and downs but it works out.

NedDen/DenNed !! : They're like college frat bros who are in love they're besties 4 life . I have a hard time explaining this in a way that I am satisfied with but they have a very very close friendship that is very intimate and romance/relationship wise their relationship is both. Very intimate but also very casual. Ned is generally the first guy Den goes to when he needs to talk to someone, especially during times where he might not be on the best terms with Sweden or the other Nordics. They get wasted and high together and bond over bike rides and having dumb stupid hair

Gutters is what initially got me shipping them and that definitely definitely influenced how I see their relationship.

Also I think it's funny their shipname is a palindrome

And those are like. My big two. Those are canon to me.

DenSu: I really love densu but my brain is too scrambled to be able to write a lot about it right now. I like the rivalry. I also like when they are just two old gay guys sharing a cigarette watching the sunset. Idk I want to talk more. About it because I DO have thoughts but I can't think my thoughts . Right now. But this one is also canon. to me also . Probably Top 3 Denmark ships .( I will have to come back to talk about this one another time.)

DenPru: Sorry to my one mutual who hates this ship (lighthearted) I just think they're fun. I don't have a whole lot of serious thoughts on it but I like that they're like Alfred's weirdo uncles. They're sad pathetic drinking buddies together.

DenEst: I have nothing to contribute to this one but man. I read someone in discord talking about their history together and I was hooked. It's very interesting!

DenIta: I thought about this one one time while I was high and I was like. Oh man I'm so smart. And then it just kind of stuck. Definitely a crack ship but one I have fun with.

It's basically like that one meme "This is Denmark. Denmark loves his personal space. This is Veneziano, he also loves Denmarks personal space."

- Are they open about their relationship? How do they feel about public displays of affection?

Kind of but kind of not at the same time, considering many people have hit on all 3 at various times, so they try to avoid that. But England and Prussia have n clue about how to express love properly, so instead, they're just very possessive.

What do they do for fun? Do they have a favourite activity or do they like to switch things up?

Oh, these fucks should have died by now with all the stupid shit they do. Activities involve lots of alcohol, book dissections and cuddling up in bed. Braincells are lost when the 3 are together and all sense of logic goes out the foken window.

How do they hug? Kiss? Tease? Flirt? Comfort?

When cuddling on the bed, Denmark is usually in the middle as England and Prussia sort of curl up under this spread eagle arms and if denmark turns he may grab a person and turn them too. As for kissing, Englands are bitey when seductive, and Denmarks are very, very long, Prussias are short but sweet.

Im sorry idk how they would flirt, but it is awkward enough that France and Spain had to lock the three in a cupboard to get them to realise.

As for comfort, Arthur goes full protecc mode and will stab anyone who hurts his boyfriends, and uses cuddle therapy, tea and books. Gilbert is similar but has a thing where he sort of stroked their hair absentmindedly. While Denmark and his Golden retriever energy™️ can brighten a room just by being there.

Sorry this is long but i have thoughts for these 3
