Hello everyone! You can call me Umbrala and this is my Ososan blog because this show has me in a vice grip with no signs of letting go anytime soon.... So anyway, here's some basic info about me yaay!!!🥳🎉

I'm in my early 20s and I go by she/her

I'm a relatively new fan, only been into the show for a little over a year but I'm very happy to be here and I'm looking forward to s4.

I do art sometimes! Ososan in particular has been great at getting me to do digital art so I'm very grateful to this show for that. I tag all my art under #my art if you want to look for that specifically.

My favorite brother is the blue one but I honestly like them all a bunch! Despite the fact that they're a bunch of loosers that suck ass they're still soooo endearing to me ❤

My favorite au is Denki Mystery bc fun fact! The whole reason I got into this show is because I got Cookie Runned into it and it's all that AU's fault lmao. I admittedly haven't really checked out the other hesokuri aus yet but I like how Hanafuda and J's Dollhouse look.

My favorite brother combos are Kinniku, Suuji, and Sokudo but honestly I think they're all good, I just have those 3 figured out the most in my head.

Jyushikano is my OTP I legitimately haven't felt this insane about a straight ship in a while but they just speak to me....they're like a 1940/50s Disney Princess couple to me they're genuinely so sweet and fairytale like I love them. Other than that I'm ok with pretty much any ship, it genuinely doesn't matter to me I'm pretty good with whatever. That being said however:

It says so right in my bio but just for good measure: NO BLMATSU. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS If I see you post that garbage? You will be blocked. And I'm very selective about who I follow on here because I WILL CHECK if you post that shit. I will also my best to reblog posts from NON BLMATSUS ONLY. I've had close calls where I liked art on here only to see that their blog is FLOODED with incest so if I do reblog incest trust that it's 100% accidental and if I don't get to it immediately, don't be afraid to tell me about it!

obscure question but i'm curious

*some things to consider:

the inspirations i'm thinking of fall along the lines of the sherlock holmes games, resident evil, the last of us, and little nightmares series, with perhaps some choices based on the telltale games that affect the outcome of the story

the game's world is big, but not necessarily open, like botw or totk or pokemon, but rather concentrated on a plot with varying perspectives and things going on at the same time

you should be able to play as each matsu at least once, so don't think it will be focused on a single character all throughout

there will be 'bosses' you can fight -- with more or less depending on the set -- but not all of them will be direct combat; rather, it's best if you run or use strategy to defeat some

What if, Denki Mystery x Youkaimatsu Ao Oni, where the Onis are the the youkai sextuplets and the Denki Mystery versions of them are the human crew? One of the Denki-matsus can already be missing and that's why they check the mansion.

Alternatively, just stick the sextuplets into the fucking normal game and force them to deal with blueberry giants. Which is funny.

Okay so the death note au would be so funny bc you know the uncle trio is getting murked first, then hijiwara shounosuke afterwards which makes the brothers freak out

But light basically goes: while i think these six annoying child celebrities are idiots, its not a crime to be stupid no matter how obnoxious they are

But the brothers annoy him so badly during the investigation that eventually Light kinda just goes: okay well, theres always an exception to the rule

And writes their names in the death note, but it doesn’t work initially bc Matsuno is their stage last name, not their REAL last name. So he spends like 3 death note episodes (which is one C skits lengjt of ososan) gaining matsuyo (SPECIFICALLY HER) trust to reveal their last names, however she misunderstands and tells him her maiden last name instead

And then light writes all their names in the death note again but nothing happens. The whole time Jyushimatsu seeks.Ryuk, is scared but keeps his mouth shut

Eventually matsuyo and matsuzou have light over for dinner again, and light gets matsuzou tipsy with idk police wine he got from hia father for investigating the kira cases, and hw asks matsuzou why they go by the stage name, and what their real names are

And matsuzou is like "Our real last name is Yamada." And then Light excuses himself immediately to the bathroom rigut as the six come home, and start making a mess and its now personal bc hes bonded with their parents and is doing this bc they werent reliable or capable sons, nd really are useless aside from their little series

And he writes their name in the death note, in the bathroom over rhe toilet in case someone walks in on him, and Osomatsu does walk in on him, sees the book, makes a grossed out face like "??? Why are you jacking off HERE in our bathroom right now??? I was gonna do that!!! Go home, bastard!" Light and Osomatsu starts arguing bc ligjt was NOT masturbating in their bathroom

But the death note stuff happens and light turns around bc osomatsus gasping and having a heart attack, but its not a real one osomatsu just wasnt expecting light to havw a tiny dick and it shocks him half to death

And then the rest of them come in and sees it too an falls over and Light starts screaming help motjer matsuyo i think theyre having heart attacks, nd hes super embarssed bc his pants are down and they were yelling about him jerkin it

Anyways they still didn't die, all of them sit up and are like why...is it so little....hes so tal? Whispering and gossiping to themselves

And then light seduces totoko promising her money and marriage if she juat tells him one little secret about her childhood friends and costars -- whats their real names

And shes like "Oh, their real names are (the denki mystery names) Yamada, they just go by matsu bc of Akatsuka (:"

And then light, overjoyed writes their names in the deatj note after excusing himself to the bathroom, to which totoko lets him know she doesnt mind that hes creepy and an incel with a little dick who masturbates in strangers toilwts bc hes got moneh, future and the son of a police officer or something

And then light writes their names in the death note and they dont die, and then he just asks them their names and they say them normally. And then they blink and are.dead

ok youkai au lore time :3

so since i’m merging denki and youkai together, ill explain the part where denki is first

so afawk, chorosuke/choro inherited/took over his fathers house in the village near akatsuka and makes flower arrangements, hoping for his sister to marry into a good family. 

ghost lives in either the same or a little bit away from the village. they have the last name kuriirota

they live with their older sibling/siblings (havent decided between just one or all three) and run a family business based around making kasuri, japanese fabrics/silks. they often supply the fabric and pre-made clothes for people in the village, and they’re well known for their efficiency. 

ghost and choro meet when he commissions the business for yukatas and clothing for the upcoming tanabata festival. ghost immediately takes interest, wanting to know about chorosuke. they do get closer, but if anything the feelings are one sided and unreciprocated for a while.

it starts to pick up after chorosuke and his brothers find out theyre all related, and that something bad is happening between them. it’s around the same time as the festival begins, and they decide to keep it secret for now. this is around the point they see their respective youkai motifs everywhere, no matter where they look. 

chorosuke accompanies ghost to the tengu’s shrine for the first time, and it takes a while for them to walk up the mountain to get to it. chorosuke asks whats the point if its only for one wish, and ghost says it’s a wish they’ve made for years. when asked what the wish was, ghost does not answer. 

there’s some deep moment between the two here, and its where choro finds out ghost is in a similar position as his sister is, trying to marry off and find a partner but turning up with nothing as each affair comes and goes. he doesn’t know why, but he felt a compulsion to help them in his chest, hinting at the tengu’s considerate and aiding nature. 

the next night after the festival/the same night the festival ends, chorosuke goes back up the mountain to read ghost’s wish, only to find it already gone from the shrines statue. 

further along the story (and where the brothers realize their youkai powers and cause a fuss in the village), ghost does eventually find out about the news with the matsuno family. they go to meet him to give him support, but they’re turned away for the time being. they were going to tell him how they felt of him. 

fast forward a few weeks, and now the village is in uproar of the possibility of having not one, but six youkais in their village. they start pushing the idea of exile for the matsus, putting up talismans and protections from the matsus either by the matsus house or their own. come the 100 demon festival, they are in full-swing uproar and are actively pushing the brothers out, now havingh accepted their youkai counterparts. 

ghost watches the matsus exile, and choro spares them one glance before heading to the realm of youkai. it almost breaks his heart, considering he had been getting close to them. he wouldn’t be able to think about them for a whole after that, having to get used to youkai life now, and only being granted one day of the year to return to the human realm, being hyakki yagyo. 

ghost would mourn for a while after this, resulting in them taking time off from the kusari robes they have to make, backing up business quite a bit. their sisters worry about them, having been holed up in their room for weeks, only coming out at night or early in the morning to rise. 

come the next tanabata festival, ghost is finally seen outside their home, going out to deliver their wish to the tengu shrine. he senses that someone is at the shrine, and flies over from a pocket dimension to see who it is. when he recognizes who it is, he gets a familiar feeling in his chest, and he has no idea why his cheeks are burning up. 

they look so familiar. and he has a good feeling about what they are wishing for.
