not everyone loves winter like she does. most people see the beauty in it, yes, but that's about it. they might frequent the ice rink during the holiday seasons and hit up christmas markets and make snowmen when it snows but they don't revel in it. they don't dance with snowflakes.

Sorry I'm breaking my silence on this but I know I should love demi Lucanis. I do love it. I know that I will run it through my demification beam and freak it. What I don't love is how Mary Kirby basically said "I headcanon this" when she's the actual fucking writer. It's giving JKR.

Said this on bsky but there’s 100% a trend of people wanting to slap a demisexual label on characters to make them “interesting” without a full understanding of what it means or even a willingness to explore it beyond demi=slow burn. Extra points if it’s a guy who seems like a “boring” queer person (i.e.: bi or pan).
