I love to be sore after a workout not uncomfortably sore or crazy sore but the type when a small movement brings you back to the last rep you did of Tricep kickbacks or the squats you did at a higher weight than before. The type of sore that feels amazing because you know you pushes yourself, you didn’t give up, your determination was stronger than your excuses. Had an amazing workout today with @eloisemark I have never really done as well as I did today. We did everything legs arms abs strength training. Defiantly got my confidence back. Bicep curls especially on my left side are quite difficult but it’s just a phase ! Getting #biohacked with a 26 pound #kettlebell at #neufit austin today! What a great #workout ! 4x as intense as working out at the gym... #selfmyofascialrelease The latest additions. Great for #delayedonsetmusclesoreness and better than foam rollers for certain areas in my opinion (eg. Calves, hamstrings, glutes, back, and quads (if they knot up like mine do)). I wouldnt suggest using tennis balls or softballs until foam rolling has gotten easier for you. I also highly recommend The Stick #DSsentialFitness #fitness
