EPIC the musical: proto- catifed Odysseus design

At this point I’m just exited to post about EPIC AHDJDVHSHDVDHD

anyways, Odysseus actually doesn’t have a design yet! Which is why these are more of a prototype/concept! My twin @thequasarwinds is actually in charge of designing him (Btw design Odysseus Quasar) but I’ve sorta been drawing him a lot lately and we both do have a general idea on what he looks like!

anyways he’s of course going to have more accessories then the headband he has (which he gets after Polites death, since the fandom all agree that Polites has a headband) but of course we don’t really have that down yet! I do know however that Ody will have some owl feathers like his son to symbolize his relationship with Athena! anyways his scars for the most part are just random things I added to his design because I could. I mean dude would have a couple of scars after everything right? some of the scars are more specific on when he got them and are all just pure headcanon. Like the scar on his mouth/lip area! He got that from Eurylochus in Mutiny! Is that canon? Absolutely not, but since they’re cats and they’re mostly wielding weapons with their mouths it makes sense. Also I just like adding scars onto characters.

hello everyone please welcome my very original very new characters, if you think you already saw them somewhere or think they were inspired by anyone just know i have LITERALLY no idea what you're talking about...

(LONG ASS RANT DOWN HERE)

in al seriousness we all know who they are but i'm too heartbroken to let them go yet, so i'm officially making them my own. his deisign is inspired by one of the startouch elves concept art, and i intend to make him everything i wanted and hoped the original character would have been, so i'm trying to incorporate everything i liked about him into this character! she's just a slightly redesigned version of the orphan queen, and by the way i'm probably going to use the og name i had for her two years ago, which is eliana ((meaning both "god has answered" and also "sun/daughter of the sun", which i find fitting bc startouch elves are supposed to be like literal gods, and he appeared in her life as a "savior" (she will later find out he's n o t), while sun symbolizes truth, and she will bring truth to the world about his nature and deceit.))

about his name- i'm struggling. i liked "antares" (the brightest star in the scorpio constellation), arwin (liar), dolion (deceit) and tabrass ("one known to be deceitful") but not one clicked yet. accepting suggestions

these designs might have some changes later, just like the names

i am probably not drawing them in the nearby future, just needed to get this designs out of my head so i can have peace! their dynamic is so special to me and i def want to explore it more, in my own way, without the show's influence or scared it might ruin it for me. i am doing this for myself, and for the characters i fell in love with during these (almost) two years of drawing them.
